Pros: The property was sweet, and the hosts and staff were very friendly and helpful
Cons: The wine could be better considering how reasonable wine is in France.
Pros: The staffs are very helpful and friendly
Cons: Location is hard to find it
Pros: A charming, quirky place to stay. Close to Versailles (20 minute drive). Very clean and excellent breakfast. Wonderful host, nothing too much trouble.
Cons: Nothing really.
Pros: Our hosts were extremely helpful and friendly The accommodation is very nicely decorated with a beautiful garden and the food was lovely. We would have no hesitation recommending le petite nailly.
Pros: The hotel is a exceptional hidden gem only about 20 mins to Versailles in a small village. A very warm welcome on arrival, and attentive to the hotel facilities which were excellent. With the help of a little translation guidance given for local restaurants for evening meals-italian only 10 mins away excellent recommendation as we visited on both nights of our overnight stay. The morning breakfast was excellent with a variety of choices and superb coffee .Our stay was for only 2 nights but would have liked to have stayed longer before heading home .Highly recommend ,will certainly visit again if we are in the area again
Cons: N/A as the hotel matched more than our expectations
Pros: A beautiful property in a great location, we were welcomed and looked after by the lovely Francoise (who does not speak English) while the owners were away. Super breakfast, there was nothing left wanting. Bed was comfortable, lovely roomy en-suite, tea making facility in room, all nice even though our room was relatively small. We only stayed 1 night, but there was comfortable seating in breakfast room (heated conservatory) which would have been nice to use!
Pros: See what we didn't like below.
Cons: The owner did not exactly give us a warm welcome. He wanted payment on arrival and when I later checked my booking confirmation I found he had overcharged by 9 Euros. I questioned this but did not get a satisfactory explanation. His English was not too good and my French is not up to arguing the matter and so I reluctantly decided to leave the matter, just beware, we would certainly not stay here again. The village offers no amenities whatever and it would involve a drive to find anywhere for an evening meal.
Pros: Nice and clean room, good breakfast and very friendly hosts.
Cons: Everything was excellent, maybe the matras of the bed was a bit too hard for me.
Pros: The accommodation is in a very quite and safe place. Eric prepared wonderful salad for dinner Breakfast was also perfect. The landlord is helpful. Thanks again.
When you stay at Le Manoir De Sauvegrain in Saint-Lambert, you'll be in a regional park, within a 15-minute drive of Palace of Versailles and France Miniature. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and multilingual staff. Guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle for a surcharge, and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The hotel is beautiful, the staff os helpful.
Cons: we were there on a very hot day (97oF) and there is no air conditioning in the room.
Pros: The staff were okey, i was asking for the resto. But since it was already closed, still they prepared sandwich for me and for free
Pros: Wonderful hotel in a quiet area yet easily accessible. Restaurant La Terrassee de Sauvegrain (a short walk) is a owned by the same family as the hotel and is not to be missed. Set in an old stone home, this restaurant was our favorite in our week in France.
Pros: The staff is extremely kind and always available to satisfy the guestes' necessities. The hotel is really comfortable and surrounded by the wood . We had a very pleasant stay !
Cons: No AC in rooms WiFi very bad Drinks very expensive
Pros: Beautiful manor, very peaceful and the staff were all lovely.
Located in Magny-les-Hameaux, Le Petit Nailly is within a 15-minute drive of Château de La Madeleine and Velodrome de Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: It did what we needed which was to be a base camp for the PBP
Cons: There could have been more light in the kitchen area.
Pros: Very warm welcoming, like feeling at home. Excellent breakfast!
Pros: Great breakfast, Very nice and clean apartment and safe garden for the kids to play.
Pros: I loved this property. It was clean, quaint, quiet and charming. Pictures that I saw did not do justice to this place. There were flowers everywhere, and lots of places to sit. The proprietors were very friendly and welcoming. Americans can have difficulty traveling in Europe as we like our comforts. Fear not! This place has air conditioning, TV, WiFi, and they speak English. Our rooms were newly renovated and had high ceilings. We were too busy to take full advantage of the things at the property like the outdoor eating or relaxing. Boris, one of the proprietors, is expert at planning trips to Versailles. He saved us a lot of time and headache by his suggestions. I would highly recommend this place for seeing Versailles, or just enjoying the countryside.
