With a stay at Comfort Hotel Airport Cdg, you'll be centrally located in Le Mesnil-Amelot, within a 15-minute drive of Parc Asterix and Aeroville Shopping Center. Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and a 24-hour front desk. Planning an event in Le Mesnil-Amelot? This hotel has 50 square feet (5 square meters) of space consisting of a conference center and a meeting room. A roundtrip airport shuttle is complimentary at scheduled times.
Pros: Staff was helpful. Check-in was open one hour early, due to earlier arrivals and expedited to allay closeness in the lobby.
Cons: Near enough to CDG. Shuttle shut down for several hours was not helpful. Had to take a taxi to get there during that time period. Difficult to understand where exactly to find the 'free' shuttle. Due to pandemic no food available in the area. Vending machine fare was uninspiring.
Pros: Comfortable bed
Cons: Toilets should be renewed as well as room furnitures Room corners should be cleaned from dust.i have to be also fair saying that may be something has been forgotten due to covid19 restrictions
Cons: There were no towels in the room, the receptionist was very unprofessional, I had booked the free shuttle and I had to call them 4 times so I can find out where the pick up location is. They didn’t help me at all, he even shut the phone at some point and in the end I had to take an Uber. When I got there I could barely hear what he was saying and he looked so bored and all the time he kept his head down. Bad facilities with inner noises also. Very bad service in general. I wouldn’t recommend
Pros: This was during the Cover-19 period. Measures were in place but all in all the service was appropriate. My stay was comfortable and clean. Beds are really good btw. and so are the showers. Very strong showers!
Pros: Staff were excellent and were so so helpful to my brother ...I have to say a credit the staff were in this hotel from the very beginning to the end
Cons: Very little
Pros: Affordable , Nice and clean, continental breakfast is great!
Pros: The concierge was friendly and helpful and so was the other staff.
Cons: Very small, dumpy place. The shower was 1/2 m2. The bed filled up the room 70%. The Comfort hotels in the US are mid level price and convenience. This was far, far below that.
Pros: Free airport shuttle and friendly staff
Cons: Lack of resturants in area
Pros: The hotel is nearby CDH and has free shuttle to/from airport
Cons: The shuttle bus runs on specific hours only and has some short (1 hour) breaks in the morning/evening, and 1 long break (12:30 - 16:00). So if you plan to use it: plan accordingly. The shuttle bus leaves from CDG area between 2D and 2E terminals: rather confusing to find. Do not go to terminal 3. The hotel charge additionally some municipality tax: 1,8 eur. I paid it by cash: gave 10 eur. Later I have discovered they gave me change in coins, which were not all in euros: some coins was in Zlots!! Somebody tried to enter my room twice during my stay: in the evening and an around 2 AM at night: I tried to call to reception: they did not pick up the phone. So lock your room! The room is very old, needs renovation. Bathroom is very very small.
Cons: The Restaurant was closed under construction and I didn’t t know that before booking. Since it’s by the CDG Airport it’s very far from paris(city) and I had to take the RER B TRAIN to go find decent food. Also the shuttle is not 24/7(
Pros: The price
Cons: Ac didn't work, which front desk tried to lie about, room needed serious maintenance, I couldnt even call the shower a real shower, airport shuttle only took 5 people & 14 were waiting for a ride, ended up paying for Uber anyways, no food aroun
Cons: The hotel staff were not experienced and it was taking a whyfor them to check the guests in. They also were rude on interacting with people. Overall the customer service was not good.

With a stay at PREMIERE CLASSE VILLEPINTE CENTRE - Parc des Expositions in Villepinte (Les Mousseaux), you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Centre and Aeroville Shopping Center. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, multilingual staff, and an elevator. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The staff were helpful and polite, the hotel was close to restaurants and a supermarket across the street. Felt safe with the secure door and the window shutter
Cons: There was no kettle, an immensely loud alarm went off early in the morning, there was no hot water from the sink when I wanted to shave. The walls were thin and one could easily hear neighbouring guests
Pros: I didn’t like anything
Cons: Everything! Everything was dirty, old and with terrible smell. The staff were very arrogant, specially MOUNA. A very disrespectful woman, that said she didn’t speak English and started to speak in french with the rest of the staff. Unfortunately for her I understand french and heard she called me shitty client, and told me to go f*ck myself.
Pros: Breakfast included. Handy for the exhibition centre with shuttle drop off for 7 Euros The Campanile was good for dinner which is next door.
Cons: Prison style room, pod bathroom, very noisy due to lack of soundproofing. No Lift so I had to carry luggage up two flights. It's almost a metal shell not unlike a container, so very cold! Fine for one night stays but not beyond! It is simply somewhere to crash but way overpriced for that!
