Pros: The property is the creation of the owners, and it shows; it is exceptional. The attention to detail on the building, the cleanliness, the falicilities, etc., were impossible to criticise. The property is massive, with great walks in the Canadian outdoors. The owners were also so helpful, friendly, and exceeded expectations with all our needs. We had a great stay, and I highly recommend this property.
Cons: Nothing. This was one of those stays that ticked every box, and exceeded our expectations.
Pros: Well done and prepared on time
Cons: All were good

Pros: The breakfast was delicious. The beds were very comfortable. And the owners were very kind and helpful. Would definitely stay there again!
Pros: Very nice owner. Clean and well equipped room in a historical style. Excellent breakfast.
Cons: Absolutely nothing to complain about.
Pros: Beautiful heritage house, delicious breakfast and great hosts!
Pros: The breakfast was amazing.
Cons: I can't think of a thing.
Pros: Owner familly are really welcoming. House are in excellent state, beautiful and very well maintained.
Cons: Bit of noise from street and in the house himself.
Pros: This gite is a gem that we discovered by accident. It is well worth staying here if you are in the area. It is in a beautiful old farmhouse and the rooms are spacious, very clean and very comfortable. The hosts are gracious and engaging and breakfast was delicious. There is a good restaurant not too far away. It was a real bonus for our trip to discover this B&B, and it's great value for money to boot.
Pros: The very warm and welcoming atmosphere
Pros: Breakfast was very good. The B & B was ideally located for the purposes of our trip. Lovely countryside.
Pros: The location is quiet. The rooms were clean and the view from our balcony was very nice.
Cons: We stayed here 4 years ago and remembered it fondly. The couple that ran the place was very nice. We had a fabulous meal in the restaurant. Breakfasts (included in cost) were gastronomic works of art. Sadly, it seem the ownership has changed. Breakfast (not included in cost) was plain. Rooms were not cleaned during the day. Owners promised us tea in the mornings, then forgot. In fact we had trouble finding anyone there at all to check in and check out. With some experience perhaps they can do better in the hospitality business.
Pros: The food was excellent, and prepared by a chef!
Pros: Location and the rustic look
Cons: Cold shower and no airco
Pros: Place to stay the night
Cons: No air circulation on room. No fan provided. Hot water was slim to none.
Pros: It was quaint and rustic.
Cons: More privacy with bathroom.. only curtain no door.
Situated on the beach, this resort is 3 mi (4.9 km) from Ski Montcalm and within 6 mi (10 km) of La Source Bains Nordiques and Club De Golf Rawdon. Lac-des-Iles and Esterel Golf Club are also within 20 mi (32 km).
Pros: Very clean, owners are very hospitable
Cons: We weren't informed about dogs (there are two digs). The rooms are on the second floor only ,but we weren't informed.
Pros: Our hosts were discrete yet attentive and so very thoughtful. We needed a quiet night away from our small children so we absolutely loved the peace and calm of their bed and breakfast. There was plenty of room to park our minivan and the snow had been all neatly cleared away. The rooms and shared areas were spic and span, neat and tidy, which I particularly appreciated. The host even offered us snowshoes to enjoy the fresh air of the wooded area surrounding the house. The location is great, too-- tucked back in the hills so as to feel private and cozy but just a quick drive to downtown Rawdon with charming shops and eateries. (The pizza at Crabtree Pizzéria is definitely worth a stop.) The breakfast was generous, well-cooked, and nicely balanced with loads of fresh fruits. I would love to come back here again!
Cons: Make sure to pay directly on the premises before checking out. I had entered my payment information on Booking.com but hadn't realized that I had not yet been billed so I felt a little embarrassed. (My fault! I should have read the fine print of the email better.) Not at all anything bad, just sharing so other guests will be better prepared (and less embarrassed) than we were. Also make sure to swipe carefully if you pay with a card, otherwise you will likely get a read error. Hope that helps others because this is a fantastic place that deserves loads of guests!
Pros: We stayed for two nights for a local orienteering meet. Our host was there to greet us on arrival, had already turned on the air conditioning in the room to cool it down, and showed us our quarters. The entire upstairs is set aside with 3 rooms and a shared bath (shared just among guests). It also includes a sitting room and a small shared fridge. My bed was very comfortable (firm, no lumps). Our first breakfast was eggs, bacon, fresh sliced fruit, toast, and homemade jam...all artfully arranged on the plate. The second breakfast was crepes for me, french toast for my daughter, Quebec maple syrup, and more fresh sliced fruit. And both breakfasts were offered when we wanted them (we were not required to eat at the same time as another guest). They are located on a quiet, gravel side road, at the bottom of which is a small beach/boat launch, some tables and a dock. It was quite nice to jump in for a little swim after a hot day outside! When we are back in the area, we will certainly stay again at Chez Lulu et Lutin. If you have allergies, note that they have 2 small dogs.
Cons: Careful going up and down the steep stairs to the guest quarters.
Pros: It was clean and very welcome. The breakfast was amazing and the owner was very easy to talk to! Had a wonderful time staying! Highly recommend!

