Pros: Location and pool
Pros: Located convenient Swimming pool for kids
Cons: Rooms were either extremely hot or cooled by a very noisy aircon.
Pros: Swimming pool. Well cooled rooms.
Cons: Food was very moderate. Location 20 minutes from highway
Pros: Very clean, very helpful, welcoming and kind staff. Great breakfast.
Cons: It was a bit over priced for such a basic room but we booked very late and had no choice and ultimately it suited our needs. Bonus points for being so clean.
Pros: It’s a simple hotel. The personnel is very friendly. It had a good parking place. There are some restaurants in the vicinity but you can also eat in the restaurant of the hotel.
Pros: A perfect overnight stay hotel in an industrial zone away from the touristic attractions just outside the 'route de soleil' highway. A good bed, room and bathroom with a functioning airco and wifi at a decent price. Happy personnel. The breakfast and the optional dinner is served inside and on the outside terrace, both of which are clean and relax spaces. The diner we had was jolly good. And I have never seen a focus that sharp in the eyes of the man keeping up the level of amenities at breakfast. It happened to be the former owner of the hotel, still serving the customers well.

Pros: Friendly staff, ready to help (they changed our room when we found out that the shower was broken). Very nice swimming pool and terrace, open until late hours.
Cons: A bit old building and rooms, requiring quite some maintenance to be done. Some defects could be found in the room, but not too annoying if staying for a few days.
Pros: Hotel very correct and breakfast worthe taking; Th epool was very clean and very welcom (39° outside)
Cons: most restaurants are closed Monday evening!!!
Pros: The hotel is out dated, not clean lots of dust and the blanket on the bed had stains. The door nob fell of and the air-conditioning did not work
Cons: That it didn't feel clean
Cons: Lift broke down with my friend in it, but staff not appear interested in freeing my friend
Pros: The pool and the staff
Cons: Lack of food facilities except breakfast

Pros: A small piece of paradise. Amazing host Florence made us feel at home immediately! The supper was delicious, we had an amazing time! Food, jams, cheeses were out of this world! I don't have enough words to praise the welcoming hostess as well as her wonderful place in the beautiful Ardeche region! Thumbs up for this exceptionnal jewel : we're definitely coming back!!
Pros: Nice place inthe Ardeche , super swimming pool and great vieuws , amidst quietness. Perfect place to start walks and cycles and to explore this area . Owners , extremely helpfull and friendly. Very nice breakfast Thanks Florence and Thierry for a wonderfull week .
Cons: Nothing !!
Pros: The mattress and the pillows were very good. The pool was refreshing, and the views were beautiful. The hamlet of La Pize is far away from the world and offers peace and tranquility. If you enjoy a place where you can lie by the pool and do nothing, this is perfect.
Cons: I sadly found our room poorly cleaned. There was dust everywhere and spiderwebs in the corners. In the bath, there was a presentation box with a grungy ribbon attached to it, filled with used cosmetics, and an assortment of used perfumes and personal care products from hotel chains. The whole effect was of slovenliness. There was no information in the room regarding check-out time, wifi code, or breakfast time. The hostess kindly provided a minibar, but no pricelist. We had to unplug the minibar at night as it was very loud. Also, there was no wifi in our room. The breakfast was correct but there was no extra effort made to make it a charming experience. Sticky jars of jams were lined up on a tray, the lid of the water cooker was smeary and crusty, the baguette was served uncut in a basket with a knife, but without a board to cut it on. I was put off by the hostess's manner of speaking only about herself, with seemingly no interest in her guests. I felt like I was purely a cash cow and that at a price which was, in my estimation, about 20% over market value. It's a pity, because there's good potential here, but I don't need this kind of "hospitality."
Pros: Such a beautiful place! We arrived after a long hot day, to be greeted by our hosts. We sat by the lovely pool, looking out over the countryside, before enjoying a fabulous meal with our hosts and other guests. (We arranged that before we stayed). Our hosts were very generous and our room was spacious and extremely comfortable, with an amazing bathroom! Fridge in the room with drinks, and a coffee maker. Air conditioning was very welcome too. Two lovely dogs just added to the experience for us! It is out of the way (which was perfect for us) and very peaceful. Florence and Thierry are great hosts, but English guests are unusual and they don’t speak any English, so a working knowledge of French is very useful!
With a stay at Le Moulin d'Onclaire Chambres d'hotes in Coux, you'll be steps from Monts d'Ardèche Regional Nature Park and a 4-minute drive from Reformed Church. Free self parking is available onsite.
Cons: Absolutely filthy, Rag bag of cutlery, very few dishes no glasses that matched the whole place made you feel unclean. We could not leave fast enough
Pros: Good location for exploring the northern part of the Ardeche. Able to book a tent for just a couple of nights. It was cheap! Lovely pool area.
Cons: Lots of noise from the the road nearby. We stayed in one of the pre-pitched tents for two nights. It wasn't particularly clean. The linen provided was a disposable fitted sheet/pillow case and an old fleece blanket each. No towels. The crockery, utensils and fridge in the tent were clean, so no complaints there but the floor was filthy as was the grill. No toilet roll on the second morning, pretty much all the toilet seats broken.