Pros: Close to exposition location
Cons: Nothing - really horrible from a bad roadtrip movie where somebody will be murdered....
Cons: Location is terrible for the exhibition centre. €30 for a taxi from exhibition 2 miles away in the evening . And for £75 poor MOTEL, old and tired no decent places to eat. At least stay at the one by gard de Nord 2 it's convenient I have never been so depressed by a hotel
Cons: Shower a little small
Pros: Was not far from the airport
Cons: I got mixed up with the other hotel Villepint and had to go through the parc des expos at night . Really sketchy situation
Pros: The staff was very friendly, and I was greeted with a nice welcome and I was sent off with a nice good-bye.
Cons: I was very upset because this was advertised on Kayak as having an airport shuttle. They do not have an airport shuttle. The staff suggested getting myself a taxi, but I decided to go with Uber since it was cheaper. I still paid over €30 both ways to get an Uber to and from the airport. I booked his solely for the airport shuttle and I did not get it, and I was very upset.
Welcome to Holiday Inn Express Paris CDG, at the heart of the airport. Our 305 rooms are waiting for you with complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi. The brand new hotel is located near Terminal 1 at Paris CDG airport. It is only a few steps from the free shuttle CDGVAL serving all terminals, as well as the TGV station and the Rer B line for connections to Paris. Only 5 minutes from the Highway A1, the hotel is close to the Villepinte Exhibition Center and Le Bourget. This is an ideal stop to visit Parc Asterix, Disneyland® or Chantilly Castle, while the shopping center Aéroville just 2km away will entice shopping lovers.
Pros: The properte,excellent bedding.
Pros: Clean , safe , walking distance of airport
Cons: The description included things like casino and other amenities that it didn’t have . Food selection was limited for dinner and was ok tasting
Pros: Good location and clean.
Pros: The hotel is very close to the airport and it's very convenient if you have a flight and you want to stay nearby. The room was clean.
Pros: Location great for early a.m. departure; close to RER B train for downtown Paris visit. Clean, modern
Pros: Location to CDG airport and shuttle to airport.
Cons: Room had to be changed as there was no hot water in room. Thought upgrade would have been given due to inconvenience of having to change rooms at 10 PM. Breakfast selection good. Eggs cold, croissants obviously packaged.
Pros: Given the current situation I think the hotel really did its best to look after their guests. A choice of 4 options for a dinner was offered which was eaten in the room. A basic breakfast was also provided. Free parking under the hotel. Ideally located to catch train to airport terminal.
Cons: Would have been simpler to pay for both accommodation and dinner together.
Cons: No computer/ printer to print out boarding pass
Pros: Convenient location.
Pros: The convenience to the airport.
Cons: It was VERY basic. We had just come from staying at a Hilton and Marriott - both were much, much nicer.
Pros: How close it is to the airport ... that's about it.
Cons: The ac unit was not working properly so the room was extremely hot. The WiFi signal was horrible and kept disconnecting every 5 minutes. There Were not many food options either.
Welcome to the ibis Paris CDG Airport hotel! Conveniently located 2 minutes' walk from terminal 3 and 8 minutes from terminals 1 and 2 on the CDGVal (free shuttle). The hotel is right next to Roissypôle train station, enabling guests to leave their car in our undercover car park and reach the Villepinte Exposition Park in 5 minutes or Paris in 30 minutes. Rooms for up to 5 guests. 4 restaurants, a bar and snack service are available.
Pros: The people staff were pleasant.
Cons: As we stayed for 1 night with a flight the following day we didn't expect much because of the Covid 19 Virus restrictions, however I was appauled to be charged 35 Euros a night (the room was 81 Euros per night plus tax!) to park my car in an empty car park. Although The room was claen, the matresses were uncomfortable.
Pros: They are open during this Virus outbreak, So all my kind words of appreciation for them, it was clean and all the safety measures seemed very correct.
Cons: the 2 single beds are truly small....but it was ok...
Pros: very convenient location for airport. huge place with food options- it's like a little village
Cons: day 1 went well, day 2 was awful. I returned to the hotel late afternoon and the elevators didn't work. The staff told me it would be a few minutes. 40 mins later I saw a man being escorted to his room on the "emergency stairs" I was escorted later up as well. Back in my room- then the power went off for more than 1/2 hour which meant I could leave my room, but not re-enter because the key card wouldn't work. And the elevators didn't work. the power went off 3 more times in the next few hours. I also didn't have hot water, so they were trying to find me a different room- that finally happened at 9 pm. the first room he took me to, the key didn't work- even his security key. the second room did work, but the bathroom smelled like sewer. Very excited to be leaving this hotel- but concerned the power will go off when I'm in the elevator on my way to my flight. Added anxiety no one needs. Staff has English speakers, but many who don't and they are being asked to deal with a lot of issues- I feel bad fo them
Pros: It was open during the covid mess and we were able to get some rest!
