Located inside The Hotel Zamora, Castile Restaurant incorporates local Florida ingredients with Mediterranean inspired cooking methods. Offering indoor & outdoor seating on our expansive terrace with views of the Intra coastal waterway, our culinary team serves American Cuisine showcasing seasonal local ingredients. Serving Breakfast 8am-11am, Lunch 11am-3pm, Dinner 5-10pm. Sunday Brunch 11:30-2:30 pm. Castile Lounge 11am-11pm. Daily. For parties of 15 or more, we do offer an elegant private dining room and outdoor veranda & patio for seating up to 30 people for private events.
