About Pushkin Russian Restaurant
Pushkin Restaurant proudly bears the name in honor of the great Russian writer Alexander Pushkin (May 26, 1799 - January 29, 1837) - Russian poet, play and prose writer, critic, literary theorist, historian, a publicist who laid the foundations of the Russian realistic trend. Since our opening in October 2015, we have focused on bringing out the authenticity and deep history of Russian cuisine through our traditional and family recipes. At Pushkin, we pay tribute to the Russian as well as former Soviet Union cuisines from counties such as Ukraine, Armenia, Uzbekistan and Georgia which had a tremendous impact on what is considered Russian cuisine today. We believe this notion creates both unique and new dishes for you to try out!