Cons: It couldn’t be helped due to pandemic, but no food available
Pros: Have stayed there before and it was great
Cons: Could not get into the country because of bans on Entry. Only got coupon not refund!!
Pros: The room was extremely clean and neat, the hotel was near and the price was fine
Cons: The bed wasn't so good
Pros: The reception was very welcoming, the hotel was very close to the T3 terminal, and the environment was very quiet. Takeaway is available downstairs.
Pros: Cleanliness and location next to airport.
Cons: Everything was very nice.
Cons: Room and shower were on the small side
Pros: Air conditioning was great, especially with the heat wave when not a lot of other places had it. It was a very nice place and the staff was really friendly.
Pros: Budget Hotel (no frills) conveniently located within airport area. The hotel is served by a small shuttle train leaving from Terminal 2E (follow the signals CDGVAL) that will take you in 5 minutes to a plaza where all airport hotels are located (Roissypol). Plenty of transportation to city (buses and trains from Roissypol). Tiny rooms , essential, clean and functional (good enough for a night stopover). Very Surprised by the great choice of dining for a no frills property (3 Restaurants in the lobby) although during the Covid19 pandemic only take away food was served. Lots of vending machines. A satisfying experience for the price paid. Personnel extremely efficient upon check in. Value for money, recommendable for budget travellers transiting CDG. Hourly rates also available.
Pros: Quiet comfortable rooms. Location is great, just a few steps from the train to the terminals. Great selection of restaurants with fantastic staff. We stay here every trip!
ibis budget Gennevilliers Asnières on the outskirts of Paris. Stade de France, Zenith, Palais des Congrès and La Défense - 15 mins. Direct access to Paris attractions: Eiffel Tower, Sacré Coeur, Musée du Louvre/Orsay and Notre-Dame de Paris. Bus to the Port of Gennevilliers or the Paris Law Courts. For shoppers, Qwartz Shopping Center is 5 mins away! The Paris 2024 Olympic Village is a short walk.
Pros: The loctaion, and that the Hotel have a free Parking area, unfortunatlley u have to be back in time. Cuz the Hotel is well used by constructionbn workers, so the parking space will be rare after 7 pm.
Cons: The bed is to soft and the to thiny so if you lie down on the same spot on your bed you will wake up and your back might hurt a Little. After a few days it can be quiet annoying.
Pros: The lady on reception desk was very kind.
Cons: Not very clear that we have to pay every day of reservation separately.
Pros: only car parking.free
Cons: It's like sleeping in a toilet.the bathroom and toilet doors did not close.the sink is in the sleeping room.no wardrobe no chair no place to sit. When you bathe, the room is filled with water.
Pros: Location, parking and good overnight facillity
Pros: The location
Cons: There is free parking by only if available. They did not clean our bathroom. Which makes me wonder if they cleaned the bed or anything else.

When you stay at Premiere Classe Roissy Villepinte Parc des Expositions in Villepinte, you'll be in the business district, a 4-minute drive from Aeroville Shopping Center and 7 minutes from Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Centre. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, a 24-hour front desk, and multilingual staff. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: Great location for travelling to airport
Cons: It was very dirty !
Pros: Breakfast were Okay.
Cons: The skinny lady at the reception were sulky. The room were below standards.
Pros: I liked absolutely nothing. This was the worst hotel accommodation I have ever stayed at. I am currently in contact with their management to rectify the situation and receive compensation for the heartache and anxiety this place gave me.
Cons: 1 - Staff - housekeeping consistently ignored the ‘do not disturb sign’ and would barge in my room every morning. They would also chatter and speak/laugh loudly and congregate near my room. 2 - drug use, smoking, unclean. 3 - Rude reception 4
Pros: The location. and price. It is great if all you need is a bed and a bathroom!
Cons: The fact that the shower head in one of the rooms we rented did not work properly. Also, given the size of the bathroom, it would be nice to have an extra towel or floor mat to soak up the water on the floor once showers are done. The other thing is that there are no restaurants close by, at least that we have found. Parking can also be an issue.
Pros: Bad location and small and dirty.
Cons: I park my card there just about 5hr my car was broke into and stole all my luggage I have no close to wear and they doesn''t care. When I told them what happpen.
Pros: location and price
Cons: Terrible internet, no breakfast and no Air Condition
Cons: The staff were rude. The hotel was run down. There was a homeless man sleeping on the couch in the lobby.
Pros: Convenient for airport and for a pit stop in between travelling.
