Pros: Welcoming host, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast.
Pros: Host was extremely kind. All local products for diner, breakfast
Pros: A charming place for a stop over in a beautiful rural setting. Our host had only recently taken over so I felt that some of the photos & info on booking.com reflected the previous owner. Our host cooked a delicious supper which we hadn't expected - (we thought we would have to go onto the nearby village) & a superb breakfast the next day with homemade cakes, jam & local honey. Also he spoke excellent English.
Pros: Welcome from our host Beautifully quiet countryside location Dark sky at night Character of nearby small towns Convenient area for decent walks with our dog Beautifully cooked dinners Returning to la Ferme aux abeilles, on our way back home
Cons: Access road from the north - basically 2km of gravel track- better to approach from Ambierle
Pros: Very peaceful nights stay, host was very friendly and helpful
Cons: Hard to find needs better signs
Pros: Wonderful quiet location and owner couldn’t do enough for us. Lovely food too.

Pros: Quaint country house in a quiet scenic location. Fantastic hosts, who made us feel like it was OUR home. A wonderful, comfortable ensuite room. A good breakfast. We accepted the offer of an evening meal in the company of our hosts. This was a very pleasant experience, and the meal was very nice - they had gone to a lot of trouble.
Cons: We wish that we could have given our hosts a score of 11, instead we could only give them a 10 !!
Pros: Lovely big rooms with a great stove which Rob lit before we arrived on a cold October night. Very clean, lots of attention to detail.
Cons: It was a bit out of the way.
Pros: Very carefully hospitality! Amazing landscape, beautiful space in the property, close to the different attractions and a lovely dog - Bruno!
Pros: Fabulous B&B set on private grounds near quaint old villages. The room exceeded our expectations, it is large and comfortable. It has a fantastic bath and shower. The hosts provided a delicious evening meal and a huge variety for breakfast. Passing the evening with the hosts was an unexpected pleasure. The property is a perfect spot to relax with nature. The gîte or yourht looks tempting for a longer stay if we pass through near the region again!
Pros: The place is run by a family and so it has the great advantage of having a familiar atmosphere. It is suitable for people who like such things. You should also appreciate nature and no people around. There are amazing walking paths as well.
Pros: The bed was very comfortable and good clean facilities.
Pros: Very charming old house, you can feel the atmosphere of old mountain village life. Nice, clean room, comfortable bed. Very hospitable owner, ready to chat with you all evening and treat you friendly with local food and drinks. Very good free breakfast. Totally recommend this place:)

Pros: Great value for money. Family room was much larger than expected. We ate at the restaurant which catered really well for adults and children.
Cons: Wifi could be better but we were only there for the night. Not that important really.
Pros: Good food
Cons: Did not open at 16.00 as stated, no sign of life until 17.00. It was most disconcerting.
Pros: The owners really make this Hotel. It is just like staying with friends. Lovely peaceful location, excellent food. Rooms are rustic but have been modernised to a very high standard, very comfortable. Great atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Pros: Not much.
Cons: Location was way out 'in the sticks' and we had to travel 15km to take the chance that a restaurant would be open as no food was being served at Kimi. After a long days travelling, and really having to work very hard to find the accommodation halfway up a mountain, it wasn't what we needed!! We felt that it was over priced and offered below par accommodation with misleading pictures. Our fault for not checking in much more detail before booking.
