Pros: very nice new building and room. Swimming pool is good. Staff is very helpfull.
Cons: At night it is very warm in the room
Pros: Great accommodation with very nice hosts.
Pros: Very attractive modern designed rooms in a lovely garden setting with heated pool. Hosts very thoughtful, attentive and friendly. Very close to village of Lits-et-Mixe, and 15 minutes drive from beautiful beach.
Pros: Modern, quiet, stylish b&b with lovely pools area. Lots of comfortable outside seating. Spotless room with good shower. Lovely helpful owners. Delicious breakfast of pastries, breads, jams, yoghurt, fruit, juice, generous with drinks. Gluten-free bread available on request. Car definitely required. Lots of outdoor activities in local area, nice restaurants in villages nearby.
Cons: Nothing, perhaps just small fridges in rooms so guests can keep drinks cool on hot days?

Pros: Very welcoming. Efficient, with a decent breakfast.
Cons: Nothing. It was good value for money; a b&b in a good location
Pros: The room was clean and very comfortable, the breakfast was basic but very tasty, especially the home made jams. Two restaurants a short walk away
Cons: Having to pay cash wasn't clear and the nearest cash point was a 10 minute drive.
Pros: Wonderful owners. Great atmosphere. Very friendly
Cons: Slightly bigger room and bed
Pros: very good breakfast, friendly staff
Pros: We loved our stay. The house is beautifully renovated and decorated, the room was clean, comfortable and quiet and had everything we needed and the garden just added extra charme and made us feel right at home. The two owners are very friendly and helpful, with good tips on where to eat. Breakfast was also just amazing, we felt spoilt and thoroughly enjoyed it. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a charming tranquil place to relax or explore the area. If you do not speak French, don‘t worry, the hosts are both fluent in English. You can also rent bicycles from them.
Cons: Nothing. Wished we had stayed longer.
Pros: Very nice breakfast in a super nice garden. Very nice and easy hosts.
Pros: The room decoration and that had kettle with coffee and tea
Pros: Good accommodation
Pros: Nice property, communal area, friendly owners who spoke good English , also really nice restaurant two mins from property.
Cons: Nothing all good
Pros: Very nice landlord, welcoming and willing to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Nicely decorated rooms, in a quiet place, with a charming flowered garden. Congratulations !

Cons: Didn't feel any warmth on arrival. No communication as to whether we could use the garden or the pool. No offer of any refreshments at all. No tea, coffee or even a bottle of water in the room. Breakfast was completely help-yourself - again no proper greeting from the owners. The worst part of our stay was the noise, The owner's child and another woman and her baby - these kids making a lot of noise at 10pm, doors slamming at gone midnight, woken by a baby and more slamming at 3.15am - will never stay there again. Very expensive for what it was - rooms and bathrooms very outdated too. Have stayed at much friendlier and luxurious places for much less money.
Pros: Wonderful grounds and stylish design
Pros: Quaintness of the property
Cons: The ceiling height in the bedroom
Pros: It was a pleasant stay.
Cons: The garden and the pool area is very nice, the pool itself wasn't looking very clean though. Didn't dare taking a swim..
Pros: The place is truly beautiful and the lady running everything is really really nice, very helpful and always with a smile.
Pros: Nice & clean rooms, very very very quiet and peacefull stay on a farm, beautifull garden with a baby duck welcoming everyone entering the garden
Cons: The breakfast offer was really poor serving only bread, jam, yoghurt and coffee. Adding some fruits, veggies, cereal and cheese would have been nice. The family room has no windows. Someone should remove all the dead fish floating in the pond...
Pros: Lovely old building with grounds and swimming pool. Helpful staff.
Pros: tranquillity - nature - pool - friendly staff - good food and wine
Cons: breakfast was only sweet
Pros: The croissants were excellent
Cons: A more extensive breakfast, nowadays they offer only a French breakfast (tea, coffee.... croissant and bread) so no ham, eggs etc.
Pros: Breakfast was excellent, with amazingly fresh croissants walked straight over from the local bakery

Pros: Staff wereexceptionally helpful.
Cons: Breakfast was the meanest I have ever had. Half a stale baguette, one roll (I can't spell the French for it), a pot of jam, some honey and a cup of tea is NOT a breakfast. No ham, no cheese, no eggs, no cereal, no fruit. Yet it was the same price as hotels offering all those things. Rip off.
Pros: Being able to access our rooms at all times was good even when the rest of the hotel was closed; the breakfasts were excellent and also the restaurant meals were very good. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons: Early closure of the bar which we assume was because it was early in the season and no communal room once the hotel closed.
Pros: we had a brilliant overnight stay here, the staff were great and we managed to have quite a laugh with our poor french and their English! Its a small town so nice and quiet. we ate in the restaurant so convenient and the food was good. they were happy to put our bikes in a safe place overnight. definitely go again :-)
Pros: The Bistrot is suitably located in the very centre of the village and a few minutes by car from two wonderful big beaches. Our room was large, very comfortable, airy and very well lightened and modernly furnished. The bathroom was ample and very clean. The staff working at the reception was kind and professional.
Pros: A very comfortable clean room. We had an excellent evening meal and were charged half board price which was very good value for money. Good wifi.
Cons: Despite asking for our eta, which we gave as 15.00 to 16.00, they didn't open until 17.00, although there was a note on the door saying this. I think that they subsequently changed the check in time on their listing.
