All inclusive package was excellent value for money
We had a fabulous stay in Pas du Loup. The hotel is in a perfect location and the food was amazing. The staff were really helpful and the ski was great! The hotel was great - however Isola is a very quiet place. Perfect for couples and families but I wouldn't come here if you want mad nights out. Great ski, great food, very relaxing.
I liked the good food and convenient winter sports and the hotel was warm and comfortable. Nothing
Nice clean room and ensuite Food poor and chef yelling at staff in front of guests. Not appropriate
Friendly place all-inclusive deal meant we didn't spend much on extras. We were there 3 mights and all the time there was only 1 person on Reception - even at busy times, in a hotel with 97 rooms. So there were long queues, and the person on duty was over-stressed. This 1 person was doing check-in, answering phone, handing out list passes etc - and all at once! Their room planning was rubbish - they twice allocated us a room that was already occupied and it took ages to sort it out. Then we had to change rooms after the first night. We met other guests who had exactly the same problem. I suspect that taking all their bookings from online agencies - like Active Hotels - makes their rooming logistics more difficult, in that case they should have a system that can cope, and enough staff to cope with it!!!
Allways alert personel. Perfectly situated in the skiing area. Food was sufficient and tasty. The hotels common rooms fireplace bar restaurant was a little noisy. Could recommend the fireplace to be reservated to calm activities.
location and all inclusive
The Hôtel Club du Soleil Le Pas du Loup is a ski hotel with basic facilities for overnight stay. The room was not terrible but very basic in its offer. There were a large number of families with young children and this might not be acceptable to some prospective guests. Dining facilities in the 'town' were very basic and appropriate to the ski fraternity.
This holiday has the very rooms in the entire resort compared with other holidays in the area. The rooms are big and very comfortable. You can't check in to your room until 5 o clock.
Location and the hosts Nothing
Staff were friendly. Food was ok. The shower in our room was disgusting! Filthy.
Excellent view. Very friendly, helpful staff. Wonderful location. Food reasonably priced Towels and linen could do with replacing, a bit worn out but clean. Room a little tired looking, again clean and everything worked.
hotel is in a stunning location with great restaurant and fantasticly helpful owner - go on a motorbike because 2 eat and stay for ther price of 1. I was in a car so didn't get the half price offer!
great location, friendly staff, nice combination of "rustic" building and modern fixtures/fittings, decent food, reasonably priced
Great location for Chamonix and the Alps. Food good pleanty of choice for breakfast.
Wonderful host and food in the restaurant. Large room. Very peaceful and comfortable. Decor a little tired.
The attitude of staffs' service were most impressive. Especially, the hotel of owner did his best whatever I request.
Good value, friendly, canal +, garage for motorcycles and bicycles, good food, reasonable prices
Great location at top of Col de Turini. Staff were very friendly. Shower was not very clean. The location you have for the hotel is wrong. It is at the top of Col de Turini, and next to the Logis Hotel Les Trois Vallees.
Excellent rooms , staff , food and service . hotel in very small town parking is free but 100 M walk up/down fairly steep path
Welcoming accommodating nature of owners room very basic, nowhere to put clothes. No tea/coffee facilities in room
Good food. Excellent service. Clean. No menu for children.
Frindly owners. Perfect location.
