Newly and very tasteful renovated property. Everything was clean. The hosts were very helpful and provided us a nice dinner with great wine. To bad the weather was not nice to discover the nice garden and area. Breakfast was homemade or fresh from the area. We really enjoyed our stay at this fantastic place. Thank you for everything
The house is a charming old village ¨Manse" nicely restored & decorated. A mixture of the old and modern. They were very welcoming and friendly, nothing too much trouble. Best of all was the unexpected pleasure of their dinner as we arrived on a Monday, when everything was closed in the area. Lovely vegetarian dinner with their home grown tomatoes and courgettes. They also make their own delicious yoghurt. We love this sort of thing (slightly fed up with too much meat on our travels) so this was most welcome. The breakfast was also perfect for us. Home made bread & yoghurt, also their own jams. Plus lots of other choices. They are also clearly animal & dog lovers, so this was great for us. Their enchanted walled garden provides a safe run for dogs & walks in the countryside are not too tricky. We will come again.
Hate french pillows! Alternative would be welcome! If they have many UK visitors I would suggest kettle & tea etc for morning tea (its a national habit) Starts the morning with a smile.
The house is beautiful and our room was very comfortable. The owner was friendly and very helpful. We were served a simple, but very tasty, three course dinner with excellent local wine. The breakfast was the best we have had in France so far.
Beautiful house in the countryside, furnished with taste. No restaurant around so either eat before arriving or sign up in advance for the dinner prepared by the owners. You will receive delicious vegetarian dishes from the garden.
This was a charming stay in a beautiful old house. We had a lovely big room which was also available for people who have limited mobility. The nearby village had a great bar and pizza van on the day we were there. It was a lovely breakfast too.
