Proximity to Staduim. Bed too hard. Limited breakfast offer
everything was ok , but breakfast was very poor for the price request ( 12 € !!!! )
The fact it was directly opposite the Stade de France in a wide and safe location. Good for a single woman travelling alone.
I found the service excellent and the hotel was very disabled friendly with the staff being very helpfull. The hotel on the other side of the street from the Stade de France which was also excellent from a mobility point of view. The station is only 0.8 of a kilometer away which can either take you into the centre of Paris or Charles de Gaul airport with disabled access at each of the stations.
The room was large and comfortable. There is a privet parking in hotel. The hotel stuff is very friendly. Everything is ok.
Being so close to the Stade de France. Not having a restaurant
Excellent location for Stade de France or, in our case, visiting Cathedral of St Denis. Added advantage of secure undergound parking. Receptionists, both when we arrived & when we left, were charming & helpful.
Ideal location for Stade de France and well placed for sight seeing in central Paris
Great room for a great price, Just don't venture to far from the stadium or Train station
Helpfull staff, ideal location for this business trip, good price, nice size room, free internet.
the rooms are very clean and large according to other otels in paris. WIFI internet free f charge in lobby. But it can't work. Maybe it doesn't work with my laptop. But nobody solved my problems. I paid extra 20 € to buy fully date charges. When you re calling taxi from reception you need to wait min 10 min. If there is some crowded on the hotel they can mixed peoples. So you can wait more than 20 min for a taxi.
Very high quality and close to Stade de France Dubious area of Paris. Don't ask the hotel to call a taxi for you; there could be anything up to €15 on the meter before you get into the car.
Hotel and service fautless very impressed Close to Metro Some areas of Neighbourhood were not very inviting and quite rough
Proximity of my office. Good quality, Price reasonable, exept huge internet access! Internet access at 19.95 euros a day, (multiple disconnexion 3 times a day :( Bad phone reception in hotel (depending of your room)
We had to wait over 2 hours for our evening meal.
This hotel was very good and ideal to walk to the Stade de France, if that is what you are staying there for. The area around the hotel isn't spectacular but the hotel more than makes up for that. I would recommend jumping on the metro to go to Playa de Clichy for food (a few stops). Hotel is 2 mins walk from metro station, which always helps. The reception area was very welcoming and staff very friendly (and spoke good english). The fact that there were maps to the Stade de France (we were going to a match) was a nice gesture as it made the walk a little less complicated. The room was very comfortable and had extras that were perfect (ie ironing board, etc). The food was very good, including the lunch menu.......
Convenience for Stade de France Asked for double bed, given twin. Poor service
i liked the cleaniness off the the rooms and friendly staff.. i thought the room was basic for the price i paid and that the location was far from central paris, although the metro station was a 5 minute walk which was convinient
The friendly service provided by the receptionists. The large clean room. The Hotel was near the metro and therefore it was easy to travel to the centre of Paris. Peaceful and quiet surroundings. The mattress and pillows were too hard and uncomfortable.
Very modern and clean. Good service and in-room amenities. Free wifi...and easy check-in-check out Walking distance to the Airport price was a little higher
very clear, friendly staff, nice rooms shower kind of tiny, no parking space other than paying, not even for the first hour in which people come loaded with luggage and have to choice but to pay for the parking.
Very modern. I loved the lights in the room and the view of the runway. The restaurant/bar was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, this was my favorite place to stay on business so far.
We really appreciated how clean and functional the room was, a very small micro-studio but designed well with clean countertops, a very clean bathroom, and easy to use controls for blinds/shower/tv etc. The large bed and towels were very comfortable. It was also helpful to have a casual restaurant/bar onsite, we had everything we needed after a long drive to the airport. The computer check-in was new for us and confusing at first, but the attendant was extremely helpful with all of our questions.
Brand new Hotel with a very Chic attitude. We didn't stay in paris Long enough. At least 3 nights is needed to get a sense of this Beautiful City.
small room, but clean, modern, and convenient location
The staff was very friendly and helpful, highly recommended and great price.
Hands off but fully available approach to customer service. Fully digitally connected as well as humanly connected. The staff is always available and extremely friendly. Fantasic rooms with great digital access on both entertainment and communication/internet. This is in my top ten hotels ever. I have been travelling for over 25 years worldwide. There was nothing I didn't like excecpt maybe the price of the brekfast buffett.
Very close to cdgval, efficient and clean. Many dining options but basic food. Rooms are very basic.
