We enjoyed entirely our stay in this place. Warm welcome, excellent service around the day, outstanding breakfast prepared and served with love, all facilities are wonderfully decorated in modernly translated local "mountain style". Beautiful SPA and Lounge/Bar. Excellent hideaway allthough in the centre of San Cassiano.
Staff very friendly. Great breakfast spread. Very nice apartments! Suggest having a dinner venue at hotel as there are limited options in town.
exceptionally friendly and helpful staff; spacious, beautiful and well-equipped rooms; delicious breakfasts including a wide variety of fresh local products; convenient garage and a great location in the middle of the charming and quiet village of San Cassiano.
Staff were extremely helpful. A beautiful luxury hotel in a grat location. Facilities and breakfast were fantastic.
Absolutley fantastic staff No there was absolutley nothing that needed improving
We loved our apartment. It was new, modern, stylish, and clean. The bed was very comfortable as was the bathroom space. The Sud Tyrol is one of my favorite places in the world, and this valley - and this hotel - make me count the days until I can return again. We were traveling during September so nearly everything was closed. Was perfect for us since we needed peace and quiet and down time to rest, but it would be nice to have these reminders about regional vacation patterns.
Great atmosphere, great service, great restaurant
The owner is always on hand and very charming to guests. There is an excellent 2 star michelin restaurant with excellent manager and chef.
This is a wonderful, very well-run hotel for those who enjoy breathtaking mountain scenery and outdoor activities in the dolomites (we were here in the summer). The rooms and pool are lovely, the staff is helpful and courteous, the breakfast buffet is one of the best anywhere, lunch on the terrace is lovely, and the other restaurants excellent. Driving to and from the town and the hotel requires skill on hairpin turns in the mountains, and over beautiful but steep mountain passes, and is not for the faint of heart.
The room was facing to the street and in front of all other hotels's windows. I'd a junior suite to have a terrace and face to the mountain!!!
