Cons: Only the big pillow was for us a problem but that is individual. We had a great, warm and beautiful place, great people, nice pizza and a wow breakfast , and as we had a terrible night in Switzerland for the same price, we were happy. We come again.

Pros: Simply An amazing place. Spacious room (with all needed amenities) and beautifully furnished. The bed mattress was top quality and the location just felt like being on a film set. You can cook your own food and seat on one of the table in the garden to enjoy your dinner. Away from everything but still close to all beach resort, this is the place you would dream to own one day. A home away from home, why bother with Tuscany when you have this wonderful ( quiet) place close to the sea. Tuscany on the Marche doorstep
