Pros: This place is much more than a Bed and Breakfast: it's an entire experience that will restore you and help you relax. Things that stood out: the super cute village that we biked to for dinner (10-15 minute ride with some hills), the experience of doing nothing more than lounging by their pristine pool for hours upon end (and drinking the local rosé!), hearing and seeing how Roland has transformed the estate gardens from their once deteriorated state into the wild and vibrant garden that it is today, taking in the view of the incredible panorama of mountains that surrounds the estate, to the fabulous breakfast with homemade jams. We also enjoyed the presence of three very personable felines throughout out stay. I hope we get the chance to go back soon. It is an experience that we will not soon forget. Merci beaucoup!
Cons: nothing, except maybe the mattress and the pillows were a bit soft for our taste in the Lavender room.
Pros: This was their first season, so we were really lucky to be there. Ronald and Elisabeth are great hosts, very friendly and helpful. Elisabeth gave us great tips for fantastic local restaurants. Breakfast was great and plentiful, fresh croissants every morning, home-made jams, just to name a few:). We loved the place, it was just so peaceful and quiet and the pool...! We truly hope to come back.
Cons: I actually didn't like the payment method by booking.com and also the percentage booking.com took for our reservation: 15% which is outrageous. Next time we book directly with the owners.
Pros: Our "petite maison" amongst the olive groves was wonderfully situated, beautifully clean and very comfortable. - romantic and private. Our hosts Elisabeth and Ronald could not have been more kind and helpful. The setting was perfect, out in the countryside and yet only a few minutes drive from the town. The swimming pool was lovely to cool of in after days out.
Pros: Everything about this property exceeded our expectations. The owners where very friendly and made our time there very welcoming and enjoyable
Pros: The owners' availability and friendly welcome.
Pros: Beautiful garden with a lot of charm. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Spacious room and good atmosphere. The owners were very kind and sympathetic people. Ronald is really passionate bio farmer with a mission. We enjoyed our stay and will visit again.
Pros: Great place to relax your soul and mind in the olive garden, with stunning sunsets and very nice owners! The breakfast underneath the old lime-tree with home-made marmalade and honey were delicious. Highly recommended to anyone who is looking for serenity.
Pros: Elisabeth and Ronald are kind and thoughtful hosts with a beautiful property. The guestroom was comfortable, cozy, and quiet with a lot of charm. A highlight was waking up to the smell of lavender and enjoying breakfast of homemade jams and fresh squeezed juice with a view of olive trees.
Pros: We were made to feel welcomed by the hosts despite our very rusty French! Breakfast outside was lovely, the hosts went into the village to buy fresh croissants everyday and provided a variety of homemade jams and honey. The Swimming pool is beautiful and has views over the mountains. Safran Room is tucked right away and is lovely; clean and well decorated. It's a very calming place and we felt extremely relaxed by the end of our stay. Can't wait to go back!
Cons: The chairs out side the Safran Room are a bit uncomfortable. Really the only negative thing we can think of!
Pros: Sublime tranquility, beautiful views and charming room
