Pros: Lovely hotel in interesting old building, very well modernised. Pretty outside area with swimming pool. Lovely to be able to have a drink at the bar on arrival. Amazing breakfast with a variety of homemade cakes, although would have preferred some fruit and muesli without chocolate in it.
Cons: For us the restaurant worked out rather expensive as the only option on the 20euro menu was duck, which neither of us eat. However, what we had was very nice.
Pros: Peaceful beautiful location in a medieval village. Lovely garden and excellent food and wines.
Cons: Check in staff tried to give us downgraded room

Pros: Large well-decorated and clean room overlooking the terrace. Friendly welcome. Beautiful village to explore, interesting old buildings. Good evening meal, particularly the navarin of lamb. Drinks on the terrace, watching the world go by.
Cons: The fire alarm going off from 4.30am onwards so I had no sleep before our long drive south to our home. The owner seemed annoyed with us for complaining, but perhaps it was embarrassment with the difficult situation. That would not put us off staying again or recommending this accommodation; I hope he understands that. After all, I doubt it would happen again! We were lucky to get a parking space, it was usually full. Two minor things: the light over the bathroom mirror needs replacing and the shower head did not fix properly.
Pros: The staff were friendly. The room was basic but met our requirements. The food was very good and included regional specialties.
Cons: We were unable to check in until 19.00.
Pros: The area, with friendly staff.
Cons: It could have done with a lift.
Pros: All of the stay. Lovely staff, great location, excellent breakfast
Pros: We were spending just one night as it was on our way and it was perfect. Very well located in the town center and has a nice restaurant with a cost terrace. Clean and friendly staff. Bakery, shops and Cafés round the corner.
Pros: Very heart of the village. The river is 10 minutes walk from the hotel. There is a small supermarket next t to the hotel. Clean.
Cons: Can be noisy: the windows give access to the terrasse. Wall are not thick. Be careful if your neighbor leaves at 6am. Can be cold.
Cons: No air con or fan and limited plug sockets. More like a hostel then a hotel.
Pros: We arrived very cold and wet (motorbike tour) and the owner couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly; he speaks excellent english (and is also a biker
With a stay at LE CINTRIUM in Viala-du-Tarn, you'll be 14.7 mi (23.6 km) from Chateau de Saint-Beauzely and 16 mi (25.8 km) from Millau Viaduct. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Free self parking is available onsite.
Cons: I booked a room with private bathroom / toilet and with view. But the bathroom/toilet are shared with the other room and there is no view what so ever. So....Misleading information. There is no garden or terrace.
Pros: Great breakfast with eggs from the host's hens. Also he did a lovely evening meal for €25 (the dessert was fantastic). Fantastic countryside and amazing views to be had. Powerful hot shower. The host was very friendly and helpful, and recommended places to see. Nearby mediaeval village Castelnau Peygayroles was a fascinating place to see. Rural France at its best.
Cons: Had to clean the shelves in the room before I used them, no room key before I asked, and room wasn't serviced (had run out of toilet paper). Also nothing for miles around if you wanted a bar or any form of shop. No TV, no Wifi (but there was a reasonable wireless signal which was surprising)