Cons: Very small, mould in bedroom, bathroom very small and door did not shut, vending machines for drinks not working and someone smoking weed on our floor and very strong smell.
Pros: The price
Cons: Internet did not work and nobody seemed to be bothered,it was a real inconvienance.
Pros: Proximity to airport
Cons: Smoking allowed in rooms and hallways, no a/c, three beds but only 2 towels, bathroom is tiny like an RV or boat.
Pros: Great reception ! Lot of clothes hanger, comfortable duvet. Location close to the restaurants.
Cons: The housekeepers do not respect the "Do not disturb" sign. The WiFi signal is poor. No bath mat.
Pros: The comfort of the bed was fine.
Cons: The. bathrooms smell and the maid doesn't clean up the water off the floor (the Curtain and shower doesn't stop it from coming on the floor). There was mold behind the toilet from water not being cleaned up. The floor was sticky.
Located in Tremblay-en-France, citizenM Paris Charles de Gaulle is within a 15-minute drive of Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Centre and Parc Asterix. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a computer station, and express check-in.
Pros: The modern design, The soap :-), the pillows
Cons: the rooms were a bit small ...
Pros: Really comfortable, easy to arrive and really near the airport. Perfect location for a transit.
Pros: Great experience in a very modern facility... something different than other hotels. Too bad I spend only one night!
Cons: The breakfast. We can only eat to our rooms
Pros: Wonderful place! Will definitely do it again.
Cons: One of your employees at the restaurant needs to learn how to talk to clients. Basically she just needs to learn how to be friendly with clients.
Cons: Room too hot for sleeping
Pros: Liked the room, mood lighting, shower, and particularly the bed
Cons: I didn't like the attitude of the staff, as if they were doing us a favour. Only told you what you needed to know, nothing else, not forthcoming at all. When I questioned this attitude I was met with a blank stare. Breakfast was "reduced" because of Corona. For 9 Euro it consisted of a Croissant, butter and jam and coffee. That couldn't have cost the hotel even a Euro. When I complained, they threw in a plastic yoghurt. Parking cost was ridiculous, hal;f the cost of the hotel room. They say it isn't their parking, well it's their front door.
Pros: Great location, excellent bed, very friendly staff, technology all worked.
Cons: I wouldn't want to stay for multiple nights. It is too small for that. It is perfect for a one night stop over when catching a flight the next morning.
Pros: Service was great, food was excellent, loved the concept and decor! I'm now in a Novotel in London, which makes me appreciate your facility even more.....
Cons: Wish someone would have told me there was a remote for the TV.......it would have saved me a lot of time.....
Pros: I liked the location and the staff were very nice, breakfast was very expensive but good.
Cons: The room was not clean - there was splatter from the previous guests in the room, the shower had not been thoroughly cleaned, there was no hand soap in the room. The electronic drapes did not work either - this was a bit let down and I am expecting a partial refund for these issues.
Pros: Nice gadgets though but the main thing was the staff was superb. Best people. Very polite, well mannered, happy smiling and helpful. Its Difficult to pick any fault in them.
Cons: Well Its a great location and the staff was fantastic. The rooms are a bit too congested, you break your elbows getting in or out of room and the airconditioning was really horrible. Not possible to cool down and the air was so dry that it hurt the throat. No windows could open so it was claustrophobic too.
6.4 Good (9,713 reviews)
When you stay at Première Classe Roissy Charles De Gaulle Paris Nord 2 in Roissy-en-France, you'll be connected to the convention center, a 3-minute drive from Aeroville Shopping Center and 8 minutes from Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Centre. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, a 24-hour front desk, and multilingual staff. Guests may use a train station pick-up service for a surcharge, and self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: Value is good for the price
Cons: I was charged a reservation fee which I was told it will be returned once I paid at the property. The fee is still not reversed, so pretty much I paid twice for the room. I told the receptionist the transaction was already on my card and was assured it will be reversed since it is only there to hold the reservation. It has been two weeks and I still haven’t received any news from staff, although I emailed them.
Pros: We stopped only 2 nights to go back to Malta. We were waiting for a lock down airport in Malta. Hope to visit in a better time as I like Paris. Thanks for your kind assistance,
Cons: Roms had no tooth paste, no brush. The working table is too small and the light above it is somewhat inconvenient. I would appreciate next time if I received briefing on how to regulate temperature in the room. I had to figure it out myself on day 2.
Pros: 1. Accommodations - actual bedroom size was appropriate and good for cost. The internet worked but was very slow. The television was operational and had no problems. My bed and desk were neat and made and there were enough towels and linens.
