Bed was confortable
had to ask for toilet paper, the bathroom had mold in tub and sink faucette, the shelf above sink was dirty, the floor in living area was filthy, ice machine didn't work, short in cable - channels went off and on randomly. paid $25 plus tip for each night for parking, girl was very rude and not in the least helpful or interested in my complaints at check out. was not charged promised rate and they refuse to fix.
The Lobby was amazing and so was the location!
The room was much smaller than advertised on website and lacked basic amenities of a 4 star hotel...
Got upgraded into a suite.
Unfortunately we needed two beds as we have young kids and the suites only have a king bed and a sofa bed. The kids got the king!!
Joe was a good porter and bell hop. the lobby was delightful
the room was too small. the cold water had no pressure. the bed squeaked. at check-in time the room was not ready
What we as a family enjoyed the most was he entire atmosphere and classical setting, also, It's very pleasurable to be treated so nicely.
The bathroom kept sticking. Locked in twice.
