Pros: the location is excellent 100 metres from a beautiful beach the staff (especially max) couldn't have been more helpful brilliant secure car parking excellent sea food restaurant
Cons: no air conditioning our room was very hot
Pros: Location excellent - very near to the beach. Very good value for money.
Cons: No shower in the room, dated decoration and no fridge.
Pros: The staff and Resturant. Superb location very child friendly people. Thank you Muriel Christian and their son.
Pros: An amazing location and beautifully managed hotel thank you for everything
Cons: Everything was lovely
Pros: Proximity to the beach. Also, a good base for travelling the coast. Really good restaurant.
Cons: Nothing comes to mind...
Pros: All’s fine
Cons: Worst experience ever. There is a place with very loud music just beside the hotel. We booked it on a Monday. The music was too loud so we decided to go to another hotel. First time in our life we had to do that. I asked for a price reduction which was not given. The management told us that the noise is normal because of Bastille Day. But our experience was NOT on a Bastille Day! Awful carpet, very basic room.
Pros: Nice modern room Very clean bathroom Quiet swimming pool Very close to the ocean
Cons: Breakfast a bit limited
Pros: The owner changed our room on arrival to a ground floor as the steps to the original room would not suit us. The son of the owner spoke perfect English which was very helpful. Other years we had some difficulty with the language. We wanted to stay on for an extra night but unfortunately the hotel was fully booked. The pool is great and the location beside the beach is perfect.

Pros: Private patio table and chairs directly outside room. Very helpful hostess would have provided utensils for our shop bought evening meal had we needed them.
Pros: Owners were very friendly and helpful. They even did my laundry and gave me a ride to a restaurant!
Pros: Good breakfast. Very kind host.
Pros: Friendly personal welcome.
Pros: Excellent staff, very helpful. Homemade cakes for breakfast were great. 15 minute walk to the spotless beach. Stored our motorcycle safely at the rear of the property. Bravo Isabelle....
Cons: Local supermarket is well stocked but closes early each day.
Pros: Hosts for very kind and accommodating. I only made the booking at very short notice and the host provided me with a superb evening meal, which you normally need to give advance notice of.
Pros: The bed was comfy and breakfast fine. The gentleman offered and made us toast ( must have known that the British like toast) there was also parking on site.
Cons: We have been traveling for two months now and this was the most expensive (by about 20 euros) and yet basic accommodation we have stayed in. The facilities didn’t match the description advertised. The check in time is quite late too
Pros: Clean room, very nice and caring people
Cons: Basic and small room
Pros: Went above and beyond to help us as a team of motorbike enthusiasts
Pros: Very friendly proprietor. Small rooms but comfortable. Nice breakfast and helpful suggestions of what to see in the area. We left 2 days before the Tour de France started....bad planning as it came along the road right past. It's a lovely drive along the coast to Les Sables d'Olonne.
Cons: A restaurant was advertised when we booked, but when we arrived we found it had closed. To be fair the proprietor booked us a table at the local restaurant which was in walking distance. Also the WIFI wasn't working nor was the facility to pay by card, which meant looking for a cash machine.....not the end of the world!

Additional features include free Wi-Fi access throughout and free public parking on site. Les Sables-d'Olonne is a 35-minute drive away and Luçon is 35 km from the property.
Pros: This was a good location for a couple of nights in the Vendee. There are glorious beaches nearby - we were able to walk for miles - and even out of season, it was easy to find places to eat. The hosts were welcoming and the property clean and fine for a couple of nights' stay.
Cons: After we had made our booking we received the confirmation details from the property stating that there is an extra charge for the supply of bed linen and towels (around 20 Euros) We also had the impression from previous reviews and photographs that there was a small enclosed terrace, which would have been ideal for us as we were travelling with two dogs. However, only one of the two available holiday properties has this - ours had a small terrace which was open onto the drive so, although we could sit outside, we had to keep the dogs tied up. Kitchen equipment is very basic.