Cons: I have no idea what people were taking (for those individuals who rated this property above one star), as this was the worst place that I have ever stayed. I have stayed in many budget accomodations and every single hostel I have stayed in is better than this hotel. I would stay at a hostel within Paris versus this. Below are the reasons: 1. Location - my primary reason for staying here, as it was close to the airport, but au contraire my fellow travelers! This hotel is actually about a 15 minute drive to the airport and there is no other way to get there - so even thought the hotel is cheap you must tack on $20 USD for each ride between the airport and the hotel. Remember the shuttle does not run at all times and so when it is not available, you have no other option. It is cheaper to actually stay in Paris and take public transit to the airport. 2. Shuttle - always running late, only stops at terminal one. 3. Accommodations - the bathroom is TINY. It is about 2 square feet total and that INCLUDES THE SHOWER. You essentially are showering with the toilet. My room was not clean and there were pubic hairs on the toilet (ew). The internet worked, but was very very slow. I could not stream music or video on it. 4. Staff - upon my arrival my room was not ready yet. It was 1 pm and my check-in had been noon. They asked me to wait in the lobby and did not apologize for the inconvenience. They then told me the room was ready and when I unlocked the door and walked in the manager and cleaning staff were still inside, which obviously startled me, again - they did not think this was strange or apologize, just said, "the room is ready!". Chinese tourists.
Pros: It was absolutely fine . Nothing exciting but it was cheap , clean and free shuttle too and from the airport. The restaurant was just across the street was very good .
Pros: Close to CDG with shuttle service, and comfortable bed.
Cons: Tiny tiny room, with even smaller bathroom and shower.
Cons: It was not comfortable. The room was small. The shower was impossible to use. The bed was horrible . I will never stay there again. The breakfast was ok for 5euros extra. The shuttle bus to airport was 5 euros extra.
Cons: Staff not friendly. receptionist Carla was playing and laughing loudly with another employee, but when she came to talk to the guests she was rude. The bathroom dirty (floor, sink, shower and toilet with usage marks). The same receptionist didn’t like that I showed the dirt. I politely asked her to look at the condition of the bathroom, but she was not very friendly. She couldn't able to say "thank you" or "I'm sorry for the condition of the bathroom". Unprepared to deal with the public. I understand that it will be the first day back to the hotel's operation and I changed of room without a problem, but she being friendly would make all the difference.
Pros: Close to airport
Cons: Complete plastic bathroom. No hairdrier, no shampoo, no bar soap. No coffee avail. Unless you bought breakfast.
hotelF1 Roissy CDG is located 5km from the Airport (free "BLUE LINE" shuttle nearby) and 10 minutes from the fairgrounds of Villepinte (bus near the hotel). Open 24 hours a day, the hotel offers the new concept hotelF1 #OnTheRoad and its new Cabrio rooms with shower and WC. Soundproofed rooms. Free WiFi, parking available during your stay, and all-you-can-eat breakfast served from 5:00 am.
Pros: Room and toilets+bathroom (outside) were very clean. Airport shuttle available for free A bit of grass around the group of hotels for a walk with the dog evening and morning (watch the drunken drivers leaving the restaurant/hotel bars opened late in the evening)
Cons: Staff was afraid of dogs (mine is trained and was muselled and leashed, of course), so she (and her manager) absolutely refused any physical help although I was carrying 3 suitcases plus bags plus the dog (refused to open the front door for me, refused to open the sas for me or help with the luggages to get to the elevator). I had to borrow a luggage carrier from the hotel next door myself. You can't have your breakfast with your dog downstairs (reception area) but you can't have it in your room either (buffet)... I think it's best you either stop pretending you accept dogs or you start acknowledge what it means (no, they are not all pocket sized, yes you do need to hire staff who is not afraid/paralysed by the sight of dogs or train them...) Room is tiny Way farther from the airport than expected (do factor a good extra 30-40 min, traffic depending)
Pros: Yeah breakfast is amazing
Cons: Better to have attached restroom
Pros: Great price. Clean. Friendly. Safe. Nice breakfast. Ride to airport. Comfortable.
Pros: I like taking shuttle to reach hotel place
Cons: I think it is bad idea that shuttle hotel-Aeroville-hotel is removed.
Pros: Thank you for giving me breakfast at 9.45 am due to the coronavirus emergency situation. Very nice room. Super clean. Much better than I expected. Had to stay 2 nights due to restrictions with trains and it was a good experience. I found a beautiful park nearby for the daily walk allowed for health.
Cons: breakfast hours should be expanded to 5 am to 10 aml
Pros: they happily helped me for taxi reservation and for printing my train ticket.room small but cheap !
Pros: 15 minute's from the airport by bus Ok staff. Good soundproofing but only from outside. Ok beds.
Cons: 3 toilets for about 30 rooms on each floor. Not nearly enough. Price to high for what they offer in my opinion. Inner walls and doors not soundproof, noisy couloirs.
