Pros: Very friendly and helpful Great location Clean comfortable Good breakfast
Cons: A it of street noise with the window open
Pros: The service was excellent! The host/owner was very friendly and happy to help with anything. The whole house is cosy and nice. Breakfast was good, at wished times.
Pros: The owner was very friendly. He made efforts to communicate with us and to provide information. Also, the breakfast was so great! The bathroom is very spacious and clean. We were a group of 4 and booked two rooms. Both groups were satisfied with the room and the service we received.
Pros: good breakfast, nice owner
Cons: no parking. sound proof could be better especially owner spoke on the phone after 10 pm and it could be heard from bedroom
Pros: Excellent breakfast, and loved relaxing in the patio!
Pros: The owner Christophe cares about his guests and is very knowledgeable about the area. It’s a perfect location for cycling and hiking.
Pros: Christophe is a charming host. The room was comfortable with a great shower and we enjoyed a good breakfast before leaving. Luchon itself is a reasonably quiet town with a good choice o restaurants.
Pros: The begining of each day, an excellent breakfats with people from different Countries and cultures around the table and, also, with the company of the manager of the Hotel... it was not only a meal, but a moment of relax and change ideas and culture and friendship... with very good food too, some of the products "home made" I believe !
Cons: No special reasons. In fact it's an old building with interior stairs, but that is good too, nowadays we need to walk and talk. Like old trees existing in Luchon, we have to respect them, as with the old buildings. Essential it's to have them clean and with good conditions in Summer as in Winter.
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Bathroom needed better ventilation.

Cons: The owner, Jean Claude greeted us warmly and was ever so helpful.....when we asked if there was almond milk for coffee in the morning he said no, but he would get a carton for us and it was waiting for us in the morning....a true innkeeper......we loved our room as well.....
Pros: Well situated. Simple but comfortable and clean.

Pros: I think everything was just amazing, this is nothing i could complain. I will go back again for sure!
Pros: Everything. Our family had such a special time.
Cons: Very friendly owner, couldn't be more welcoming. Comfortable accommodation with easy access to mountains.
Pros: Excellent stay with an amazing dining 'hall' (converted barn) with amazing views. Not a higher score as the website info and reviews does such a good job of selling the place that, unusually, I expected more than I got (in terms of room, bathroom, food, etc). That said, trust the photos and go! The hosts are great, the experience unforgettable, and so much better than a standard hotel or hostel.
Pros: At this gorgeous location with postcard views we had a lovely stay. Our room was cozy and clean, including a little mezzanine that the kids loved. The hosts were so nice and helpful and made us feel most welcome. The delicious meals in the dining hall, shared family-style, made our stay all the more memorable.
Pros: lovely hosts!

Pros: Well appointed room with balcony. Having a lift to the second floor where our room was was fantastic.
Pros: Perfect !! too friendly !!
Pros: It’s very central. The staff were very understanding when we wanted to leave early and cancelled the remaining night without any trouble.
Cons: The fact that I couldn’t sleep! The road has traffic at all hours and the sound insulation is poor. But it’s an old building. Apparently the rooms at the back are fine, but if you are a light sleeper don’t even think about staying in the rooms overlooking the road.

Cons: Nothing! Great little hotel in the heart of Luchon
Pros: All to an excellent standard
Cons: Nothing not to dislike
Pros: Friendly staff, great pool, lovely breakfast. We parked our car in the garage. Excellent location everything on your doorstep.
Cons: Could have done with tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
Pros: Pool was nice as well as the location.

Pros: The breakfast had lots of choices an excellent selection for all tastes.
Cons: No space outside the bedroom to hang out.

