Pros: This was a real find excellent hotel, great staff make you feel at home and nothing was too much trouble, they have bikes that you can use to visit locally. The property itself was amazing, beautifully designed. Bedroom was large the bed was the best I have slept in.we will be back
Pros: Sauna and Wellness and of course Fed and Fab are excellent!
Pros: Extremely nice chambre d’hote, with the luxury of a boutique hotel. Frederic makes you feel at home in his beautifull restored place, and the diner he prepares is equally special. More than recommendable, and certainly worth a detour! #special
Pros: The guest house ticked all the boxes. Classy accommodation in an interesting old house and a number of extras including a gym room and a sauna. But what was really special was the meal we had prepared for us and the company we enjoyed during the dinner. Our host was a really interesting and charming man. Thanks Frederic for the experience
Pros: This is paradise. Beautiful property, only 3 bedrooms, all air-conditioned. Friendly welcome, outstanding evening meal, excellent bar. Liked very much that Frederic (who did the cooking) and Fabien join with the guests to share the meal. They speak fluent English. Spacious grounds in peaceful village, pool, music room with baby grand piano and guitar. So sad we don't play. Fred played (blues) for us. Great breakfast with eggs cooked to order.
Cons: Everything was perfect.
Pros: It is an exceptional property, restored by Frederic himself.Great swimming pool, rooms, bar and outside terrasse and living room (with piano). Fred and Fab were exceptional hosts with whom we spent a great time. The food prepared by Fred was amazing. We highly appreciated Fred and Fab spending time with us at dinner and sharing the great story of the place. It happened that ‘Les Bleus’ won the World Championship while we were there - so what else could one wish ! ?:-)

Pros: Great place, great host and great breakfast. We spent one night on our way back home in the UK. We arrived late and woke up the next morning to continue our trip. The host was extremely useful and understanding. We arrived late, and he was waiting for us. The ccomodation is in a very quiet area. Perfect to relax. If you have kids, it is a great place, since there is an outdoors area with playground, chickens, rabbits etc... The kids loved it, and if it was for them we would have stayed there for days. The breakfast was great, with home made jam, freshly baked bread, cake etc... Delicious. The host was kind enough to show us around. The premises have jacuzzi, different common spaces, a balcony to have breakfast in good weather etc... Really great.
Pros: The place was perfect and the owner was so helpful and very nice the place was clean and there are shops local to grab food and drinks
Pros: Amazing hosts who took the time to show us around, explore the property and provide recommendations. The accommodation had everything you needed and was immaculately presented. The hot tub on site was a bonus and a great place to chill. Breakfast on the terrace recommended.

Pros: we have stayed already a few times at this hotel because it is value for money, its convenient location near a motorway exit and its excellent restaurant.
Pros: A cracking find. Lovely staff and very clean. And a lovely evening meal.
Cons: I've docked one point because, having arrived after a long journey from Spain on a hot day, we were told the bar was not open until 5:30. That said, it is a family business and ... they need some downtime !!!

Pros: Everything Very friendly kind staff. Efficient Keen to help. Out of this world evening meal
Pros: Easy to find
Cons: No a/c and so many flies when I was eating inside
Pros: Not much - the grounds were in poor condition and the bedroom was very cold as the door opened to the outside and had a gale of cold air blowing through it; the restaurant was OK and the food choice good
Cons: Feels like the owners are part way through renovating the property/grounds and have ran out of money; the bedroom was at the top of a steep set of narrow wooden steps and the door opened to the outside with cold air blowing in
Pros: Staff very helpful and pleasant, room was large and we had facilities we required. Plenty of parking.
Cons: No separate reception, bed was a bit firm, not a proper shower, Thenac currently looks like a construction site!
Cons: No hot Water in bathroom mo pressure Took 1/2 houer to wash soap out of hair. Dirthy rooms Everything needs to be finished and needs restoration
Pros: Excellent room, all the room facilities you need, fantastic old rustic building and great location for the motorway. Great for an overnight passing-through stay.
Cons: Poor breakfast choice, fresh meats and cheese weren't covered so flies were all over it! Given the hygiene of the breakfast bar I definitely wouldn't eat in the restaurant. They also don't know how to pour beer properly - half a glass and 50% head. There's a really weird red half conservatory stuck in the middle of the building too?! They get very stroppy too if you give them any negative feedback.
Pros: Good bed and nice breakfast
Cons: Arrived a little later than hoped due to traffic incident at Bordeaux. Phoned ahead to advise late arrival. When we arrived the no one was on site and lights were all out. Found a room with a key and assumed it was ours. Told in the morning it wasn't.
Pros: A lovely old building the delightful room was cool while outside was volcanic Easy to find lots of parking and a restaurant on site but apart from a tabac and small Boulangerie it is a splendid isolated village with lovely countryside around do not arrive before 1500 you will not get in