Pros: Nice people, everything allright. :)
Cons: Toilets wasn't clean enough and hotel did't offer no towels.
Pros: Friendly staff Comfortable bed Close to airport Good sized room
Cons: No sinks by the bathroom...had to key in room code with dirty hands to get to sink. Dust under bed Toilets were a bit dirty and could have done with being refreshed.

Pros: nice room, clean hotel, the hotel building is new personal is ok
Cons: location: too far from Paris and too far from public transportation fire alarm rung at 5 am and woke me up
Pros: Convenient. Price competitive in the area.
Cons: Cleanliness of the room and bathroom to be improved. It was not horrible, but does not reach decent standards.
Pros: Location is convenient for my office destination , clean and price is competitive
Cons: Breakfast : lack of healthy choices
Pros: Compared to the rest of the hotels of the area it has a decent relationship price / service. The breakfast is not great but it is inexpensive.
Cons: There is no customer service. I tried to avoid as much as possible any kind of interaction with the front desk of the lobby.
Pros: The hotel was very good, clean and close to train station/bus (around 10min walking), also a supermarket and not many but few shops. Room was very comfortable and clean. Staff were always friendly and offered any help if we need it. Many thanks to everyone.

Pros: It's fairly new hotel, so far is okay.
Cons: The price could be more reasonable.
Cons: Staff were not friendly and unhelpful
Pros: It was clean
Cons: Keeping €22 from the credit card guarantee and trying to make a €106 whilst I was asleep, the staff are thieving toerags.
Cons: Nothing big
Pros: Quirky, fun decor. The check-in desk was at the bar! Helpful staff. Comfortable, good size rooms.
Pros: Desk clerk was very friendly. Very clean and modern. Bed very comfortable with crisp, new bedding. TV was on in the room when we arrived with a personal greeting to us.
Cons: The airport shuttle stopped at 15 or more hotels after picking us up. We should have taken a taxi.
Pros: Very cool atmosphere, large bed, nice bathroom
Cons: There could be a fridge in the room.
Located in the Villepinte exhibition center, 3.1 miles (5 km) southwest of Roissy Charles de Gaulle Airport, and close to the Paris Nord II business park, our hotelF1 has 72 rooms, including 3 suitable for people with reduced mobility, a spacious shower a nd bathroom area, a large dining area, all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet, and enclosed outdoor private parking with 72 spaces.
Cons: It was too far from the main paris but the good thing was we fount a very cheap train to city
Pros: No Breakfast was given although it was mentioned and the location of the Hotel is way farther from the center of the Paris and hotel has not meet up our expectations fully. We will never recommend this hotel for stay to anyone we meet in the future who is willing to go to Paris.
Cons: Bad Smell and it was under construction and not even hygienic to live in . In short, this is a pathetic place to stay.
Cons: The room was too strong smoking smells…
Pros: The staff members were nice and helpful. They really tried to make things better and called our taxi in the morning. One of the cheapest options when we made our reservations. Accessible by foot from the nearest RER station if you don't have heavy luggage. Take a taxi otherwise. Pizzas and texmex can be delivered to your room.
Cons: Needs renovating (it's planned but in the meantime, not so nice). The room was cold, the heater didn't work. A staff member brought a portable one that had seen better days and was supposed to.be fixed on the wall. Not very safe (that staff member was very nice and helpful though, he just didn't have other options to offer). The daily cleaning is done correctly, but it needs to be cleaned thoroughly once in a while. Strong cleaning product smell as well (likely requested by the hotel to appear "cleaner") Hard beds (not in a good way) It's also very secluded. No way to move around by walking to go the nearby town (restaurants, pharmacy...etc) as you would need to cross a dangerous Road. No bus connection to the airport.
Pros: Large parking. Close to the motorway entrance. High speed internet.
Cons: Dirty walls in the room, Damaged radiator, but working.

Pros: Location, close to airport Shuttle bus convenient Comfortable bed Helpful staff Good WiFi Excellent soundproofing in the room & black out drapes (a big plus for me)
Cons: Dated , needs updating, carpets are looking tired the pool area & especially locker rooms needs retiling & cleaning. Rooms needs better lighting Taxed for double occupancy even though solo traveller until I pointed this out.
Pros: good connection to cdg airport with black line shuttle bus
Cons: room old, worn, poorly isolated, noisy, and COLD
Pros: Close to the airport.
Cons: Most advertised amenities were out of order (hot tub, sauna, steam room). They never lifted the credit card hold, in spite of room being left in the same condition as when we checked in.
Pros: location and shuttle service.
Cons: air conditioning was terrible in room had to request for two fans just to make it somewhat comfortable. access to pool area was not good at all up and down back stairs to enter no handicap access and changing area not clean.
