Pros: Well located!
Cons: First of all when booking I requested a room in a quiet area but obviously this request was overlooked by the waitress who also works at giving out rooms. She obviously was in a rush and I felt that I was bothering her. The room I received was definitely not in a quiet area and obviously not sound proof. Can hear people talking in room next to mine and can hear their tv that was on and room above mine I could hear people walking around and could also hear them talking. Woken up at 3am because Stairwell very noisy can hear people going up and down the stairs! I was hoping to talk to waitress on way out but they are too busy to even look at you!
Pros: Free WiFi for my work.
Cons: Was hard to get in the room. Room key door malfunction and was not given another room due to that.
Pros: We arrived at pass 3:00 AM and we received a fast and profesional service.
Cons: The service for the restaurant (breakfast) was incredible long.
Pros: The food is quite typical to what you would find in a dinner, alcohol sélection is pretty poor but expected for the area. Fairly friendly staff in the lounge, quite good at their jobs. The room was far enough to damper the noises.
Cons: Lighting in the room wasn't good, the TV quality is borderline dreadful. The esthetic of the room is very much dated.
Cons: French speaking and couldn’t find our reservation
Pros: The location is average.... nice room, a bit noisy at times since there is a bar downstairs.... but the room is ok. It was clean and the towels and linens were clean. The room also had a nice little refrigerator..
Cons: Air conditioner/heater was noisy. The building is wood frame so the floors creak and you can hear through the walls and floors.
Pros: Great place, will return
Pros: Lovely location overlooking the Chaudière River Nice dining area, courteous staff
Cons: Had to go into the kitchen to find someone to check me in Seemed to be short staffed at supper and again at breakfast Curious cracks all around tub and the floor tiles. Had they had an earth tremor sometime?
Pros: Not much
Cons: Old & outdated. Room was clean but meeting room was dirty.

Pros: Very comfortable bed and central to pubs and restaurants
Cons: Noisy outside and communal areas especially hallway is pretty grubby
Pros: Except the last day, it was very quiet and calm. The staff is very helpful. They are understanding. There is a restaurant in the hotel and their food is good, although, the only vegan gluten free option they have is french fries lol. The room was clean. You have a little fridge in your room, and I liked the location. You have a couple of stores/restaurants around. It is worth what they charged. Definitely would go back.
Cons: There is no parking. You have to move your car every 2/3hrs, which sucks. On the last day I was there people in the hotel were drunk and disrespectful and yelled and scream and thought it was funny to make their dog bark while some other people try to sleep.
Pros: Room was tiny but clean, bed was very comfortable, nice paint on the walls, even had a view of the river. Check in clerk was nice.
Cons: A little seedy looking from the outside.
Cons: Noisy all night and early morning
Pros: restaurant prices are good in the hotel and pub bar fantastic with his orchestra live when i go there
Pros: A very good value for our budget. The lady at the reception was very nice and welcoming as well as the restaurant personnel.
Cons: Noise in the neighbourhood at wee wee hours.
Pros: Great location with options to eat out, pharmacy, Theater and everything you could need!
Cons: The 2 flights of stairs were a little inconvenient but a small price to pay for a great location surrounded by all amenities!
Pros: Room and contents were physically OK: very clean and in working order. Location was central, and parking was close enough.
Cons: Noisy! A rock band played until 2 am at a volume loud enough to make a dead person's ears bleed, even though the room was two floors up . Loud guests chatted at high volume in the hall until after 330 am while exercising a pet. Judging by the noise it made running up and the hall, the pet was either an excited baby giraffe or a hyperactive kangaroo. It didn't bark or meow, for which I am grateful. The stairs were narrow, winding and steep. I had only carry on bag and a backpack. Anything larger would have been a challenge to manage . Check in employee managed a slight smile. Not the checkout person.
Pros: Quiet peceful short walking distance to your vehicle good location
Cons: Foyer rustic furniture

Pros: Older family run motel with some nice touches.
Cons: The evening staff didn’t really care that the television remote was missing. He said “you will just have to change the channel on the tv set”. Not a very compassionate comment considering the low cost of replacement remotes and the fact that all future customers will have to do the same.
Pros: Nothing at all
Cons: Everything. Our room looks like it came out of 1984 there was a foul smell in the room we had booked for a queen with air conditioning and when we got there after confirming that we where on our way the owner told us he had forgotten us and stuck us in a discusting room in the basement. Very dissapointed that room was definitely not worth 100$/ night the breakfast in the morning was not edible and very long definitely not a place we will ever go back to as I feel I was ripped off.
Cons: No English speaking staff at late arrival,
Pros: You can't expect much when prices are low. The room was clean but I removed the and the quilt... never know when last washed. The staff was nice and welcoming.
