Pros: Amazing hotel, I had to keep pinching myself, asking, “is this real?” Charming. Serene. Beautiful. Comfortable. Clean. Our host was gracious and so accommodating. He helped with reservations for dinner that evening at an amazing place just a few km away. Can’t say enough about how great this place is!
Cons: Nothing. Honestly, it was perfect.

Pros: The hotel is perfect. Amoury gives attention to every detail. He was also attentive and available to us. And he made a reservation for us at great grest retsurant nearby. Amoury was wonderful. So friendly and he shared many stories with us. We parted like friends.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The property is charming, rustic in grand style. Literally acres of land to explore. Very tranquil, even the sound of the Angelus ringing out was in keeping with the character of the environment. Audrey’s jams are delicious and Aumary is incredibly hospitable, helpful and charming. We’ll definitely visit again.
Cons: Leaving it to come home.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: It was a very cute place in beautiful surroundings. The owners were lovely. And the breakfast was very nice indeed. It was so clean, they obviously take great pride in their work. We had a family room which had a separate bedroom for my daughter which was great. And some games that we enjoyed too. If we are ever down that way again we will definitely stay again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful and friendly hosts, super quiet location, amazing breakfast, great local restaurant, a worthy stop over - would definatley stay again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic hosts who made us very welcome, it felt like staying with friends. Attractive surroundings & garden, comfortable and very spacious room. Fantastic breakfasts, with a daily home-made speciality by Michelle. Loved the crepes! Nearby restaurant Le Cheval Blanc is also a great find with superb food at reasonable prices & a warm welcome.
Cons: Our room was very clean on arrival. However, we were expecting a daily tidy & clean of the room: e.g. make the bed, quick clean of bathroom basin & shower & clear away used tea cups & glasses. We are clean & tidy people, and kept our room in a tidy state. However, we were disappointed not have a basic daily clean, and would expect this for the 90 euros daily rate. Sorry to say this, but it was a downside in an otherwise great service.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hosts were absolutely delightful and entirely flexible! We were coming later than the ideal arrival time but they were happy to accommodate that, and were available to welcome us. A beautiful old building with gorgeous central garden and separate entrance to our lovely, larger than expected room with an attractive, modern bathroom, excellent shower and separate loo. The bed was firm and really comfortable, with fresh, crisp cotton sheets, and the tea-making facilities very welcome! I will now seem to over-use the word 'fresh', but it sums up such a re-freshing overnight stay! The breakfast in the main house, waited on by the hosts with home made jams, wonderful freshly home-cooked French toast (made with brioche!) beautiful freshly picked fruits, fluffy croissants, all completely wonderful! We were obviously appreciative and they then gave us a complimentary pot of their home made jam!
Cons: The road outside was being resurfaced, so it was a tad difficult to find our way around les travaux! A temporary blip of course!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly, warm welcome. Beautiful garden. Lovely clean room with comfy bed. Michelle and Eric were very helpful in suggesting restaurants and places to go in Rouen.

Pros: The location was great with a fabulous restaurant across the road. The setting of the house is great with many trees and flowers surrounding it. Our hosts were very friendly and we felt part of the family from the moment we met, chatting into the late hours and enjoying the garden with their dog and kids. Pros: Hosts are excellent. They are very kind and willing to help.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The kindness of our hosts was exceptional. The suite of two rooms and bathroom were large, comfortable and wonderfully traditional. We have two children under 6, our whole family was made to feel very welcome. The children were free to play in the large garden, on the trampoline, in the small swimming pool and drive a go cart around the old tennis court. They recommended the restaurant opposite which served superb food. We enjoyed breakfast with our hosts, which was an amazing spread of croissants and many other fresh breads served with home made jams, hot milky chocolate in bowls, cereals, fresh juice and coffee. They gave us tips on where we might visit once we reached our destination in the Loire (we has a great time at the Zoo in Beauval). The space for parking was ideal behind high locked gates. We only stayed for one night but our children wanted to stay all week! We would definately return for a stop over if travelling further south in the future. Thank you for our wonderful stay!