Pros: The gentleman that ran the hotel went out of his way for us. Positioned just out if cafe centre, so 10 minutes to walk. My husband has an artificial leg and walked it ok
Cons: Shower didn't heat up until it ran for quite a few minutes, and only lasted a couple of minutes and went cold, however it was hot in the morning
Pros: Good location for a short stay in Luchon. Check in was easy and the staff were very relaxed. Onsite parking at the rear of the hotel.
Cons: The onsite parking was secure but a walk from the hotel entrance. it would be better to unload luggage before parking if possible. If only we had known!
Pros: We arrived quite late, the owner let us in the parking area, very friendly. The rooms were clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable. The only downside it was the Chef night off and we were hungry, the owner did tell us where we would be able to get something to eat but was disappointed as one of the reasons I booked this hotel was because it had restaurant facilities. Therefore would suggest checking before booking. Other than that all good would stay here again.
Cons: Chef night off so not able to get a meal
Pros: Gentleman on reception very friendly and helpful. Nice place.
Cons: Unfortunately the weather could have been better to be able to see those wonderful mountains but we will just come back another time.
Pros: Owner Alain was most helpful and spoke English well. Breakfast arrangement convenient and adequate. Clean room, beds were comfortable and the room a good size with small balcony. Great car parking, and hotel is located opposite the park, an easy stroll to restaurants and shops.
Cons: Shower was a bit 'tight' for dad, but plenty of hot water.
Pros: Good location and secure parking
Cons: Breakfast expensive, hotel very tired, shower facilities very cheap and ineffective, overall the hotel needs an overhaul.
Pros: Extremely helpful staff, very clean, well located hotel. Bagneres de Luchon is a very pretty town, with a lot to do in the area. We stayed there for the Tour de France and it was the perfect choice. Parking in the hotel was very convenient. Good breakfast!
Pros: Wonderful staff - so friendly and accommodating to us and our little 6-month old son. They bent over backwards to make our stay pleasant. The rooms were spotless and the hotel lovely and warm. The food was delicious.
Pros: I enjoyed a good breakfast. The hotel was quiet so no disturbance during the night. The room was large. The bed was comfortable. The staff were polite and friendly.
Cons: Minor point: no one at desk on arrival as staff were busy with evening meal.

