The room is reasonably big with a lovely bathroom. The location is not good it is located in the industrial area. The hotel is basically not ready to open to public, there are still building work going on, many of facilities aren't ready.
Thanks to Nicole (front office manager) we got a good deal anyway (discount on room price, free rental bike and free massage). The hotel was simply not ready for opening; no SPA at all, only 60% of room were usable.
The room was nicely decorated and a comfortable bed. Everything in the room were brand new. The hotel was still under construction and the spa & gym was not open yet which was quite a dissapointment to us. There was a dust from the construction work everywhere, also in the room. But the hotel will be nice after all the work has been done.
staff attitude was welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was efficiently organised and attractive to eat. Colour scheme in room was fresh and modern and the bed/pillows were excellent - well above average for this price range.
The Hotel was still being built they are behind schedule lots of dust around, teh spa was not open buildres around by pool area so it was hard to be positive
Comfortable, convenient location from which to explore the Arcahon Bassin
Clean, confortable and good petit dejeuner
Just off motorway but reasonably quiet. Good for Parc Ornithologique, and Gujan-Mestras, where the seafood restaurants are good value. Didn't go to beaches at Arcachon but thay are a short drive away. Air conditioner in one room leaked water from ceiling onto the floor.
Nice staff, very clean room, very good value. In a quiet (at present) situation. Maybe that it has no restaurant.
The Hotel was easy to find and close to the highway and near the Le Teich ornithological park (you need a car to get there). Rooms were not fantastic but were new, clean and and had very decent bathrooms. Excellent value for money.
It was extremely convenient for our prime purpose in going there which was to visit the Le Teich ornithological reserve - one of the best reserves in Europe. The hotel was clean and efficiently run. We were disappointed that the hotel restaurant had recently closed which was not apparant when we made the booking.
Convienient to Motorway and Dunes de Pilate
The street lighting to the hotel was off the first night which made it very difficult to know where to turn off as it is so underdeveloped around it. The signs to the hotel were difficult to find from Le Teich we had to ask at the local presse to be directed to the right route. We found the shower very small ( we are quite slim )! and the dining room too tightly packed which made it hard to choose and move around the bar.
The room was comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was good. The hotel was quiet and the parking no problem. The hotel is not finished yet. It stands next to a busy road and not in the middle of the forest.
Accessible, good parking, close to restaurants and beach. A good value basic hotel
I was able to explore the Arcachon Bassin area (the Dune, the Parc Ornithologic, the village of Arcachon, the market, the boardwalk/beach ) very easy -- the hotel is in a good location.
Good location, friendly manager. Value breakfast. Long-ish drive into the centre of Arcachon (where parking is a nighmare), but good food available nearby at a Campanile
Good price, easy access to shopping, restaurants and beach Rooms a little on the small side, ok for an overnight or short stay
Hotel was basic but had everything we needed. Air cond was brilliant. Good secure parking. The had the best croissants we ate in France. Everything was fresh and clean
The staff were very helpful, they pepare a very nice baby cot for our baby like 5 Star hotels. The hotel was very quite and we had a good sleep. Small bathroom
We used the Hotel as an overnight stop, arrived in the dark and left in the dark. The Hotel was clean and the room was adequate for overnight. a little small for a longer stay.
Pleasant reception. Clean sheets and towels Hotel is situated almost opposite a chemical plant. The reception however was clean and smelled fresh unlike the room which smelled stale and of damp eminating from the bathroom which had black mould in between the tiles. The room had not been cleaned with hair and cobwebs. We were told the room was due for refurbishment!!! Have sent feedback to Logis as well!
Very niice, polite and attentive landlord, good breakfast, charming garden very poor insulation between the rooms and corridor.
A fairly basic hotel close to a good beach; the staff were friendly, the breakfast was OK. We were only there for one night but I would not have wanted to spend a vacation there. The shower was not very strong and it was difficult to balance the shower water temperature - the mixer taps were loose on the wall, No wardrobe, only a type of hat stand for hanging clothes; no chest of drawers, just a box to put things in.
Everything, especially the Staff.
Everything was great and wll return. Margareth N/a
Pleasant, basic Logis Hotel as reflected in the price. Very convenient for touring the Bassin de Arcachon and less than an hour from the airport. We enjoyed our stay. The restaurant served excellent simple good value French cuisine however it did not have the service to match.
Situated in a peaceful location with easy access to the Arcachon Bassin
