About AR Valentien at The Lodge at Torrey Pines

Executive Chef Jeff Jackson is synonymous with the farm-to-table movement in San Diego and the ever-changing menu showcases fresh market-driven seafood, meats, produce, and dairy products. The menu offerings at A.R. Valentien are determined and influenced by what ingredients are available at any given time during the various seasons. Popular dishes include brandt beef rib cap roulade as well as the chicken liver pâté. Our elegant, timbered indoor-outdoor dining room overlooking the 18th hole of Torrey Pines Golf Course is open for dinner service Wednesday through Thursday.