Easy, convenient access to Charles de Gaulle airport. Free wifi. Rooms are small but use space efficiently, so there was enough room for everything.
Had an amazing time :))) and experience :)) great staff. I had to give a good for location only reason because it is not in city but!!!!! Shuttle leaves Hotel like every 45 min to train station literally 20 min from Main City I would do it all over again with Relais Hotel ! Beds were super comfortable!!! Amazing rooms, clean, pool and facilities amazing!!!!!! Free water in rooms :)))))) shower and bathroom really good!
big bed. the room had nice furniture. very nice pool and spa area. room shower smelled mouldy.
The reception staff were excellent. Private parking would be better
Kitchen in the room. Metro station is close. Out of the city and Saint Denis is a dangerous place. Very unfriendly stuff. And very noisy room. People in the corridors shouted in the middle of the night.
Cleanliness of the room, good price. Far from the centre of Paris, one night it was a nightmare to get to the hotel because of a rugby game on Stade de France. Just one small and dirty food shop around the hotel.
Not very good location, but very nice personnel. Inexpensive and nice hotel. Perfect for single-traveller.
Very good location, if you have a car. Close to the airport and Paris city. Able to cook using excellent kitchen facility. Double bed was a bit small.
Room was good and it was good value for money. On Sunday from 10h30 there was drilling and hammering which continued for hours. This ruined what could have been a perfectly good stay and resulted in the comfort of the room being poor. The below answer would be yes if I knew there would be no builing against the walls.
Went to watch the rugby at Stade de France and was one tube stop away. No tea or coffee was provided in the room or available in reception unless at breakfast time.
the reception staff was realy kind, helpful, and speaked good english
The location of the hotel was not what I expected the neighborhood didn't look safe I was afraid to be out late so I was cutting my outings around Paris because of that. We stayed at different (better) hotels on our way there for a LOT less money. Having to go to the lobby downstairs to use the wi-fi service was very inconvenient. The staff was great, friendly and helpful.
The accommodation had everything we needed - - good tv, good location, good shower with the added benefit of internet access and mini fridge and microwave. The level of street noise.
strong smell of drains in the shower room.
Staff at front desk very helpful and friendly. Vrey clean nice atomsphere. The hotel shuttle service (Blackline?) is really bad. If travelling with luggage it will be a nightmare for older or infirm persons. It is however free, so can't complain too much.......Nowhere quiet to have a meal.
Both dinner and breakfast, particularly the latter, were good. Personally, as a Cordon Bleu and now living in France, I would have preferred something more specialised, not just Steak and Chips however good it was - and it was. I am not sure if it was the hotel to blame or only the driver of the shuttle but I ended up at the wrong terminal and had to walk for 40 mins to get to the right one. May I suggest that certainly the Millenium, maybe all the hotels at Roissy, should keep a list of which airlines fly from which terminals. I was travelling by Air Transat and should have been taken to Terminal 3 not 2a.
Original price was honoured by booking com. Good accommodation for the price.
Shabby room. Waited over an hour to check in. Never received the wake up call I requested. Almost missed my flight.
Hotel functioned well, was clean and reception staff were helpful. Bar was very poor - highly priced and staff not really suited to the role. Communication not their thing.
i cant really say as i was there for a few hrs b4 my flight back home to australia...but overall i had a few good hrs sleep well since its close to the airport the noise of the planes were pretty loud
The bartender that night was great. The lady at the front desk when I first checked in was very nice and helpful. The shower was nice. It's close to CDG. I had requested a late checkout when I booked the hotel, and they told me that was possible, but when I checked in, they had no record of my request. I ended up having to pay 25€ to upgrade, which would also get me free breakfast in the morning, and the lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The next day, I got a call at 12:30 telling me that checkout was at 12:00 and that it was 10€ per hour to stay later. I told them I'd already paid for the upgrade last night. They looked around and found it and apologized for the confusion. Then as I checked out, they told me I had to pay 26€ for breakfast. I had to go through the whole thing all over again and show them my receipt before they sorted it out. Rooms were run down. Heat was on one temperature only, and adjusting the thermostat didn't help. I had to open the windows it was so hot. Food was mediocre and over priced. The menus they gave us were old, so the food was actually 5€ more than it even showed on the menu, and it wasn't good. (And they didn't tell us about the price difference until they brought the bill.) This hotel is in no way a 4 star hotel. There are tons of hotels in that area close to CDG. Stay at one of those.
