10.0 Excellent
Pros: Elaine and Pat are the perfect hosts. Their property is picturesque, beautifully clean and with five star facilities. If you want to visit Normandy to experience all of the WW2 memories look no further than staying here. You can even have a top class tour with Pat in his very own American jeep. He is the font of all knowledge!
Cons: Absolutely nothing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Pat and Elaine are a lovely couple and were great hosts. They are genuinely enthusiastic about their home I was made to feel very welcome. The house was lovely, including my room, which had a very comfortable bed. I loved Pat's little 'museum' on the landing and at the end of a hard day of cycling alone, I enjoyed relaxing on the leather sofa with a coffee. Breakfast was also very good. All in all by far the most relaxing of all the places I visited on my tour. Great value for money and I wish Pat and Elaine all the best in their venture. The greatest compliment I can pay is that I am already thinking of when I can come back and bring my wife.
Cons: Really nothing. I was initially concerned that the bathroom was shared, but there are only 2 bedrooms, with a separate toilet and then a very well appointed bathroom/wetroom, so it really wasn't an issue at all.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Elaine and Pat were most gracious hosts, with a unique history. A pity our stay was so short. The location is quiet, somewhat off the main roads. The house is lovely. The bedroom was attractive, with thoughtful little perks, and we slept peacefully. Clean bathroom. A fascinating collection of WWII memorabilia, with personal connection, definitely worth spending more time exploring.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing accommodation with great hosts! Very clean and immaculate attention to detail. Very helpful with planning visits during our stay. Made our time very personal and enjoyable. Loved the uniqueness of their own museum.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely ideal location for exploring Normandy, easily able to travel to Bayeux, Mont Saint Michel as well as the Normandy beaches with all the WW2 museums. The situation of the property was lovely, really rural and peaceful but within easy distance of the local towns which contain all you need for shopping, exploring and eating out. Elaine's French breakfast was plentiful and delicious and beautifully presented. Pat's knowledge of the WW2 history and places to visit was a real bonus and he kindly planned an itinerary for us one day to ensure we visited the most interesting and pertinent sites, very thoughtful. Overall the property was clean, comfortable and well appointed - I would heartily recommend.
Cons: There was nothing negative at all about our stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely rooms thoughtfully furnished (and chocolates every day! ) Everywhere immaculate. location excellent particularly for Normandy beaches. Pat our host very knowledgeable about WWTwo. Hospitality wonderful.
Cons: Nothing about the property at all.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Jan gave us a very warm welcome, and was very accommodating. She explained what was available in the area, where to find it, and suggested a restaurant, Le Normandy, which was amazing. Although there are no facilities in the room, Jan is quite happy to make a cup of tea when required.
Cons: Fortunately we were the only guests, because there is only one bathroom. During the night my wife was poorly, which would have been hugely embarrassing, if other families had needed the bathroom. It would have been nice to include cereal for breakfast, but the croissants and french bread were good.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: In the lovely countryside with lovely welcoming owner and nice fresh breakfast.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The area where the property is located is pretty and quiet. There were plenty of croissants, jams, ect... at breakfast The beds are very comfy, the rooms & bathroom very clean, the linen smell fresh.
Cons: You know from the start that it is a shared bathroom so don't choose this B&B if you want your own bathroom. Some might find the decor outdated but this is of no importance, it is very clean & comfy!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: A quintessential French chateaux - cosy and old and full of character. Jan was a fantastic host, welcoming from the very start and made us feel like nothing was too much trouble, and even drove us to a nearby town as we were cycling so didn't have a car to head out for dinner. Really can't beat this on value for money, and the views from our room over the surrounding hills and meadows were just beautiful. Breakfast was a simple traditional French spread, croissants, coffee, jam and fresh baguettes, just what we needed to fuel our cycle for the day.
Cons: Nothing

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We took a family trip and booked three rooms based on the location and desciption on booking.com. It was as it was described ... thank goodness! We arrived after-hours but the process for check-in and obtaining the keys to our rooms was clearly explained. The staff was extremely helpful and most pleasant and spoke English well. The property was clean and located in a small town but accessible by car to beautiful Nomandie. Breakfast was included and had everything we wanted. There was also a nice seating area outside to enjoy the beautiful weather during our stay. Rooms were well appointed, the beds were comfortable and we loved the electronic blackout shades!! We highly recommend this property.
Cons: There is no elevator but there are only two floors .... so we were okay.

Pros: Nice rooms good breakfast
Cons: When we arrived the hotel was close. Ascension day in France. Why no warning about this from booking .com
