Pros: Very clean and tidy room, good shower and bathroom facilities, bed very comfortable, staff helpful and friendly. Very nice breakfast and dining room.
Cons: Quite bad traffic noise as room directly overlooked main road through village.
Pros: Good value for the price. 10/10 on service. Recommend!
Pros: Extremely good room was better than the picture. The host was very welcoming and recommended a great restaurant
Cons: Very french in style
Pros: Quiet, private parking. Nice garden. Very clean. Professional service. Spacious room. Interesting design. Great breakfast ! Good coffee.
Cons: I liked everything.
Pros: Delightful, quirky and very well appointed chambre d’hote. A wonderful breakfast in a dining room filled with Disney memorabilia. Extremely quiet and calm. We were 4 hours waiting to get onto a eurotunnel train and with appalling storm force weather to contend with on the journey in France meant we were 5 hours late arriving at our destination. The patron was happy to welcome us at 10.30pm rather than 5.30pm.
Cons: The only rather odd thing was that the bed wasn’t made for us after the first night but we have encountered this before so perhaps this is the norm for a B and B.
Pros: Amazing design of the room, tasty breakfast served in the style of the hotel and beautiful garden. Parking place was poined for us, even not asking for it. Bonus, if you are Disnay fan or travelling with children, you will like the collection you can see in breakfast room.
Pros: Nice and romantic style house. We had an upgrade to a somewhat bigger room, which was nicely decorated and had a comfortable romantic style good sized bed. Secluded carpark and to our surprise there was even a parking space reserved for us in a shed, marked with our name on it. Nice! Fantastic breakfast.
Cons: The house is situated along a busy road, so if you open the window for fresh air you will have a lot of noise coming from the traffic passing underneath. With (the refurbished) windows closed it is no problem since they will keep the noise outside.
Pros: Excellent service and attention to detail Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely visit again
Pros: The whole place was a work of art. Our room was Christian Dior themed. It was amazing. The bed smelt gorgeous, there was tea, coffee, biscuit and sweets in the room. The bathroom was spacious and impeccably clean with beautiful hand cream. Breakfast was superb.
Located in La Lucerne-dʼOutremer, this cottage is within a 15-minute drive of Champrepus Zoo and Ferme de l'Hermitiere.
Pros: An amazing chateau! Sylvie was the perfect host - most welcoming and accommodating and friendly! The rooms were exceptional - spacious, airy, clean and comfortable. The bathroom/shower was lovely. We had an amazing night's sleep in very comfortable beds, followed by a delicious breakfast. The stay could not have been better.
Pros: My man and I enjoyed the peaceful country setting of this Chateau. Spacious, attractive rooms and well appointed bathroom, separate toilet. Interesting gardens with unique art work. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Good quality teas and coffee. Pleasant, generous and accommodating owner.
Cons: Need to let owner know arrival time as it was difficult to find someone to check in. Local restaurant is closed on Monday and Tuesday.
Pros: Thanks to the owner of Sylvie for a stunningly beautiful place and for very tasty and varied breakfasts: with cheeses, salami, strawberries, yogurts, fresh pastries. Each room has a thermostat. The territory is large and well-groomed. Sylvie is friendly and helpful.
With a stay at Le Logis d'Equilly in Equilly, you'll be within a 10-minute drive of Champrepus Zoo and Ferme de l'Hermitiere. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The chateau was amazing, just breath taking, room was spacious clean, bed was comfortable in fact I had best nights sleep I'd had in ages and if you want peace and quiet le Logis d'Equilly is the place to go, beautifull big lake at the back of the grounds. Would I go back a definite yes, loved every minute of it, oh and not forgetting the hosts they were lovely and spoke good English, breakfast superb all fresh. A thumbs up from myself and my partner.
Cons: There was nothing to dislike about it just perfect,
Pros: Beautiful french Château. Our room was ready at 4pm instead of 6pm
Cons: Very basic breakfast. Did not have a great atmosphere
Pros: Very friendly staff, excellent accommodations and nice surroundings.
Pros: We loved the chateau, what a beautiful place! We were met at the door by Marc and Christine, we knew we were in for a treat. Our room was fabulous with beautiful furnishings and a great bathroom with brilliant shower. We had dinner with our hosts, Marc cooked and it was excellent! Breakfast the next morning was really nice too...pity we had to leave!
Pros: A magnificent old house, in a lovely spot. Our room was baronial! Our hosts were charming and helpful-Madam's English was possible better than mine. Good breakfast with a bottomless coffee pot. Very secure parking, a bonus if you are in a classic car or on a motorbike.
Cons: No coffee/Tea brew up station in the room.
Pros: Beautiful old property with lovely rooms. We were made very welcome and felt sad at leaving to come home. Great breakfasts around the kitchen table with wonderful home made jam and fresh bread. We were there for the D day 75th anniversary and next door in the small church our lovely host told us rests a Young British pilot who was shot down nearby. Very poignant and added to what was a very enjoyable stay.
Pros: Beautiful building undergoing some essential works. Nice quiet location.
Cons: Thought there would be a lounge to relax in but we were only shown to our room and that was it. Did not feel that we could use the gardens although I appreciate works were being carried out.
Pros: Everything. It's regretable that sircumstances didn't allow us to have dinner there.
Cons: Bath very deep and difficult for us to use and shower tricky to use.
Pros: It was a wonderful stay in a old 13th century chateau. Very cozy warm rooms with little sweet details, good modern bathroom and hot shower. Christine and Marc are friendly and nice:) French style breakfast in old kitchen-dining room was also good. Internet didn’t work well that day, but it’s not that thing you are looking for in such a places. Can recommend it for romantic escape on weekend. We would love to come back again.
Pros: The kids loved playing in the yard, and it was really nice to stay in the country. The room decorations were great. The owners were very helpful and friendly. The bathrooms were nice and modern.

Pros: The attention to detail made us happy. The rooms are decorated with so much flair & care, lovely sheets and textiles, crisp and clean and the French croissant breakfast served in the kitchen felt like out of a movie. It is a calm, quiet hide away off the beaten track, even though the ferries to the Channel islands are only 20 mins away and Mont Saint Michel itself about 45 mins.
Cons: We wish we would have had time to stay longer and just spend a day relaxing and wandering around the house and the grounds.
Pros: Beautiful setting, friendly and welcoming, Mme Sommer could not do enough for us to make our stay special. Our bedding and room was cleaned every day, the room was spotless. Breakfast was served in the rustic French kitchen each morning at a time to suit us and Mme Sommer had purchased English Breakfast tea for our stay as we did not drink coffee! We will definitely return. Mme Sommer makes Manoir du Mesnil de Bas a great place to stay.

Pros: Really close to the beach, nice view from dining room, comfortable beds. You can check in late and still the staff is willing to prepare something to eat.
Cons: No view from the room because it was in the basement (although this was not an issue for our family)
Pros: Great quiet location very close to the beach - some great views Just very wet and windy whilst we were there...
Cons: The bathroom smell was pretty awful - not sure it was due to it being a cesspit or something else.. Regardless it was very unpleasant and they should sort it if possible.