Cons: I hate to say anything bad, as we had a wonderful stay. The one thing I did not like was the firm mattress. It is probably healthier, but I like a softer mattress. I still slept well.
Pros: Located in the middle of the French fields, it seems like you're in the middle of nowhere but you're less tht 1 hour from Paris and less than half an hour from Versailles
Pros: Great location for what we needed big rooms and very clean
Cons: Can’t find anything not to like about it
With a stay at Relais Saint-Laurent in Chevreuse, you'll be in a regional park, within a 15-minute drive of France Miniature and Chateau de Dampierre. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Free self parking is available onsite.
Located in Cernay-la-Ville, Abbaye Des Vaux De Cernay is on a lake, within a 10-minute drive of Chateau de Dampierre and Castle of Breteuil. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, a 24-hour front desk, and multilingual staff. This hotel has 7 meeting rooms available for events. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Beautiful hotel, classic old school French style
Pros: Lovely breakfast with open terrace, but no English breakfast tea, or teapots! The gardens and the setting in general, were spectacular and worth the visit. The dining room and public spaces were really impressive. It is living history and very romantic.
Cons: To be honest, the whole place needs money spending on it. For instance, our room with amazing views, was spacious but the furniture was old and tired, the hair dryer plug would not stay in the wall and was therefore dangerous. The swimming pool, area was very tired. The sun beds were very poor and there were no towels. In fact, the staff had no way of providing any service or refreshments in the pool area and to get from the hotel to the facilities, meant either very long walk around a winding path or a short-cut over the long grass. Our evening meal was lovely, but eye-wateringly expensive.
Pros: Delicious breakfast and cozy room in a gorgeous setting.
Pros: Stayed here for a luxurious stop-over en route through France. Grounds and buildings stunning. Rooms comfortable. Very helpful staff, and an amazing meal in the hotel. Not cheap, but good value given how special it is.
Pros: Lovely breakfest & reception
Pros: We could leave our dog free in the house and in the garden together with their dog. The breakfast was wonderful, with a lot of choice.
Pros: Very friendly. I don't speak French and the proprietor didn't speak English but we communicated very well. Nothing was too much trouble. Google translator came to the rescue when our vocabularies failed. This is a VERY quiet accommodation. I was on business and the only guest at this time of year. The breakfast was ideal and ready when I'd asked (7:00am). Cannot really think of anything negative to say.
Pros: The house owners are extremely hospitable. There is no restaurant close to the property, but the owner drove us to the train station and back, it was super nice from his side. The property is also good, quite and comfortable. Nothing bad to say.
Pros: Quiet location, pleasant room, charming host and a good breakfast.
With a stay at Storia Da Ennio in La Verriere, you'll be within a 10-minute drive of France Miniature and Pariwest Commercial Center. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Every thing Specially the Staff specially Cou!!! She was amazing and hillaryous . Food
Pros: Nice room & good restaurant. Friendly staff.
Pros: Staff very friendly. Food absolutely excellent . Would recommend and would stay again. Excellent
Pros: It is simple but clean. Nice little breakfast. Cosy restaurant. Utterly nice and helpful people.
Cons: The shower cabin is too small (for me...)
Pros: Very clean. Bed comfortable
Cons: Sound insulation could be better
Pros: Very friendly staff. Great Italian restaurant. Comfortable bed.
Cons: Nothing, all was good.
Pros: Hotel including an italian restaurant with good food. Warm welcoming and confortable room.
Cons: It was a bit cold, not enough heating.
Pros: Really relaxed and friendly, family run, with great food.
Cons: It was a little hard to get to, but I’d use it again.
Pros: Restaurant, location, lovely staff
Pros: Friendly and warm welcome in combination with good quality / price ratio, the in-house restaurant is a plus allowing to have a good dinner with no need to drive.

Pros: Good Breakfast, right next to Renault R&D Center
Pros: Great location to Renault Techno Center
Pros: Great location and helpful staff.
Cons: Nice hotel but would have liked tea and coffee, kettle in the room.
Pros: Breakfast good but could do with more sachets of English breakfast tea which kept running out. Location ok. Disappointed not to be able to have an evening meal on a Sunday as everywhere else in area closed.