Featured amenities include coffee/tea in a common area, microwave in a common area, and refrigerator in a common area. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: We loved everything at Domaine du Clap. The host André and his wife Elsa made us feel very welcome. André gave us a tour of the castle and the history behind it, a very special place. The position of Domaine du Clap is fantastic as there were no road noises at all, a very peaceful environment. The rooms were super clean, breakfast was served in the garden and included freshly baked bread, home made jams and cakes. We had two dinners at the host table which was another beautiful experience as a lot of the ingredients came out of the organic garden and we had dinner under the stars. The environment is very interesting and great for hiking and many other activities. All in all it was one of the nicest experiences we have had and can only recommend this beautiful place. Thank you so much André and Elsa for making our stay so special.
Pros: The rooms were super new and the overall property very beautiful ! The food is mostly home made and grown, and the family welcoming us / you is very welcoming, and nice. If you want to have a very nice diner then ask to dine there, it's a great value & taste for money too I highly recommend you to stay there !
Pros: Location for Ardeche great but need a car. Bathroom and bedroom spacious. Good view from room. Host was helpful and spoke passable English. Pets were friendly! Liked the one big table for guests breakfast- lead to good interaction. The The establishment is a “work in progress” but love the fact that it is eco friendly. Solar power, etc. The rooms are finished and finished with comfort and high quality fittings.
Cons: Self serve coffee facility not topped up. Breakfast a bit haphazard- eg yoghurt one day, not the next. Only sweet toppings for bread. Some cheese, ham would be nice.
Pros: super clean, everything smells cleaniness. they offer the local homemade food, the bread, the jam, the castanya cake, the cheese, the wine, just impressive.
Pros: Andre is such a welcoming and cheerful host, so hard working and dedicated to providing a top class stay in his old home, full of character and beautifully restored. A spacious comfortable room, the use of a fridge, and best of all, delicious relaxed evening meals featuring locally sourced products and vegetables and fruits from the garden. Andre serves excellent breakfasts too with everything homemade, the bread and rolls, the jams and honeys, the yoghurts and cake, eggs from his own hens. All the guests sit together for meals, maximum 8, a friendly atmosphere. Plenty of parking. Such a peaceful place and we really enjoyed our week there, including local walks. Thank you Andre!
Pros: Great place to spend the night during our 2-day hike between Pourchères and Pranles. The owner is very welcoming, full of interesting stories and also a great cook. We were quite pleased with our stay and would deffintely recommend it to anyone else.
Pros: Andre and his family made us feel very welcome on our arrival. Andre prepared delicious meals for us on 2 occasions with most of the ingredients sourced from his enormous garden or fruit trees. His home made breads were delicious !
Pros: The host welcomed us to this authentic and historic place in the countryside of Ardeche. Wonderful nature and great walking trails just outside the door. We were served dinner made with organically grown vegetables from the garden, and got to practice our French with the other guests around the dinner table. Breakfast was also an abundance of home made breads, jams, superb cheeses - and again the good company of the host and the other guests. We are so glad we found this place in the French countryside!
Cons: We loved it - a great experience!
Pros: I was spending there my holiday with my girlfriend and we found the perfect place for our last two nights in France. The host Andre was very friendly and the breakfast was incredible. He provided us with homemade products (bread, cakes, yoghurt etc). On our last night we even had dinner at the chateau which was very delicious. We liked the location the most because we could calm down. The chateau was surrounded by beautiful nature and we took long walks during the day. The room was awesome and clean. It was special and different to regular hotels and thats what we liked the most. This place is perfect for people that want to chill, enjoy the nature, like local homemade products and chateaus. Thank you Andre for the incredible overstay. Greets from Austria
Pros: The place is simple but pretty. The dinner and breakfast which were home made were delicious! The room is quite basic but comfortable and clean.
Cons: The communication with host was not the best prior to arrival. I sent a couple of messages and never heard back from him. I wished we could have paid or dinner with a credit card. Host was very nice
