Excellent facilities and all very tastefully presented. Ideal for a relaxing and luxurious stay. Short walk to interesting and historic town. I have to use a wheelchair and the hotel was very suitable. Although regional food was excellent,. the waitresses were awful. Not welcoming and no idea on how to serve. They were the only disappointment
Very good new hotel with excellent rooms and facilities. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Far better than previous review led me to expect.
Ok as described on website
Very kind reception. Clean room with tea and coffee facility and fresh fruit. Rooms at the back have a very nice view. Free internet. No airconditioning. No breakfast buffet.
Very nice staff. Very nice view from the suite to the river. Very good situation in the village. But it isn't really a 5 star hotel, only 4 stars. The breakfast, and for the second cup of coffee you have to pay extra.
The room and its contents were nice and also the view from the room. The restaurant although small, was nice. No parking and steep street and a lot of stairs, which is a problem with heavy suitcases.
Nicely appointed room, had a very nice balcony view.
Nice restauration in the middle of ancient village, nice staff, huge room (suite) Breakfast was not 4x
Wonderful location, super friendly staff, very helpful, cozy/warm room, just perfect. We loved it! None. There was some street noise late at night, but that wasn't hotel's fault.
The design of the rooms - location in the village - view from balcony - general atmosphere the list price is too high for the real value - breakfast could only be served either in the room the night before or in a cafe later morning, both very poor - there was a music festival that kept me awake big part of the night
Free and easy to use Wi-Fi, easy parking
Well placed for visits to Puebla de Sanabria and to the Lake. Rural environment. Clean and quiet. Friendly people. Good room, newly furnished, with big bed. Hydromassage cabin in the bathroom.
Remote country hotel. Staff made us very welcome. Cooked excellent dinner with local flavour for us - only resident diners. Great shower cabinet.
The hotel is in a beautiful location near an old church. The hotel itself is rustic and charming. The food in the restaurant was horrible and there is no where else to eat in the vicinity.
We just stayed one night, but our rooms were very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. We were allocated two rooms at the end of a corridor next to each other, which was very nice. The food was very tasty, and the half board included whatever we wanted from the menu, and surprisingly the bottle of wine, coke and water too. Very little English spoken, which added to the interest of the evening meal as we did not know what we ordered until it arrived, but staff were very friendly and kind. We felt we had a real spanish experience, and it was lovely.
