Best hotel in WL. Proof restaurant has excellent food. Best burger ever. Say hi to Whitney (bartender).
extremely expensive restaurant, particularly breakfast!
Very friendly staff, brand new beautiful interiors and furniture, free (but slow) wifi, every charger and connector you could possibly need (very useful), great bathrooms and showers.
Clean new hotel. Near great food in Waterloo. Nice and helpful staff. Easy parking. Understaffed restaurant....barely got service at dinner. Had to pay rediculously prices for coffee in morning. Layout and design of room space is strange.
Clean, attractive hotel. We walked to dinner. Staff is very helpful. Restaurant prices are too high so we didn't try it. Breakfast for guests could be priced much more reasonably!
For a late check out they were going to charge me an extra $50.00
Closed restaurant for diner
The room was extremely clean and tidy, and the bathroom was beautiful! I really enjoyed the complementary breakfast and the use of the gym and pool My room was next to an office on the main floor, I over heard many of their conversation which woke me up often at night and in the morning.
Musty urine smelling bathroom
Rooms clean and comfortable, restaurant was attached, close to the convention I was attending
Your location was easy to find and central to the things I/we wanted to do. My mother has limited mobility and even though there was only 3 stairs to the first floor she was frustrated by them. My mistake, I should have inquired before booking the room.
The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and furnishings seemed newly refreshed. The staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. A great room for a weekend getaway. The location is convenient to uptown waterloo, but the immediate surroundings of the hotel aren't great. This isn't the hotel's fault though.
Room and staff were perfect Cost too much for just a bed, no pool, no breakfast, no fridge, sparse offerings for bathroom and beverage amenities.
The hotel seems to be a bit worn and not as high a quality as other Comfort Inns I have stayed at. The halls and room noise carried. Bad incident Saturday night and noisy party disturbed our sleep in the early morning hours. The location was very handy to what we needed it for and ample parking. I left a binder of business information in the room and called the hotel and they said they will call me as it is locked in lost and found. Waiting for a reply at the moment.
Nice hotel, friendly staff.
near Carage, near shops and services area Cleaning is not as usual in motels, there is no refrejerator or microwave, there is no alivator , there is much noise at night you can hear the other rooms
Room service is good and rooms are spacious-for-price. Restaurant downstairs is yummy, recommended. Staff is friendly and helpful. I tried to give it another shot, still, the main issue remains. The walls are so thin that you hear everything. People in the hallway, check. My neighboring room's TV, indeed. My other neighboring room's group discussion about the Leaves at 1am, how am I gonna miss that? I am there to get a shut eye at 11 pm to wake up at 6 and go to my conference, WHY CAN'T I GET THAT?
The availability of the mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot etc. made the stay much more comfortable and less expensive. My request for a walk out to the parking lot was honoured without problems as we had brought a pet. The lack of restaurant within the hotel is a negative point especially for breakfast when you want to leave early. (Unfortunately the muffins were gone by 8:00 am and the fruit was reduced to apples. Luckily the restaurant across the street was open.
Uncomplicated and quiet. Very clean rooms and the wireless access is both free and user friendly.Location of hotel in the city is fairly central, with easy access to most businesses. Ambient noise from the corridor traffic easily comes through your room door early next morning.