Efficient staff The suite was not 5 star based on the Australian 5 star rating. Note only one robe, fittings in the bathroom need seeing too as well as some varnish
While the room wasn't the prettiest, the bed, internet, and shower were all fantastic. For my 8 hour visit before an early morning flight, this is what I needed. I wouldn't stay here for the decor! but for a budget place that meets all the essentials near the airport, it's great.
Old and dingy. I thought from the reviews and pictures it was new, but the place was pretty rough.
The hotel is very convinient to reach from the Airport by using the black bus. it stops right in fornt of the hotel.Nice breakfast.
No free internet
We used the hotel as a base to the Stade Francaqis for the rugby international, also for its close proximety to the metro for the centre of Paris
Got what I expected. Distnces too places of interest were accurate.
Convenient for Stade de France - ask the staff for the walking route! Basic but clean & had everything necessary for a short stay Could not use stairs to get to room - my wife is claustraphobic so had a problem
Friendly, helpful staff. Nice atmosphere
The food in the restaurant was very good...however the hotel seems to be terribly understaffed with just two people handling reception, the bar, and taking orders and serving in the restaurant...there should have been two other 'dedicated' staff at busy times like this. Amazed there was no 'petit dejeuner dans la chambre' - first hotel in Paris I have experienced this in all the years I have been coming to Paris. The location was also incionvenient...would not stay in this particular 'Camponile' hotel again, although would in another, more centrally located area.
Reeptionist excellant, helpful polite and effecient cleaners polite and helpful. Breakfast items had run out, lack of seating. night porter rudeie "that door was shut when you came, now shut it " no shower curtain
It was clean.food was great.most part nice staff. It was nice
Very helpful staff and the cleanliness of rooms was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble whatever the time of day or night. The location is brilliant for anyone going to the Stade de France it is within 25mins walking distance. It was very good value for money.
City convenience - price Location ? - Staff a little unfriendly.
It was great value for a weekend stay, It is also very quiet around the area. it is a bit far out of the city of Paris. There should be information on the hotel website on how to get to the hotel using public transport.
At airport Convenient Breakfast good Carpet dirty Bathroom mildew on tiles Air freshener too strong
the hotel was very clean and staff were very helpful and room was the best i stayed in during my week of bussiness
nothing The price wat to high and we slept with all the painters in the hallway we had to jump over the paint cans and it smelled. We could not move in the room the beds were to close to each other and that all for $250 / a night.
Really liked the hotel. Comfortable. Clean. Great staff and "inside" the airport. The shuttle to the airport is right out the hotel. 5 minutes and you're in the terminal 2. The price was a bit high.
Room was very clean with all of the necessities. Very good location if coming in on SNCF train or on plain. When first arrived was given a room that the guests had not yet checked out of and it had not been cleaned. Hotel quickly gave us another room but we were disturbed we were given a key to someone else's room and had access to their baggage.
been connect to the airport and to the train station
Fabulously convenient location--just walk out of hotel and into Charles De Gaulle airport. Elegant decor. A surprisingly delicious dinner in the restaurant with friends. A good breakfast. I think the room as a little hot. I was too tired to try and fiddle with the thermostat so perhaps that was fixable.
A good choice for an overnight stay when leaving CDG on a morning flight. Excellent restaurant
once found (they were still putting the signs up in the terminal, very convenient place to stay. it was surprisingly quiet. stained carpet, small rooms, cant open the windows for fresh air, to the extent that it was a relief to get outside the next morning
Location and price nothing it was all good
We stayed at this hotel after returning from Spain, the night before our return flight home. The proximity to Paris CDG airport and the ease of getting to the airport made this the perfect hotel.
When needing being close to the airport it is very convenient.
Excellent location, virtually 20 minutes to gate. Very nice staff at reception and quick check-in. Would appreciate if extra blankets are provided. Can be quite cool at night. A/C did not seem to heat up sufficiently.
The special offer that made it possible for us to stay there, the positive attitude of the staff, the excellent breakfast included in the price, the spacy and beautifully and practically equipped room, the welcome gift. Because our arrival at the airport by plane was late, we didn't want to risk not to get into central Paris by public transport that late evening/night due to delays, therefore it was essential to stay at a hotel as close as possible to the airport - like this one - to continue to the airport early the next day. Nothing special.
Location was great. Very quiet rooms. Our second room had numerous small problems. I'm sure if I contacted the staff it could have been corrected. But sometimes, you just want to go to sleep.
