Location Staff was knocking on the door to ask us to leave fifteen minutes before checking out
Convenient location. Quant digs. Comfortable. Hot tub. Back patio area. Friendly staff. No.
A nice European style breakfast was served, and the WYFI worked well. For a cozy B&B the Burgundy was fine. The walk to the French Quarter would be too much for most adults but it was an easy enough drive.
Everything! Staff was great, pool was amazing. Cute and comfy!
The breakfasts were very good (help yourself ... but lots of choice) and the outdoor area within the bed and breakfast ground was great. The bed was very comfortable and the room very nice and clean. The area around the hotel was run down ... close to the Interstate highway. We had an inside room and did not hear the traffic noise, but had to walk under the highways to get to the French Quarter. The room was not well noise insulated and everyone that walked by the room sounded as if they were in the room ... bad when people walked by early in the morning with noisy shoes (heels on the wooden floor) and talked. When people were quiet walking by the room, it was really nice and quiet and a lovely place to stay.
Unique lodging in eclectic part of city near main attractions
Me an my wife went there for our honeymoon and we loved it. Great staff great location, breakfast was great as well. The room was just what we needed, it overlooked the pool which was amazing as well. N/A
The inn is decorated lovingly and in keeping with the style of the building. The inn has secure off road parking and the pool area is truely exceptional. The area is covered with tropical plants and a great deal of thought and effort has gone into its construction. The pool area is clothing optional which we enjoyed and so it seemed did all the other guests.A great location and central to everything no car needed.
Location and staff were excellent.
Great people, incredible hospitality. Very good choice also for business traveller as an alternative to very boring big hotels.
As soon as you walk in the door they treat you like family and also they hand you an adult beverage very nice to come off a long drive to such a relaxing place it feels just like home was an amazing bed and breakfast Nothing
Tom, the host was amazing. the place was beautiful and extremely convenient.
This is an excellent B& B and Tom is the perfect host. His recommendations were all perfect. Breakfast was delicious every day and the wine, beer and cheese on Friday and Saturday evenings was very pleasant.
The host, the breakfast and the overall atmosphere
Relaxed atmosphere but highly professional. Hosts could not have been more hospitable.
Very friendly and helpful
Absolutely fantastic!!! Will definitely come back. Beautiful old house, very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you Tom, Patricia and Michael!
Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Bed was beyond comfortable and the tub alone was worth the stay.

The staff was wonderful! When my partner had trouble with the stairs, they moved us to the first floor to accomodate his illness. Every time the owner saw me hauling something into the building, he offered to carry it for me himself. Breakfast was disappointing - standard continental fare. There are great shops nearby that sell homemade bagels and dougnuts, but they opt for Sam's Club instead. I'd rather see them offer something unique and local than what I can buy for myself at home.
The mansion was beautiful and is well kept. It is an amazing historical landmark. The area is safe and beautiful as well. The staff was very nice. The room we stayed in was very small. It was difficult to move from one side to the other. The bathroom did not have a shower but a claw foot small tub..tall people do not fit. The breakfast was terrible..fruit loops, spoiled milk and 3 day old danishes.

Location for Mardi Gras. Nice hostess. Basement room one star. No nightstands, pillows approximately same age as building. No place to sit and talk in room. Parking on street. no phone, Cont. breakfast not adequate. Doubt AC will suffice in summer. Send inspector before rating.
Comfortable, convenient location close to streetcar, well-maintained, great breakfast
The hot breakfast was delicious! The room was cozy and comfortable. The staff was great! Everyone made you feel at home. The B&B is also pet friendly. The king size bed was comfy and sheets were soft. We will stay there again! Nothing negative to say.
Creole Garden has an authentic, homey feel, consequence of the staff's genuine desire to serve guests, and the dated charm of the facility itself. There's a pleasant garden courtyard, Friday evening 'speakeasy' with 'Queen Ann' spinning 45's next door. I was attending a conference at Convention Center. You need to BC ready to walk a few blocks, or accept a $6 cab fare... Just an unavoidable consequence of location.
Friendly staff. Quick walk to St. Charles Street Trolley. The room was a bit small. Not much space for suitcases, etc.
Quaint outside...Inside rooms immaculate. Family friendly staff. Needs some paint on the outside.
Good atmosphere. My room door was extremely hard to open but minor detail I guess.
It was a quaint New Orleans residence. The closeness to the St Charles trolley made getting around the city very easy. The staff were very helpful The quality of the breakfast. even though it was quite good, was not up to my expectations.
The history of the property was very interesting, and the furniture, art and food were great. it was interesting to find out that we slept slept in the former slaves' quarters. It could stand a little bit of upkeep. The door in our room was very hard to open and close.
The breakfast was included and delicious. The décor was unique. Very close to the trolley line, restaurants, and sightseeing.
Great Location, very friendly and helpful staff. Room was beautiful.
We enjoyed how close the bed and breakfast was to the French Quarter. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We were supposed to check in at 3 pm on Monday the 1st (of February). The innkeeper texted us to let us know the BnB was not open on Mondays. If the room was clean before 3 pm we would be allowed to check in. We arrived to the BnB and found our room at 11 am hadn't been cleaned from the person before. So we decided we would just wander and come back at 3 pm. We did so and when we returned we found the room in the same condition. At this point I'm tired and frustrated. We call the innkeeper and he tells us there is staff at the property that should be taking care of it. After that they quickly cleaned our room and we were allowed in around 415 pm. This was one pitfall. I understand if you are closed on Mondays, but what I don't understand is why you don't have the staff to help run the place. In our price we were offered a continental breakfast... But the chef was in Houston and we did not get the continental breakfast the next day. We got a knock on our door at 8 pm to give us our breakfast. This included a yogurt, Apple, granola bar, croissant, and water. I'm in no way upset with any of the staff. I'm just a little frustrated that all of this couldn't have been told to us prior to our arrival so that if we wanted to find another hotel we could have. Value overall due to it being close to the French quarter was good. Value for the service provided, don't think so. I think I'll be staying somewhere different next time.