Cons: See above
Pros: Location and rooms excellent
Cons: Neighbourhood is not interesting
Located in Milon-la-Chapelle, Hôtel De La Chapelle is in a national park, within a 10-minute drive of Masin du Parc Naturel de la Haute Vallee de Chevreuse and Château de La Madeleine. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access and an elevator. Guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle for a surcharge, and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Breakfast was excellent
Cons: Smelly bathroom
Cons: Please have transport options available for guests. I was there for a night and had to come from the train, go to the church for a wedding and go to a chateau for the reception (I was traveling alone). The front desk staff (who was very nice and accommodating) told me that these were too short distances for taxis which I found ridiculous. He kindly took me to the church and picked me up from the train station but this is not sustainable. Not all guests will have cars - Ubers were also canceling all the time. This is an easy fix - have some drivers on retainer, even if it is for short distances.
Pros: The property was so cozy and quiet. A beautiful place! Breakfast was very good and the room was very comfortable, especially the deep bathtub!
Pros: The staff were helpful, it's the only hotel in the village so location is good in that sense, the room was comfortable and spacious.
Cons: There was no lighting in the car park so it was pitch black at night and impossible to walk around, the wifi was weak and the price seemed steep for what it is.
Pros: Beautiful house, great breakfast, very friendly host
Cons: nothing, all was good
Pros: Clean, comfortable, pretty, gorgeous bathroom. Helpful host. Propre, confortable, tres belle endroit. Propriataire gentil.
Cons: No fridge in room.
Cons: No value for money. The hotel has a potential, but for this money the standard should be much better. The staff was very kind, nice and helpful. The breakfast was also nice. The atmosphere was cute. But unfortunately there was a strange smell in my room (I don't know what was that?). Also, the walls are very thin, and I was lucky to be next to a couple who decided to have a loud sex. I felt they are doing this in my room. There is a very nice garden in the hotel! All in all, the price should go down, or the standard higher.
Pros: Charming hotel
Cons: There is no light in the garden and at the entry door. When I arrived, it was difficult to identify the entrance.

Pros: Awesome food, amazing breakfast buffet.
Pros: Very clean rooms. All modifications (extra beds made, cribs installed/made prior to arrival, so all we had to do was settle on. Also, nice outdoor pool. Friendly staff spoke great English. Good location for driving to Versailles and Paris.
Cons: Even though it's a sports-based property, no ice machine is available for guests. Also, restaurant hours and menu variety are lacking and quite pricy, given out-of-the-way location.
Pros: Breakfast and Bar good.
Cons: Rooms are very basic.
Pros: Awesome breakfast, included the stay
Pros: Well-run, comfortable, clean and modern hotel at the Golf National to the south west of Paris. Generally friendly helpful staff, comfortable rooms and a good restaurant that does breakfast and evening meals. It also has a gym and an outdoor pool although we did not use those. Everything works well so there are no irritations over things like wifi. The hotel enjoys a good view over the golf course at the rear. At the front the views are less impressive but still generally 'green' reflecting the 'garden suburb' nature of the area.
Cons: Very little really. A car for this location would be strongly recommended as you would struggle to get around on public transport, although theoretically possible. Breakfast coffee machine seemed a bit 'British' in quality although this should be set in the context of us being 'spoilt rotten' by three weeks on the continent ! But I don't honestly think the coffee at breakfast was the strongest feature.
Pros: Great location on the Golf National, close to Paris and only 10 mins from Versailles. Great atmosphere and nice design downstairs in bar and restaurant. Brekkie outside overlooking the golf course was fun and there's a cute, if small, kids area.
Cons: Looks like a bunker on the outside. Room was fairly basic and food in restaurant was alright but not great.
Pros: Location at le golf National.
When you stay at Kyriad Versailles - Saint Cyr l'Ecole in Saint-Cyr-l'Ecole, you'll be in the suburbs, within a 15-minute drive of Palace of Versailles and France Miniature. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, a 24-hour front desk, and a safe deposit box at the front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Staff was very helpful.
Pros: Good location next to major roads, just 15min walk to RER station to get to Paris, also close to Versailles if you plan to visit it. Room was nice and quiet - on the parking side, as the neighbours on the other side can be loud, which receptionist mentioned before checking in.