We loved everything! Very comfy room (Club Room), with a bathroom with shower and bath separated, spacius, minibar, tv, a veeery comfy bed and pillows. And the location! Superb! The hotel is inside terminal 2e at Paris -cdg . If you have a conection, as we had, you have at your feet the airport itself, the tvg and Trains from and to Paris/Europe. From the main entrance you can see the gare downstairs. The restaurant is very good, the staff couldn't be better. next time we'll stay there and take the train to and from Paris. Just perfect! The automatic minibar and tray in the room. If you simply touch it, you're billed automatically. I don't like this "modernity".
Proximity to Airport The Air conditional didn't work Speed of the internet connection was really poor
The quick service and the convenient location
Location is superb as you can walk to all halls in terminal 2 without having to take a shuttle. Some equipment begins to date. It is time for Sheraton to do some upgrades.
Only the location Smoking room, but even the bedding smelled! Made us wonder if it was even washed. Restaurant staff were rude and uncooperative. Served a glass of wine from a .75L bottle then told us they had no .75L bottles to sell us - only .375L bottles. Waiter couldn't understand our confusion andade no effort to try. Poor.
It´s location, easy to walk there and easy to walk to the next flight. Room service was efficient. The service in the restaurant. They told me to wait for a while to attend me. After 10 minutes waiting I left.
Convienience - right in the airport Shower was inoperative and only one bathsize towel, until I requested more.
Beautiful hotel closest to the airport.
Easy access to terminal 1 & 2 None.
Food was REALLY expensive but we didn't have choice. 2 burgers 2 coke 59 euros. And it took for ever to get that to the bar Close to the airport
Hotel is excellent in all aspects no free wifi in the rooms. free airport shutlle need to be run to every terminal
Overall great place to stay. The shuttle was a bit hard to find at CDG - but once located all went well. If you want to use the shuttle - locate where the TGV station on level 5 is - that is where they pick you up. It is a 3 min ride to hotel. Nice pool for the family - a hard thing to find in Paris.
Enjoyed the Executive Lounge and room size. Shame that there is no shuttle to Terminal 3. I know the terminal is close, but my 80 year old mother had a difficult time getting from the hotel to Terminal 3.
No internet in The room and no water to drink
Nice room and bathroom. It was nice staying there before an early flight. They had a shuttle that took us to the airport. We enjoyed a bottle of wine in the bar. Nothing
Great location. The airport train station is very nearby and that's probably the best way to get there unless you have a lot of luggage, in which case there is also a free shuttle. The room was nice and the bed was comfy. The restaurant had a very limited menu and all of the food was very overpriced. Also, there was no hot tub.
The hotel is easily accessible from the RER CDG terminal 1-3 (second to last on the RER B)...it's so close you can actually use the luggage carts in the terminal to push your suitcases (and kids) to hotel. There is also usually a stockpile of a half-dozen carts just outside the hotel on the way to the station from other travellers who figured this out. The airport and hotel are in zone 5 of the metro, so if you get a day pass that includes zone 5 you're all set for a day trip into the city on the RER (30-50 minutes depending on the train and destination). The hotel breakfast was rather pricy, and you can get cheap pastries and coffee in the RER station for the whole family for the price of one breakfast. There is a hotel shuttle that picks up at the 5th floor of RER terminal 2...which has a number of logitical issues: 1) If you have a cart, you need to use the elevators...which usually have too many people waiting for them while they service the floors you're not on. 2) if you are being dropped off by the shuttle, don't expect carts to be available on the 5th floor. I had to go down the stairs to get a cart on the 4th floor, then carried it up to the 5th floor, loaded up several bags, waited 10 minutes for the elevator, then decided it would be faster to carry the bags down to the 4th floor and reload there. It was faster than waiting for the elevator on the 5th floor. 3) the shuttle can only hold a certain number of people, and even if it runs every 15-20 minutes, it's possible during peak times that you might have to wait for a third shuttle.
Great convenient location to CDG train station and Roissy airport. Room good size, clean and bed comfortable Nice, quiet and relaxed atmosphere Toilet tank made strange noises every 20 minutes or so ALL night.. Water temperature in shower fluctuates between cool and warm and cannot be regulated. Water pressure weak in shower Strange display - amenities "missing" in bathroom - sewing kit box is empty, Q-tips and shoe shine cloth just sat on tray without boxes... Executive Lounge food needs improvement.
Great location next to airport for last night in Paris. We always stay at the Hilton to ease the logistics of returning home in the US.
