No airco in the room (32 c) and the diner the meat was not well-done.

The swimming pool was not so big. And there were no towels for the pool.

Covid changes things and so there were very few people in a hotel designed for conference , weddings and events, The room was the furthest away from the reception and garage as possible! Maybe they were revolving the rooms .? Having said that the view form the room was superb and it was quiet , The cafe bar was closed for food on arrival and the restaurant was closed until 8 30 .the Spa was closed although the pool was open. I accept that Covid changes everything and appreciate that there were very few guests . However I feel that simply saying that certain services are restricted is not enough. They should spell it out. After a long hot drive across Spain we could buy nothing to eat in the hotel until four hours after our arrival . Having said that the reception and dining room people at breakfast were superb and friendly , efficient and covid aware ..not sure about the cleaning staff .

Good breakfast, big rooms, great spa. It was a great hotel to break up our long drive home. Had dinner at the restaurant which was delicious. Our waiter didn't speak English so was hard to communicate but we managed. He didn't seem very helpful but at least the food was excellent.

A relaxing evening

Good breakfast, big rooms, great spa. It was a great hotel to break up our long drive home. Had dinner at the restaurant which was delicious. Our waiter didn't speak English so was hard to communicate but we managed. He didn't seem very helpful but at least the food was excellent.

Spa facilities were not of free access to guests. Double bed not available upon request previously check in. WiFi did not work properly even after requesting a check on it and IT guy was in the bedroom and bad connection kept during all weekend.

Very good value

Restaurant didn’t open for dinner until 8.30 pm which is too late for a 3 year old!

Clean Convenient

Spa closed.... probably would not normally matter but I had driven for eight hours and ached ... Had a bath instead

The room is extremely big. The value for the money is a big plus! Internet works pretty well and you have a lot of space for parking the car.

The walls of the Hotel are very thin. Be aware that you might listen the evening/ morning routines of your neighbour and the corresponding partner. Despite the size of the bed (very big), we didn't find it that comfy.

The spa. Also the hotel is very beautiful

Rooms are divided with very thin walls, we could hear all conversations and other things from the beside room.!

Tried to contact the hotel by phone. No answer after 45 minutes. No pool chairs (august). No dinner or breakfast before 8.30 pm - am.

The room was nice, the hotel in general is modern. There is a parking outside, which is free. Breakfast was nice.

The rules for using the outdoor pools are ridiculous. Plus, they are not announced anywhere before you reach the actual pool. We were caring snacks and we were not allowed to bring them in the green area. We were not allowed to eat those snacks outside before entering the pool neither. We were forced to go back upstairs to our room and leave those snacks. Then we were not allowed to enter into the pool with the kid's swim ring... No inflatables allowed. The inside pool can be reached only if you pay for the SPA. We chose the hotel because it had a pool and then we couldn't use it at all, so it was quite disappointing.

Pool was not open until 11.30 Spa was additional cost at 20 euros per person.

Facilities bit of old and carpets etc need to be replaced with new ones, the rooms have a smell of a history

Good place to stay in Salamanca. Reasonably close to the city center + hotel offers a free shuttle service to Salamanca center. Pool was the selling point for us, but also super comfy and spacious rooms. All in all a great place for the money.

Staff could have been friendlier- but they are clearly overworked (one person covering the restaurant and the bar in the lobby area..), so it’s understandable. Travelers beware- VAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE QUOTED ON BOOKING.COM, as isn’t the local residence tax - a very unreasonable €8/day!

Breakfast selection poor

The room was very spacious. Bed was enormous but comfortable. Bathroom was old but serviceable. Evening meal was good.

The hotel was extremely quiet but not a problem for us. Would have liked a kettle in the bedroom. Could have done with a bathmat in the bath.

The pool didn't open until 11.30 and the indoor pool was only accesses by paying for a day session in the spa, which young children were not allowed in. Drinks were really quite expensive - €2.70for a small bottle of coke.

If we see the swimming pool in photos we expect much, much more. There are no bar in the swimming pool área, only chairs and tables abandoned.

Good value for money specially If you are staying for a overnight sleep . Clean hotel , good price.

We booked this hotel because it has a pool, and we wanted to sit by the pool in the morning for few hours before the checkout at 12h. The staff told us that the pool wont open before 11h.

Travelled early May. Room very hot, asked for air conditioning to be switched on and told No, not till 1st June, so had to sleep with window and curtains open.

The hotel as a whole. Food was FAB.

Bar was not open until 7pm. a big no no in my book.

Spacious room, parking lot in the hotel. Indoor pools and facilities are great though you have to pay to use them.

Breakfast wasn't the best, services inside the hotel are limited. If you want to use the indoor pools you have to pay 20 euros for 90 minutes...
