A RENOVATED 1937 ORIGINAL...........HOSTS STEPHANIE AND BRIAN NOW OWN THIS GEM AND HAVE PUT THEIR SPECIAL TOUCH ON IT. CLOSE TO ALL OF DOWNTOWN AND TROPICANA FIELD..........WE REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY.......
We have been visiting St. Pete each year for the past 4-5 years and had stayed in B & B's. This stay in this hotel was better than any of the B & B's. Matter of fact, this hotel was like a B & B as they served breakfast each moring. The managers were some of the most helpful and accomodating as any we have experienced. Was truly an enjoyable stay! Room was clean and very nice. Very quiet also.
These folks do a really nice job. You'll like staying there.
Staying here was more like visiting a relative who has a large house with 19 bedrooms. The location is ideal; near to downtown, near to the baywalk, near to restaurants, and near to the Museum of Fine Arts. The owners provide cheerful, friendly, and excelent service. There is a limited parking lot available - first come, first served, but free on-street parking is near if the lot is filled. the only negative issue was the mattress on one of the twin beds was nearing the end of its service life and needed to be replaced.
The happy hour and breakfast are very good. The lobby area is comfortable and inviting. The rooms are adequate. This is an older hotel but charming. The location on the edge of downtown is convenient to restaurants and shopping as well as the Pier and Tropicana Field. Parking is next to the hotel.
The hosts Stephanie & Brian were very sweet always smiling, they made you feel at home. The location was great. Thanks. Alabama
ok.. its an older property... similar to a b&b... no pool... otherwise cant go wrong... the hosts are brian and stephanie (?) and they are gracious... helpful.... friendly... and have a toddler son who is visible ... someone has to keep an eye on him.... easy walk to pier and attractions... very safe... and fun to talk with other guests at the free happy hour .....
Delightful little hotel--Staff very friendly and helpful--Close to all the attractions we wanted to see and within walking distance of many. Room rates were very reasonable and we will certainly stay here again when we are in St. Pete.
Great place, the owners made everyone feel very welcome and they are right downtown near all the attractions of St. Petersburg
VERY friendly caretakers, superclean room with pretty canopy bed and very nice bathroom, not a bed-in-a-box chain!