Pros: We arrived at CDC Airport at 11pm after 17 hours flight and were happy to find a reasonably priced hotel near the airport with a free shuttle. The hotel was quiet and adequate for a good night's sleep.
Cons: Hotel was a bit faded and could use an update. Our room had only a single bath towel, hand towel and wash cloth for the 2 of us. Continental breakfast was overpriced so we skipped breakfast at the hotel.
Pros: I liked absolutely nothing. It was the worst hotel we ever stayed. Really dirty , the room was smelling really bad, the walls were really dirty, in the bath tube had hairs, and they gave us 1 towel for 4 persons. The staff was mean, and unprofessional
Cons: Everything. I do not even know how they could be name hotel because this was is a motel. Dirty, unprofessional staff and mean, smelling cigarettes in the halls, no towels...
Cons: The beds were too small and not confirtable at all.
Pros: Location and friendly staff
Cons: Hotel is going through major renovation. Out room was on the same floor were repair was performed. Has to walk on plastic covering and wet wall signs and construction/painting equipment and handyman to get in and out of room
Pros: We had a free upgrade to a suite and that made our stay very comfortable
Cons: The restaurant was closed but the pub did great food
Pros: Nothing good about the property.
Cons: People don’t speak English, they only speak French. for a tourists hotel very bad
Cons: The facility was excellent but it clearly needed some TLC. There were many signs of “needs updating” throughout the common areas. We would definitely stay here again and would pay more to help cover the updating costs.

Pros: Nice staff and halal things everywhere
Cons: Way too far from Paris .. only one bus local but doesn’t work, metro too far. Must have a car for this stay.
Pros: It was a good stay not so comfortable but it is good value for the money. Location is kinda ok however it is not near a metro station so you will have a bit of a walk. Parking is great which we kinda needed the most and still closer to the centre of the city. Overall good Ibis budget short stay.
Cons: As mentioned the rooms are really small and there is not so much space overall.
Pros: The cleaning is good

Pros: This is not a 5 âï¸ hotel. It's ok for one night sleep. The front desk looks like any no star hotels. Breakfast over priced. It was my first and last time at that hotel.
Cons: You should change the star âï¸ category for that hotel on your website.
Pros: Clean and convenient airport hotel.
Cons: Mattress was soft.
Pros: Large room, comfortable bed and free airport shuttle.
Cons: Expensive breakfast option
Cons: The lady who checked us in was the only staff that was welcoming and had goid custimer service skills The hotel has no roomservice House keeping staff does do a good turn down service but never takes away the glasses or the plates we asked from the hotel to use the previous night i stayed for 4 days and throughout the glasses and plates kept pilling up The soap also in the bathrooms were not topped up
Cons: Need to update bus Info to make it clearer for guests from CDG
Pros: Flew from Australia on Cathay and collected car from Renault. This hotel hit the spot - slept well and had a very good breakfast. The staff called us a cab with great efficiency. Overall a good experience. Will use again.
Cons: Had to find dinner at another sister hotel a walk away.
Pros: Located a short shuttle ride from the airport-perfect first stop after an international flight!
Cons: All good!
Pros: The only good things were the gummy treats in a jar at check in and the fact that the rooms were suites and had a couch bed for our daughter to sleep in.
Cons: The bathrooms were horrible. They were like stepping up (literally) into a trailer park bathroom. The bathroom were all plastic and smelled like a porta-potty. It was shocking and smelled so gross. The room smelled so badly of smoke as well.
Pros: The room.
Cons: That breakfast was not included
Pros: Nothing to like.
Cons: Not as advertised at all not even 1 star.
Pros: The room was very spacious and neat. There is also a shuttle that takes you to the airport. Only complaint is that it stops at Terminal 2 only. I would like it if the shuttle stopped at Terminal 1 also. Not a complaint, but just a preference since I had to take the train to go to Terminal 2. Other than that, I had no issues at all staying at this place.
Cons: Not Applicable
Pros: The family suite had plenty of space and sleeping accommodations.
Cons: Our flight was 2 hours late and there were very few food options (microwave only). There weren't food options at the other hotels nearby at 22:30 While looking for other food options, other hotels nearby had better lobbies for kids (foosball, ping pon

Cons: The room had a strong smell of cigarettes, the towels had stains on them the carpet in the corridor was dirty, the staff was not friendly.
Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful. Kettle with tea and coffee in the room. Unsuccessfully, reception tried to find another room for us and offered us a free coffee on leaving. Thanks.
Cons: The hotel is showing signs of its age. Efforts have been made in the bathroom and lobby. Black mold in the bathroom, a broken table lamp and wall socket. Stained carpet. The rest is in need of renovation.
