Very friendly staff. Only one block walk to the metro made it very convinient to arrive at the airport.
the location was good. very close to the metro station, cafes, and bars. they should definitly change the carpets, bed covers, curtains and paint the walls which were full of stains.
Very friendly helpful staff Plaster was peeling off the wall in the bathroom because it had no ventilation. There was no working light over the washbasin because the socket was broken. There was no plug in the washbasin. There were 2 lights in the bedroom which gave very poor lighting and there were no individual bedside lights. The walls in the bedroom were very dirty. The vending machines on the ground floor containing hot and cold drinks and snacks were both out of order.
Front desk staff very helpful Check in is late afternoon, but they will let you check in earlier if you ask!
The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and so was the wc. The hotel was situated at a very convienient place near the station Paris Nord. It is for sure value for our money!!!!! Not Aplicable
perfect location, just a few metres from metro station 'Anvers' (blue line). Nice staff people, some a little less experienced than others, but all were friendly and speaking english and french (whichever you perfer). The room we had was cleaned every day, the room itself was cosy but small, just a bed, and a (good!) bathroom with a bath. I guess you cannot expect a bigger room for this price that has a bath. Our room was a new one, and this made for a very clean, organized, and well kept space. No.
interesting location, close to metro station check in at 15:00 is very late
The hotel has an excellent location in the center of town, right on Montrartre. Employees were kind. Pokoje byly dostačující, denně vyměněny ručníky. Snídaně byly velmi dobré. The only thing that bothered me: dirty bathroom and not vacuumed up. :-(
I liked that it was close to the Moulin Rouge and the metro. The cleaners came up to the rooms very early even on a sunday. The shower room was right outside our room and the door banged every time somebody went it, not convenient when people are showering at 6 am.
this hotel is near jeures hotel room's bed is so small
extremely friendly and helpful staff, good location near the metro. room was too cramped and bed mattresses were far too thin and uncomfortable.
It is situated near the metro, which is convenient. And rather cheap. Wi-fi is horrible: it is working only daytime, while at night it is off. Moreover, they've got problems with Macs, so if U own one, U may get trouble connecting. And the staff doesn't care, thinking it is your problem.
i chose obviously this hotel for the price but i appreciate its international side i don't like that bed havenn't any number so anyone could take any bed and sometimes you lose your bed at ti;e to sleep
Peace&Love is a nice and clean hostel only 10-15 minutes far from the city center - perfect for students and those who are not ready to pay extra for a separate room in a hotel. The friendly atmosphere and nice personnel. A kitchen is in disposal 24h a day. A nice bar on the ground floor is open until 2 a.m. and serves as a great place to chat with friends, meet new people and take a couple of drinks after a long day. Rooms are not actually very big. In some of them the shower is only 0,5 m far from the bed.
Location Room very small. The glass door from the shower was missing and since it was very small, all the water was coming on the floor.
there is absolutely nothing to like in this place. used condoms in the bathroom, coffin-size room, complete lack of hygene
It was close to metro station.
The location: close to Metro, RER, BUS, Gare du Nord. Although small, bathroom was clean, no filthy leftovers on the corners, clean bed linen. Easy card access. The bed consisted of a stack of 2 mattresses covered in plastic sacks and on top of them there was the bed linen (awkward storehouse feeling) There were 50 cm between bed and window and bed and bathroom. Bathroom(shower cabin) too tiny. The windows closely faced a tiny courtyard and the windows from another(or the same) hotel (we encountered some noisy neighbors). The elevator was on the other side of one of our walls, so it was quite noisy. Also the door was too close to the bed(50 cm like the bathroom) There was no space to leave your shoes at the entrance so since it rained heavily, our wet shoes were left on the carpet as they were. Quite an old building... But for a 2 ** hotel, I guess these were the prices versus comfort.
Local near gare du nord and friendly staff smell cigar on teh room - disgusting
It is at 100 m of tne Gare Nord There are some diferenses between reality and web site
The reception counter are very friendly, informative and they speak English!!! Bolted television remote to the wall? It's so unfashionable and it would be great to have coffee/tea making facility in the room.
clean towels and house keeping ie bed made up every day. breakfast well presented. very small room. couldn't even find cupboard to hang clothes, which was shown to be behind a big table. towels were very hard and worn out. TV did not work, even though we told them every day.
The hotel staff almost never talked to us, the room was very small and dirty, even the sheets were dirty and there was a hole above the shower!
noise isolation from the street easy to find central hair dryer wasnt in the room hole above shower
Superfriendly staff, beyond clean, very safe and luggage is kept very safe, I felt like I was at a hotel that would be given an American 3 star rating, they give you more than enough food per tray at breakfast and it's actually good food, as a solo traveler I also liked that they put me in a room with 3 other solo travelers all my age--this wasn't requested but was apparently done on purpose Rooms are very cold at night and Fauconnier location can be hard to find at first, especially at night
