Location superb. Comfortable rooms, fabulous breakfast and reasonable rates. Hotel is a gem, very clean, original stone everywhere.

Room a little hot with extreme outside temps in Feb i.e cold at night and high 60s in day.

Great service, very professional and friendly Staff both at the reception and at breakfast. Good atmosphere in breakfast room thanks to very kind anf highly professional Staff (two ladies). Excellent location. Better is not possible.

Little balcony. Location was superb. Very quite inside but bustling outside.

We were upgraded to a room with a balcony with a stupendous view on the Cathedral. Absolutely superb. The staff at reception was really helpful and recommended us some excellent places to visit in the evening. Parking underground was a major plus also.

The room was to warm (which is a bit ironic as it was a really cold winter night outside).

Staff were very kind and friendly. We're the first time in Salamanca- staff suggested, advised what to see and where to go, and explained everything. Room was comfortable, very clean and cosy. Great location and excellent breakfast.

The Hotel and staff could have not been any better. The only concern was I made arrangements with parking included in price and when we went to check out they asked for 18.50 € for daily parking. When I explained that the price I agreed to included parking they did not charge me for parking. I would highly recommend this place to stay to any traveler visiting Salamanca.

Convenience to city centre and university

Everything was great.

Good position but difficult to find in old town next to Cathedral and university due to one way streets. Underground parking at €19 essential. Quiet comfy room with good bathroom/shower. Meals are taken out as no restaurant in this city hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. 10 mins flat walk to centre Plaza Major. Beds pretty firm.

For this category of hotel free WiFi very poor1.9 MGBS unless you pay an extra €10 for an upgrade which in this day and age is a rip off. Only one chair in room to sit on.

Location, location, location! Very nice small hotel. Lovely airy well equipped roo.

Very difficult to know about arrival by car. Hotel should send specific directions as does the NH hotel in Casares. Hotel of this caliber should provide a bottle of drinking water for free. Breakfast is not included and is much too expensive. We went out.

The location in the middle of the old town couldn’t be better. Walking distance to beautiful restaurants

The property is right in old town of Salamanca. They do have parking available. It was clean and the staff was your lovely.

I felt it was a bit expensive considering the property seems to be a bit old.

As expected from this chain the bed was super comfortable, bathroom excellent and location just the best in Salamanca - away from the hordes of crowds but so close to the cathedral you almost felt you were in it. Good underground parking too.

Fourth time at this excellent hotel. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are lovely and comfortable. The location, next to the cathedral, is amazing too. Can't fault it.

The ability to walk out the door and be in the centre of this amazing place. The staff were very helpful with providing a walking map and clear information on places to visit. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay In Salamanca

I would suggest that handle be fitted in bathroom high up to facilitate one having shower as the bath can be very slippery and one could get a nasty fall

Central location of old town. Salamanca Cathedral is just opposite of the hotel and 5 minute walk to the stone bridge. You can stop by easily after shopping/visiting. Staffs are friendly and especially the miss I checked in in the morning.

If providing complimentary water in the room or allowing refilling water in the lobby etc (more environmental friendly) will be good

Everything. Firstly the location is amazing and the staff wonderful. Rooms are very nice. Our friend was celebrating her birthday and they went out of the way to make our stay special. Breakfast is excellent.

Parking was difficult to locate as it was on a different street behind the hotel main entrance. We were eventually guided there by local residents. Maybe they should give out the address separately when parking is used.

Like most underground garages in Salamanca parking does require some tricky navigation!

The location was terrific in John XXIII square which is very close to Plaza Mejor, where all the action is, but in its own very quiet niche. The breakfast was very good, with excellent huevos revoltos...

The A/C never really got the room cool enough. Front desk clerks were Ok but a bit curt at times.

The evening desk clerk Elda was an exceptional staff person. She provided two excellent referrals to restaurants not on the main calle (street). And the location was great for us!

The room didn’t accommodate our suitcases well. We had a large balcony area but no chairs the second night.

The location is fabulous. It is adjacent to the Cathedral and the university. The streets are charming and there is a festival air to the place.
