A problematic location and no elevator
The bed was comfortable and most important it was clean. The location for us was perfect.
After a mix up, not sure what happened we were treated kind and every detail taken care of professionally. They went out of their way to make things right.
Loved the remodeling- very urban and updated. Love love loved the shower and beds-liked the Safe and mini fridge.
Tiny garage for parking cost an additional $30 The only way to park for the evening was to use the garage that was beyond tiny. Spaces and availability are limited-was not discussed until after we parked. Then our car was moved several times. Also the room was very HOT AND I MEAN HOT. I like it warm but this was harsh. We couldn’t get the a/c to work once midnight hit. Opening the windows was good for air flow-downfalls accrued due to this. One being DOWNTOWN- outside smalls of sewage came in -along with the sounds of the street-which our room faced-very very Loud. The windows also didn’t have security/screens which made it rather scary being on the 3rd floor- windows are directly in front off the beds-literally not even a step and bam window down fall to pavement. The room was very compact-I mean itty bitty little room. The bunk bed was a life saver-no way 2queens or full beds could fit. The clock was very busted/it was a decor piece and drove my daughter crazy. It was a main art piece and was obviously broken. Sadly a small bag went missing at the hotel and we begged for assistance to get it returned to us or at least get help looking- it was in our room and got either thrown out by the staff or was taken. Either way it was a big deal and should have been handled differently. They didn’t even ask for signature or document proving our stay and where surprised when I asked to physically sign or have a agreement on the property rental for the night and payment info....weird.
Absolutely loved the decor and vibe of this place. Cool decor and comfy bed
There was no elevator, parking was minimal, not much in vending machines
Good location, within walking distance of many restaurants and public transportation. Room was clean and comfortable with nice decor. Free coffee and fruit juice in the lobby. Safe in room was useful.
Room was very dark with little natural light. Not enough clothes hanging space for 4 people - only a few hooks and no closet. Also, not enough rails or hooks in the bathroom to hang towels. TV was placed on inconvenient spot on wall so that only some could watch from the beds. Bizarrely, main light switch was far from the door (behind the door and a few feet away!). The area wasn't unsafe, but it also wasn't great. Lot of homeless folks and saw a good amount of drug use as well.