Pros: The place The fireplace in the room
Cons: There was nobody when we arrived at 11PM
Pros: Beautiful boutique style rooms on golf property. Perfect for what we needed. Only catch is there is no front desk (which we did not know) you have to check in across the street.
Pros: Quiet as you would expect on a golf course. Nice large room. Clean and well equipped. Stylishly done. Decent food in the Bistro at reasonable prices. Surprised to find a microwave and small grill as they weren’t mentioned in the listing. Recommend, we would stay again.
Cons: A hairdryer would be nice. Coffee machine was awkward to use.
Pros: The room was clean. The beds large and comfortable. The view was good. The facility complete with fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, ironing board and iron. Only thing missing is a hair dryer.

Cons: Good to average, I was expecting better based on hotel advertising and pictures.
Cons: The hotel did no meet my expectations, perhaps I expected too much.
Cons: Therewas blood in the bed sheet
Pros: Staff was polite and friendly. Room had a lovely view of the river and the fall colours. Bed was comfortable.
Cons: Lighting was rather dim. Price was a bit high and there is always an additional cost added to my credit card several days after I check out. I would prefer to know the total price when the room is booked. Hidden costs seem shady.
Pros: breakfast and service was great the cleanliness of the hotel and and friendly staff where wonderful
Located in Saint-Charles-Borromée, Motel Bonsoir is near the beach, a 5-minute walk from Joliette Golf Club and within a 5-minute drive of Saint-Charles-Borromee Cathedral. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Not very much only the shower
Cons: It wasn’t very clean the spa didn’t work the bed was really uncomfortable
Pros: This motel is a very nice place to stay. It has very comfortable rooms and the staff are very nice.
Pros: Comfy beds
Cons: We were overcharged by about 35-40 dollars because my booking didn’t go through which at first I received a email stating it went through with confirmation number but after the fact I received a message saying it didn’t. When we checked in hotel they didn’t take this into consideration at all. I’m not happy with Booking.com. Besides the room was very outdated, and no step leading into entrance of room so I almost tripped twice. Will definitely not stay there again.
Pros: Very clean, housekeeping staff generous with towels, two different heat sources in room, just a very nice example of a basic motel.
Cons: Booked while under the impression that there was an on-site laundromat. Not their fault I guess but it turns out that the two laundromats in Joliette are at the other end of town, which was an issue for me
Cons: the room was not clean (there was flys = mouches) et the Internet is very very slow for the price, the experience was horrible
Pros: Right next to golf course
Cons: The bed was comfortable however the box spring was terribly noisy .you could not move cause it was making noises and getting out was even worse. So if you or partner turned it was making that awful noises.
Pros: Good location. Comfortable bed. Aged but clean.
Cons: Small soap in the bathroom. Had to buy a bar of soap for 2 people to shower. No electrical outlet in the bathroom. Razor only.
Pros: Just a nice example of a basic motel. Heavy wood furniture had a finish that easily wiped clean. Plenty of hot water, fridge, microwave and hair dryer in room
Cons: A little out of the way, although the upside of that was that it was utterly quiet at night
Located in Saint-Thomas, Motel St-Thomas is within a 10-minute drive of Arthur Robillard Park and Renaud Park. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: No breakfast at this motel
Cons: A little cleaner outside the back end of the motel
Pros: Room was mostly clean and comfortable.
Cons: Shower curtain was filthy.
Pros: Nice washroom and with a balcony in back. There was instant coffee . When i arrived I was able to cancel my second night stay because of a change in plans without any fees , which was very appreciated.
Cons: Tv didnt work and sheets smelled bad. Only 2 pillows. Air conditionner was noisy.
Pros: Surprisingly clean. Not too far out from Joliette. Quiet place. Friendly staff
Cons: Bed wasn’t the most comfortable and only 1 pillow per person is weird for a hotel. Also a tv from the 70s could be updated.
Pros: It was clean
Cons: Beds are not comfortable
Pros: Good value, close to mernois winery and friendly owner.
Cons: Little bit old.
Pros: the place seemed clean and the price was very low
Cons: It smelled cigarette in the room. we needed to leave the doors opened and shoot some febreeze to negate the smell