7.5 Good
Pros: Lovely location in the beautiful Eure Valley, great bathroom. Really friendly hosts and a great breakfast with a tame hen! Owners are happy for you to use their swimming pool and outdoor kitchen.
Cons: Check in time at 6pm (possibly only if mid week) is much later than usual and meant we had to replan our day / journey from the Loire. This was not made clear on booking.com until confirmation email / exchange with owners. The bedroom was quite hot as no window, only a french door. We would have asked for a fan if staying a second night. Bed a little too hard for us, but fine for a one night stay.
9.5 Excellent

Pros: Attractive chateau and grounds. Rooms were spacious.
Cons: Poor welcome - arrived to find gates locked and took 10 minutes to get hold of someone on the phone to give us a code to get in - despite the fact we had told them in advance what time we were arriving. Pros: Not much . It’s obvious your funding this place and to go away in peak season is a joke!
Cons: Not worth the money. The owners were on holiday and the girl left in charge wasn’t there either when we arrived. Place was deserted. Room small and old fashioned. It’s a second rate B+B. The rooms are all in outbuildings. Breakfast was sparse. Do not recommend this place . We have stayed in Chateaux all over France and this

Guests have their own car park and garden. There is 3 independent rooms: THE GARDEN'S ROOM 80 euros/night, THE WOOD'S ROOM 75 euros/night, & THE LILAC'S ROOMLilac room 65 euros/night, all tax and breakfast includes.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A beautiful country cottage amongst the trees. Breakfast was brought on a tray every morning by our hostess. Croissants, fresh baguettes, jams and marmalade with coffee and tea. Perfect. Weather was a bit unreliable so we spent more time in the cottage than in the picturesque garden. Good sized bedrooms and bathrooms.
Cons: Very minor. We have a large car. Getting through the entrance gate was a little awkward until we discovered that the best way was to pass the first, actual, entrance and turn round in the one 100 yards further up the hill. Then it was much easier.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Quiet location
Cons: Small kitchen/lounge

Pros: Wasn’t expecting to be in a kind of lodge in the grounds but it was very nice in a lovely setting. Lovely restaurant but a little expensive.
Cons: It was the hottest day of the year and there was no air con or fan, so very uncomfortable for sleeping.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location was peaceful and lovely. Surroundings good. Didn’t have time to use spa or pool though they looked excellent. Our room was large and comfortable. Everything worked.
Cons: The breakfast has much room for improvement and was poorly managed.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The room was good and so was the restaurant, evening meal and breakfast.
Cons: There was no wi-fi for our room and the pool was unavailable unless at a ridiculous price of 20 euros for two people.
6.8 Good
Pros: Restaurant was good, and the staff friendly
Cons: Too far out of town, and no bar in the restaurant.
7.5 Good
Pros: The cabin outside was lovely with a nice bathroom and mezzanine for the kids, which they loved. Very comfortable accommodation.
Cons: The weather was hot and the cabins were really warm at night so a fan would be useful. Part of the reason for booking this accommodation was so we could use the pool however on arrival we were told that children weren't allowed to use the pool facilities which was disappointing. The hotel is is the countryside but there is a bar and restaurant on site. It doesn't open until 7pm so make sure you bring snacks and drinks!
10.0 Excellent

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great from the location to the facilities. The staff were welcoming
Cons: There was a booking error. Hotel blamed Booking.com for overbooking their system. BUT, after a few heated words, a resolve was found which meant only changing rooms once. Breakfast was actually dreadful. Not quality of food but understaffed, no choice and very little service
7.5 Good
Pros: Excellent breakfast.
Cons: Checkout time could have been later.Nice place. We would have liked to stay another night but the hotel was fully booked.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location & accommodation where nice
Cons: Felt price in restaurant was quite high for what we got & breakfast was certainly not worth the money in my view
7.0 Good
Pros: Eating in the Pod. Very comfortable
Cons: Disinterested staff refused to acknowledge us and serve us drinks before restaurant opened even though we had told them we had had a difficult journey due to an accident in Rouen. Breakfast, appalling service we felt as though we were a nuisance. You would expect some service on the first morning. They ran out of juice yoghurt we had to ask for spoons and plates. We were charged 10€ to swim and extra to use jacuzzi & sauna which we did not realise from the booking. Total lack of service.

5.0 Okay
Pros: Food in onsite restaurant was delicious.
Cons: We felt uncomfortable in the restaurant. We were given a draughty table in the entrance to the restaurant, opposite the kitchen. All other guests were seated in the main body of the restaurant where there were free tables. The man who served us was grumpy and we felt rushed throughout the meal. What a shame that the service was so inferior to the quality of the food.