Breakfast, clean rooms, comfortable. Location: had to take a train and two subways to get to city center. Parking: parked a car for 3 days ad only found out during check out that there is charge for parking (no information was provided on the website or during check in, when we asked where to park).
twin room with a connecting door good when no neighbour, which was not the case!
The staff were really great. And the Room was nice and quiet. Everything was great.
Decent hotel. Clean, safe, friendly desk clerks, convenient to CDG airport, which is why we booked it. The Golden Tuplib uses 2 twin beds pushed together in lieu of an actual Queen or King sized mattress. This is not as comfortable, due to the seam and rigid area between the beds. This is a common trend in European hotels, and it is lamentable. Have they not heard of larger mattresses? Do they not experience the same discomfort?
The shuttle from the airport to the hotel pases frequently and is a short ride. The room was great, clean, and spacious. The staff was very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend and would come back.
Free wifi. Free airport shuttle. Friendly staff. Near a walkable town/neighborhood. Nothing negative to say. It was a nice overnight rest stop before heading to the CDG airport.
The fact that we only had to stay here one night. Gross.
We had a 7am international flight. Their first shuttle was 5:15 putting us to airport at wrong terminal at 5:45. Had to take a taxi. Wish i had stayed in paris central. I stayed at an airport hotel for their free shuttle service but ended up taking a taxi...
The buffet at the hotel's resturaunt was quick, tasty and convenient. We stayed at this hotel only to catch a very early flight. It was very close to the airport. Minor items only like no tea kettle and s shower head that would not stay up.
Clean. Good shuttle service. Close to the airport only takes 10 mins to get there. Space age tablet room control was more of a gimmick than functional
Nice staff, good rate, not fancy but adequate` I asked for a morning wake up call that never came which caused me to almost oversleep and be late for the airport.
surroundings and good standards overall room was too hot and noisy air vent bar drinks overpriced
The view from the balcony is beautiful as long as yuo have a lake view room otherwise it overlooks peoples gardens to the side of the hotel. We upgraded to a lakeview room at a cost of 25 Euro's a night which was a bit expensive. My partner & I always use this hotel when visiting Paris due to its beautiful location. The cost of Upgrading to a lakeview room, 25 Euro's a night, 8 Euro's a day parking, 15 Euros each for Continental Brakfast, 5 1/2 Euros for a small Beer. This is not a complaint just a moan about the extra costs incurred which ultimately increased the overall costs.
I like the Hotel du Lac because of it's friendly atmosphere, good standard of accomodation, good food and restaurant and excellent location opposite the lake.
Room and food.
Fantastic location on the lake; ten minute stroll to the station for regular trains into Paris (about 15 minutes). Good local ameneties (shops, cinema etc).
The hotel smelled of cigarette smoke; there was no room in the hotel restaurant to eat dinner
Ambiance, room size and free parking under hotel Could not modify the terms and conditions of the stay. Since it was pre-paid and I had a corporate rate, the overall charge and ability to include breakfast and Internet into the package could not be changed. I should have been more diligent in how the room was booked.
The place The reception end the cleaning
The free shuttle bus to the tgv station I felt the staff could have been more friendly
The general atmosphere of the hotel was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. The food at the restaurant was excellent and prompt to arrive. My sister and I wanted to eat breakfast at the bar in the hotel (since breakfast was listed on the menu as a possibility) but it was strangely not open and we had to find food somewhere else. Otherwise, there was nothing we didn't like.
Only its location It was very overpriced. It was also a very poor quality room and very small. We have stayed in much nicer rooms for 1/3 the cost.
All of the staff were very welcoming & helpful. Especially Sandrine @ the front desk who was nice enough to upgrade our room & give us a late checkout! All the other staff were equally accomadating. The hotel was clean quiet & well maintained, it was a nice preflight stay.
The hotel was fantastic, having extremely comfortable and relaxing rooms. There was a very nice tub and shower, with a very plush bed. The facilities were also fantastic, with a nice pool area. The bar is directly downstairs as well, where you can have them uncork you a bottle and enjoy it in the comfort of your room. What a great refresher on a long trip! Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Nothing.
You don't hear one sound there, not from outside, nor from hotel inside. It was great for rest.
Very nice service in the Hotel I had a old room with bad wallpaper and a very used bathroom.
Transport to the airport, great beds
Comfortable bed and shuttle service to the airport. The room was very small, difficult to move about with four pieces of luggage.