Pros: Cleaned The Staffs were approchable and listen to you when go to then with concern. The transport from the hotel is easily accessible.
Cons: Noticed unfortunately that someone smoked in the lift and think the staff should be more vigilant regarding that.

Pros: Great location for the TGV station as a shuttle bus is provided free of charge. Pet friendly, comfortable room, superb food.
Pros: they did have an amazing breakfast.
Cons: felt discriminated not being a gold or platinum member and not being able to use the huge Executive Suite restaurant. Geez!
Pros: Location, large size of hotel and room, nice, clean pool and sauna.
Cons: Although the hotel is visible from the terminal station, the entrance of the hotel could have been better indicated, as I went around it the long way.
Cons: Room was quite dark to me.
Pros: Very close to the airport and made an early morning flight easier. You can request a shuttle before the 6AM one begins and it is still free, which was perfect for my mother in law.
Cons: Fitness was alright but not great. Also breakfast was not splendid.
Cons: You are the only hotel that made money out of COVID-19 virus. And this is despite your CEO’s email. Shame on you.
Pros: Close to the airport
Cons: Breakfast range that we selected was 6am to 6:30, and arrive at 6:31.. which is alright! Could have been better specially when you are traveling and time is everything!
Pros: Location, quality and value very good. Reception staff excellent. Room great.
Cons: Bar/restaurant service terrible. Very few customers and lots of staff. None of which interested in serving us. More interested in mobile phones. Looked the other way we we needed assistance. Just the worst service I’ve seen in an international hotel for a long time.
Pros: The proximity to the airport train. The fact that staff were cheerful and working under difficult circumstances.
Cons: The first room we were given smelled of cigarette smoke however the staff quickly altered our room. We had one towel for two people. Poor lighting in room.
Pros: Easy access to Paris by train
Cons: A bit dated. No shuttle to terminal one.
Pros: The location is fine, just like other airport hotels it's fairly accessible from the airport.
Cons: Very disappointed in our hotel stay, and VERY VERY disappointed with Hilton's customer service when I reached out with concerns. They said they would resolve them but then never contacted me again, even though I followed up several times. NOT recommended.

Offer with breakfast and unlimited Wi-Fi included. The rooms are completely renovated and can accommodate up to 4 people. The hotel offers a cosy bar, restaurant (buffet or à la carte), fitness, private parking (fee) and a free shuttle bus from the airport.
Pros: It was open when other hotels around CDG were closing due to Covid19. Close to airport.
Cons: The fact that the room rate included breakfast. But because of Covid19 there was no breakfast but the receptionist would not reduce the room rate accordingly.
Pros: We arrived in an unhappy time, in full pandemic crise, we have a cat with us as well...but the staff was supernice and helpfull, was good to be recived so well.
Cons: The room is a bit to small but not claustrofobic.
Pros: Free breakfast and free shuttle to terminals. Very easy to get to and from airport
Pros: Breakfast was wonderful. Room wasn't bad for the price.
Cons: The shower did not work. The water would only come out from the tub part. I had to sit in the tub and bathe using a cup to pour water on myself since the shower was not working. I was already in the shower when I realized this, so I didn't have a chance to tell anyone at the hotel.
Pros: Location -no airport noise and near a walkable village.
Cons: No air conditioning.
Cons: I booked à breakfast but the hotel restaurant is closed
Pros: It was clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was OK. Overall the facility appeared to be a bit frayed. There are several Ibis properties near the airport and it is very confusing which one we reserved at. WE initially went to the wrong property.
Cons: Room was small. It was a 20 minute bus ride from the airport so not a real good airport option and it was expensive. Limited dining options in the area.
Cons: I didn’t the unnecessary very poor breakfast I didn’t like that the shuttle service has been stopped I understand of course corona, but I paid full price and choose this specific hotel, because in the description it said full breakfast buffet and shuttle every 20 minutes to the gates. That’s not fair and cost me 40 euros for the taxis and an empty stomach.
Pros: There was no breakfast at hotel. I paid room with breakfast, but there was no breakfast. I think that hotel management has to provide packed food or drinks for guests, but they did not do it. THERE WAS NO COMPENSATIONS FOR GUESTS!!!
Pros: The person at the desk was very friendly. Very service oriented. And polite. Aladin. Great guy.!
Pros: We liked the shower.
Cons: While doing the reservation at booking.com, we read that breakfast was included but this was not the case. Coronavirus was to blame but anyway, booking.com should have been timely informed about this. The room should have had three single beds but it had two beds and one sofa-bed, which was far from confortable. We will avoid IBIS when possible.
Pros: Ease of travel to and from cdg airport. Comfy, clean and value for money.
