Chandeliers, Club leather furniture, marble table tops, cocktails that, though, called tiki, are not really the tiki you would imagine. The cocktails are met with a menu mostly unfamiliar to San Diego. Baja California is where Baja meets San Diego. In a time and place where we need to spotlight it most. Relying on ancient and modern techniques and cross-border ingredients with a nuevo approach to menu delivery, the culinary story will highlight oysters, seafare from baja and produce highlighting the southern california region, including foraged ingredients.