Luchon Thermal Baths is 400 metres from La Villa d'Alti, while Luchon-Superbagnères Ski School is 2.7 km from the property. The nearest airport is Tarbes - Lourdes Airport, 66 km from the property.
Pros: It is a grand old building with a lot of style and great views. The breakfast was really nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: I have never been in a smaller bathroom. It worked, so there wasn't really a problem, but it was really, really small. The place is also a good walk from restaurants.
Pros: Quirky old building with a lot of character, although old it was kept very clean. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful, although they didn’t speak much English and I speak very little French, but we got by fine. The room was quite large and the bed comfortable. There is plenty of parking within the grounds of the hotel. The view from my bedroom window was stunning. There are plenty of restaurants quite close by.
Cons: The shower/toilet was across the corridor and was very small.
Pros: Room was spacious, sunny, confortable. Good location to explore the surrounding mountains.
Cons: Tiny, uncomfortable bathroom.
Pros: It's a grand old building, but what was not clear was that the conversion from Monastery to hotel was barely complete. There was a lovely stained glass window in the old chapel on the ground floor. Private off-street parking was a boon.
Cons: The room was comfortable enough, but was a modern room shoehorned into an old frame, which detracted from the attractiveness. The modern bathroom fittings were juxtaposed with makeshift cupboards, there was no window or fan extraction and the very effective shower tended to spread water where it wasn't wanted. The bedroom door was original, but really hard to lock. What was once a grand staircase was very much an emergency exit, while the lift was tiny and really slow. There was no bar (despite what it says on the website). The guy running the breakfast room on the first morning had no idea how to work the appliances (egg-boiler, toaster). Slightly odd out of hours access (after 20:30 - rather early) via keypad at side entrance.
Pros: We loved staying in an old monastery, unfortunately we were only on a stop over so didn't get to see much of the town.
Pros: This is an amazing value place to stay and a great location for cycling in the area. The property was fairly unique, being an old religious building. The breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable, and very clean. The view was amazing - mountains! The reception staff were great, although limited English, but my french is terrible so no complaints there!
Cons: The bed was extremely squeaky and I could hear when my neighbour got up because the floor boards were extremely noisy. Doors closed noisily. My neighbour also decided to get up and smoke in his room at 6am, which woke me up as the smell was so strong. There were no signs saying no smoking, so I’m unsure if it was allowed. I know the staff would have smelt it but nothing was done.
Pros: Historic building in a quiet area, just a short walk from the town centre (fabulous meal at Restaurant Pub Gourmand in the centre; friendly, authentic, and great value... highly recommended!!).
Cons: Very unfriendly welcome, but the other staff were more friendly. The renovated rooms have poor quality and very squeaky doors (some oil would help!)
Pros: We were welcomed in a very warm and friendly atmosphere. The convivial dinner and breakfast were excellent. The 19th century house is marvellous, with a good location to discover the Hautes Pyrenées. The interior is in a very personal and beautiful style.
With a stay at Hôtel Le Floréal, you'll be centrally located in Bagneres-de-Luchon, within a 15-minute drive of Peyragudes and Luchon Golf Club. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, luggage storage, and an elevator.
Located in Bagneres-de-Luchon, Le Bon Accueil is in a rural location, within a 15-minute drive of Luchon Golf Club and Peyragudes. Featured amenities include multilingual staff, luggage storage, and an elevator.
Pros: Stayed here years ago with my son and had good memories so was curious to see how it was now. Good location. Dinner not bad but pricey.
Cons: Poky room at side of hotel, not at front as assured. Main light in room flickered on and off. Minute TV you'd need binoculars to see. Tired carpets etc. Breakfast was the worst I had this trip by a long way and that includes mountain refuges! Coffee from dirty machine, cereal jar empty and no more to replace it. Single croissant reheated and two bits of baguette. Flies on table. Nothing cooked, no ham or cheese. Fruit so old it was inedible. Staff sort of trying their best but somewhat indifferent. Probably overworked and not enough staff overall.
Pros: Good super accomodating really helpful cheap clean
Pros: The rooms need restoration
Cons: The rooms need restauration
Pros: Great location and very friendly reception
Cons: Cramped stairs and loo along the corridor gave it a somewhat old fashioned feel!
Pros: Good location, clean and comfortable
Cons: No attach toilet
Pros: Great location and a great sized room, better than most ski resort accommodation. Room was clean and very helpful staff. Breakfast is good but basic - croissant, juice and coffee.
Cons: Church next door sounds it’s bells every half hour but stops during the night, starts at 8am.
Pros: The hotel location was very close to everything and was able to walk everywhere. Good parking at the hotel.
Cons: The duvet had no cover on. Which i feel is unacceptable. Hotel is right next to the church. The clock goes off every half hour which was annoying. Breakfast was poor. They give you bowls but nothing to put in the bowls.
With a stay at Hotel Spa les Lilas in Bagneres-de-Luchon, you'll be next to a golf course, within a 15-minute drive of Peyragudes and Luchon Golf Club. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and multilingual staff.
Pros: Breakfast was good
Cons: Room was small for 4 people and not really confortable Spa room was a joke
Pros: Location is perfect.
Pros: The location was great, central to the village and easy to find. The staff were extremely welcoming and did everything they could to help us. Price was good too.
Cons: The rooms were a little dated, but arguably this is just personal preference. The only bad thing I'd say isn't really the hotels fault, which is the hotel is on the main street in the village which means that there was alot of noise from bars etc until the early hours of the morning. But as I stated this isn't the hotels fault.
Pros: Location was central
Cons: no capacity to store luggage after check out
Pros: When you're being met by the manager, shaking your hand and showing you where to park your bike - you know it's going to be a good stay. The room was spacious, the bathroom was clean, the beds were comfortable and there was a good duvet (not just a blancket). Dinner was served in the newly remade restaurant and was very good. I asked for their recommendations and the chef made a very good impression with her cooking. Early morning coffee on the terrasse while the town slowly came to life was one of the best experiences of the whole journey. This is a place I will make an effort to revisit.
Cons: The holder for the shower-head...
Pros: Helpful receptionist, includes a jacuzzi which is unusual but nice. Very clean room and toilet.