The closeness to CDG, which made our start on Saturday am so much less stressful. When we checked into the room, there was no coffee, no sugar, no milk available for us to make a drink. There was only 1 set of towels visible, the others were in the wardrobe, but had not seen these.
Proximity to airport. Great place to stay if you have an early morning flight. The service in the restaurant was painfully slow, and the food was not worth the wait.
staff was not very competent food was expensive and mediocre
Nothing special It is located not at the terminal but in 15-20 minnutes away by shuttle bus. It is not clearly mentioned that actually there are 3 different Novotels there and you need to carefully check which one is the right one.
Location provided goos access to CDG airport, hotel was clean, modern and with good services; front desk staff were pleasant and efficient
The hotel was extremely comfortable, we especially appreciated the 'Wellbeing Centre' - gym, pool, sauna, steam room, etc. It was a great way to end a four week Eropean tour and prepare for 24 hours travel to Australia. As we were checking in, the desk clerk efficiently offered information about our departing flight the following morning (ours was an overnight stay in preparation for an international flight). She confirmed the terminal for us and that the flight was on time. While the airport shuttle bus isn't specifically the hotel's responsibility, the route it takes is rediculous if one seeks terminal one. We spent over 50 minutes on the bus and even began picking up new passengers and returned to a stop immediately beside the hotel before getting to terminal one. The desk staff should be encouraged to advise guests heading for terminal one that the route is impractical and that they should either use a differnt shuttle bus (if an alternative exists), or take a cab. The actual distance from the hotel was under ten minutes, but we took over 50 minutes on the bus - and were late for our flight as a result.
A nice evening meal at a reasonable cost Price of beer in the restaurant was rather expensive
Friendly, helpful staff, comfortable room, convenient to airport. Loved being able to walk to the little village for dinner.
Clean no-smoking room, comfortable bed Having to pay for the shuttle to fair ground maison&object
Nice room, very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely return!
easy to live even with a 21 month baby The service maid is knocking at the door at 9 am, we were sleeping, they should check before if the people are at the breakfast or not. The shuttle system is very poor, why don't you stop at CDG 2B ? long run on foot through CDG
the room was very good. (soffa and bed) it is the kind of room that can be used as an office out of office for a couple of days The internet connection (wirless by orange) did not work on my mobile device.
Shuttle bus driver was very helpful. Attractive lobby. Business type hotels are sometimes not particularly friendly to the ordinary traveller. This was the case at this hotel. Internet access cost 5 Euros for 15 minutes ( in the lobby) Many hotels I find give this as a free service now. Room was clean but not exceptional.
Professional service and good facilities + convenient location Old restroom
The food at dinner time was very bad and poor and the breakfast was also not the best one.
After a long drive I stayed for one hour in the Sauna witch was very good. It was a pitty that the drinking water in the Gym was empty.
Convenient for early morning flight. Modern bright hotel. Large bedroom
Rooms were warm and comfortable. Proximity to CDG was perfect. The restaurant was surprisingly excellent! The price of breakfast was too high. We instead went to the local McDonalds.
practical, good basic room
Good shower Hotel did not receive notice from Booking.com with my reservation until late in the day of my arrival. Promised shuttle to cdg airport (every 15 minutes to af terminal) did not come between 7:40 am and 8am, causing others to miss their flights.
Ease and convenience to CDG airport. Good restaurant. Pillows were too small and soft.
Shuttel bus to exhibition ground. Very bad language skills in the restaurant and you shall not expect to receive what you think was ordered. The shuttel bus driver could not speak english and sometimes the route is different which can be a serius problem when not told.
Tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Also thef friendly, relaxed atmosphere in the bar.
Nothing absolutely nothing the service was poor TV and internet did not work and staff at front desk was aatrocious. See above
Modern and clran.
the room was overheated and the staff wouldn't care and they were rude.
The staff were friendly and helpful, the room large and clean. Free shuttle bus to CDG, You can then get a train or bus into Paris. I didn't realise before booking there wasn't a dining room? I wasn't expecting to have to go eat somewhere else. There are 2 other places to eat and the food was good.
rooms, staff, very far from city center, no transportation access near it,
The staff at this hotel is the worst I have ever seen,
the design of the room , the Staff was mostly unkind, very unprofessional , Brakfest was the whorse i have ever seen !
Spacious and nice layout, equiped with microwave. Very clean and quiet. Hard to get a live receptionist thru the phone.
concept and design, I like it. flatiron, hope there is one.
clean, excelent, good breakfast
easy access to airport and free transfer no resturant
