Very friendly and helpful
The administrator tries to make her guests as comfortable as possible.
There is a sign that the door will be locked at 2am. So I cancel to visit the drawbridge, because we worry, we can't enter the hostel later.
Location. The kitchen is well equipped. They provide towel, have a hairdryer and let us early check in.
It’s extremely hard to locate the hostel. It’s inside a complex. There’s no sign on the street or anywhere outside. First, you need to get in the gate of a complex. We didn’t get notified the password of the gate in advance. Then you need to get in a door of one of the buildings inside the complex, in which you also need a password. After you get into the building, you need to go up one floor by stairs and you will find a door with the sign of the hostel name, finally a sign! Took us more than half an hour outside looking for the entrance and trying to get in. It was snowing and cold outside. We arrived at 8am and luckily that someone came out from the gate so we could get in. Then we were searching for the correct building as there’s no sign at all. Again, luckily someone came out from the building where the hostel is located and showed us the way. We stayed at a 10 bed mixed dorm. I saw there are 2 more rooms. One is a female dorm and I guess it’s with 4-6 beds. The other one is either a mixed or male dorm and I guess it’s with 4-6 beds. However, there’s only ONE shower + toilet and one more toilet. Do the math yourself... Given the cheap price, the cleanliness is alight tho I saw some insects in the kitchen...and the location is good. There’s no locker, only a small drawer which can’t be locked. My mattress is so thin that I could feel the base (wood) of the bed. My pillow is flat and not comfy. The wifi is slow in the morning and at night. Guess everyone is here using it so it’s overloaded. Also, I’m not so sure is if this is a hostel or they rent beds to individuals for long term. I see the same people everyday in my dorm, seems like they go to work and then come back. A few are always there, no matter I headed out early/late or I came back early/late, they are always there, in their bed with their phone or sleeping. They do not look like a tourist at all.
The people on charge are very friendly and very nice. The space is very charm and confortable. A very good location on the city.