Pros: Easy to reach location from the motorway. We were pleasantly surprised to be able to enjoy such a good evening meal in the hotel restaurant. Staff were very helpful in the restaurant and at reception. There was a hic-cup with wi-fi but the staff soon sorted it. Pleased to have a kettle in the room too.
Cons: Dinner went onto cold plates but at least the food itself was hot and very well cooked and presented. Short lived wi-fi problem - it happens now and again. Ask for a quiet room as one side of the hotel is fairly close to the road. ( not a motorway)
Pros: The quality /price ratio was really excellent. The staff was friendly The breakfast buffet for 13€ was way above average (choice and quality)
Cons: For the price that I paid 66€ (WE) there was really nothing to complain about
Pros: Easy stop over on rear side of Versailles Great restaurant 2 doors up! Secure parking lot
Cons: Staff more interested in their own work . Given keys to room and it was still unmade from previous guest- dirty towels in bathroom. They corrected this and gave us another room.
Pros: Nice rooms, very clean, friendly staff, good restaurant
Cons: Industrial area

Pros: Stayed for the night as I had to attend a wedding nearby and it was a pleasant stay. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was helpful.
Cons: However, we forgot our phone charger in the room and when we went back an hour later they could not find it.
Pros: The bed is very comfortable and the room
Pros: Location and staff
Cons: Size of single-bed’s size which is only a little bit wider than human body
Pros: Staff is really friendly and helpful.
Cons: The room really small like a train CV, we often banged our heads via higher bed. It is value for money, but really budget-budget level. We choosed this hotel because it is not far from Versail, but if I come once moew I would choose Ibis in Meudon - it is the same distance to Versail, but much more sightseeing.
Cons: We eat something very bad was already cooked we both whit coins from the mashine front of the reception next day we have stomach problems and even now I have diaria
Pros: Location, cleanliness
Cons: - coffee machine and vending machine need to have coins on you, reception does not provide coins - breakfast quality is relatively not high with limited options to eat, coffee machine in restuarent is low quality
Pros: Location was ideal as a short distance from the autoroute and also close to the station to head into Versailles
Cons: Car Parking was limited, There was a patch of rough ground opposite with very dangerous potholes and sharp objects. We witnessed a taxi dropping off a guest burst it's tyre totally on the dangerous raised manhole cover.

Cons: Rooms were quite small but then you only sleep in them I suppose.
Pros: Good service
Cons: No fridge in the room nor a water kettle to make tea

Pros: Nice location easy drive to Versailles; nice appearance and spotlessly clean. Pleasant, friendly staff who spoke very good English.
Cons: Pillows uncomfortable; door lock temperamental; noisy plumbing.
Pros: Very confortable. A nespresso free coffee as welcome in the room, the wonderfull breakfast..really recommend it!
Pros: Clean, quiet location and hotel. Reception was very helpful.
Cons: Not enough towels but that's petty.
Pros: Loved the location. Very easy to visit Versailles by car. Lots of places to walk dog around quiet town away from busy city. Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly! No extra charges for pets or parking which was also nice. Great hotel I would recommend again!
Pros: The terrace area was lovely
Cons: The parking
Pros: Reasonable proximity to Versailles
Cons: Small room for 3 people
Pros: very quiet hotel in the country near von Versailles or Paris with the high way
Pros: Good Value for money, close to supermarket
Pros: Nice atmosphir
Pros: Close to Versaille and Paris
Pros: Clean and good after hours service.
Cons: The toilet extraction fan does not seem to work very well.
Pros: The room and bath were clean and in nice condition. The hotel has free wireless internet, which we find very useful.
Cons: We arrived at the hotel about 17:00, on July 13th. The door was locked, and there was no one at the reception desk. A page on the door showed our name, as a new arrival, and indicated the room number where we would be staying, but we could not enter through the locked door. A message said to call the hotel phone number, but we had no phone to call from. Another hotel guest eventually let us in, and told us the combination to the electronic lock on the hotel door. Our key was in the door to our room. The next morning, a receptionist was at the hotel desk.
Pros: With the smoking ban now extended to France the opening onto the hotel grounds was a boon.
Cons: In the bathroom the shower head was fitted about 2 metres off the bath floor. Ok for people of restricted growth but not very appropriate for average height people.
Pros: Convenient for visiting Paris and Versailles
Cons: Although it was relatively out of the way, it was not quiet during the night as it's in the middle of an industrial estate. Also a coach party arrived around 11:30pm and the coach sat with its engine running for about 20minutes. The shower didn't work as the pipe was full of holes.
Pros: Hotel very clean and quiet. Hotel staff nice

Pros: Short drive from Versaille, silent neighbourhood.
Cons: Upon arrival we were told there was a wedding the night we stayed, this was not indicated while booking. This meant the pool closed early, the breakfast closed early (09:30 on Sunday...), the restaurant and bar were closed, and loud music was played until after midnight. We explicitly chose a hotel with pool and a nice breakfast to relax a bit between visiting sights. So this was a major disappointment. Upon
Pros: Breakfast was very good, great variety of items, and wonderful coffee/espresso.
Cons: Our door to our room did not work well and was always very hard to open, sometimes requiring help from the staff. It was not fixed until our final 2 days there and our stay was 2 weeks. We wish it had been repaired when they learned of the problem.
Pros: I loved the swimming pool and the outside area, just what we needed! The room was small but clean and the staff was really nice and helpfull.
Cons: The breakfast was very expensive compared to other hotels we had been to prior. The wifi connection was not good.
Pros: This hotel is good if you had a car with you; however, the environment is located in a good neighborhood.
Cons: The noisy of heater drove me a bit crazy at the first day. The 2nd & 3rd day, it's not that annoy, anyway.
Pros: Very close to the Palace
Cons: Breakfast was extortionate! And not much there

Pros: The restaurant is absolutely fantastic.
Cons: Room was a bit smelly and let the hotel down a bit.
Cons: Request to have rooms to be close to each other non fulfilled

We offer 4 function rooms for your business meetings. Enjoy fine regional products at breakfast, for room service and in the bar, which has a lovely shaded terrace. Pros: Very good breakfast Friendly staff The hotel even sent back some items we had forgotten after checkout. This was very nice of them.
Cons: Access to parking .
Pros: Excellent all around. Clean, friendly staff and good location near the train station. I used to live in this town, Montigny le Bretonneux, so I know the location very well. My only complaint is that the lights outside were not bright enough when it gets dark out. The train station can be a dangerous area at any time of day, but I felt uncomfortable entering the hotel at night with so little light.
Cons: The outside lighting was much too dim at the hotel. This is a typical French problem as the authorities want public places to be as little lighted as possible, but the hotel should be lit up twice what it is. There is very little light at the station where some shady characters hang out so it is an important issue.
Pros: Breakfast offer was good although gluten free bread was absent and milk was off and replaced on request. Comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff
Cons: As ever air conditioning never felt that fresh and room was stuffy.
Pros: I have to admit that after we complain about not having internet for a day and the manager gave us a discount in the rate of that day when doing the check out. The manager wasn't at the hotel when the problem occured and the stuff was absolutely helpless and kind of rude. Not what you expect at a 4 stars hotel.
Cons: Rooms are super small. Stuff is not willing to help much when needed. Breakfast room was totally unattended. Tables with empty dishes and you had to help yourself to clean up the table.
Located in Montigny-le-Bretonneux, Auberge du Manet is within a 15-minute drive of Palace of Versailles and France Miniature. Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and luggage storage. Planning an event in Montigny-le-Bretonneux? This hotel has facilities measuring 323 square feet (30 square meters), including a meeting room.
Pros: The rooms were very clean and the food was delicious.
Cons: The facilities were a bit worn and the materials used quite cheap. A shame, as the site itself is nothing short of fantastic.
Pros: Friendly staff. Lovely evening meal, great ambiance on the outside terrace of the restaurant
Pros: I could not access WiFi, thus this greatly affected my plans. The staff was not able to help. My phone is fine because I got WiFi at the other two hotels I stayed at during this visit to France.
Pros: The Breakfast
Cons: The room and the furniture are a little too old The door handle almost comes off and the window curtain fell
Pros: The unique buildings, the service, the room
Cons: AC missing
