We liked the historical significance and the architecture and opulance of the the palazzo no my wife and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel and everthing was to our liking. My wife is a coeliac and she appreciated the fact that she could have breakfast without difficulty though she had to avoid the bread,
We loved the hotel. Friendly staff, lovely rooms-well restored. Free Internet service-the only one we found. Excellent value for money.
Very nice rooms. Quiet.
Very nice building with in the main building beautifull rooms in a style that fit with the rest of the hotel. We stayed in a superior and a normal room. Both were nice. Friendly staff. Very nice place in the center of the city but still quit but a good starting point for explore this beatifull city by foot. Parking is a problem. If you're lucky there is a parking place near the hotel otherwise you have to find one and that is difficult. If you don't have a navigation system the hotel isn't easy to find.
comfort and old stile
Very helpful staff, gorgeous accomodations, location terrific
The staff were really helpful and they upgraded our room as we were on our honeymoon. The view out on to the main square was spectacular as was the room. The coffee with breakfast was great. Would definitely return and recommend. The shower didn't work that well and they seemed to struggle a bit at breakfast if there were too many people. Really not that bad though.
The hotel staff was very friendly, they offerd us an upgrade for our honeymoon, so we spent 1 night in a suite for a very low charge; receptions was very open-minded and helpful. suite was enomorous there was no internet connection in the room (though it was promissed), but this is a minor disadnvantage
location shuffling cars
The location was excellent in the centre of town. The staff was very helpful, finding a parking spot and parking it as well. The window insulation was very good. All the street noises were kept out. The quality of the breakfast was acceptable, but not great. When arriving late, many things were gone and not being replaced.
The location and atmosphere is so good, coupled with all modern facilities in the room, that I would recommend a visit to Ascoli Piceno simply for the opportunity to stay at Residenza 100 Torri! My stay was too short :-)
Residenza 100 Torri is a beautiful hotel conveniently located in the historic center of Ascoli Piceno. The hotel is very tastefully done; a great combination of old and new. The staff is very pleasant and always available to assist the guests. This is definitely the best hotel in town.
The staff was exceptional and went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Extremely helpful. The property is unique in style and quite comfortable. Great location in the city proper
Location was central to town center and provided parking on site. The design was quiet lovely. The room was quiet small although very well furnished.
Efficient friendly staff, high quality, free parking possiblities in hotel compound (although not many it seemed but that did not affect us). Did not have time to properly understand access to tv channels
Very central located in the city and very nice hotel no
Liked the laidback and low key, tastefully furnished environment. Very responsive and kind staff. Good to have secure parking in the middle of an old town. The breakfast was very good. Comfortable, cool room No view from my window, but this not really a problem as it's very much a town hotel
Newly renovated establishment in the middle of Ascoli old town a couple of minutes from Piazza del Popolo. Very clean and comfortable rooms, but on the small side. Basic but adequate Italian breakfast. Very friendly and efficient staff. Parking available in the hotel garage - a very useful feature in Ascoli Piceno.
It was so very beautiful. We had a little trouble finding the hotel. Instructions would be helpful.
This hotel was just perfect! It's extremely well located in the old city center, at walking distance from the Piazza del Popolo (one of the most charming and lively piazza I have ever seen!), shops and restaurants. It's a bit of a challenge to find the hotel in the small streets of this medieval city, but a decent GPS should get you there without too many problems. The hotel has a decent, secure, closed car parking, adjacent to the hotel entrance (very convenient for the luggage). Our room was a very romantic, large room, with a perfect bathroom. The airco in the room was just perfect and very welcome after a hot day. The hotel staff was very helpful and made excellent suggestions with regard to restaurants. Definitely a superb hotel! To be honest, nothing.
Beautiful hotel, nice rooms, quiet, easy wifi access, very good restaurant.
Beautiful grounds, quiet, excellent breakfast, relaxing, good staff, nice patio off the bedroom, close to good grocery store, free internet, close to beautiful sand beaches and in beautiful hill country. Perfect price!
Nice hotel with helpful staff. Restaurant of the hotel has good choice of typical Italian dishes and some local specialties. Rooms are clean and comfortable with own controlled airco. Free wireless internet is reasonable fast and easy to use.
Despite our late arrival the staff was very helpful and friendly. Location was very easy to find. Good breakfast.
Friendly staff, nice location and excellant food.
The entire hotel staff was courteous and professional . The hotel restaurant was excellent. When we return, we will definitely stay at this hotel again.
The staff were very kind and helpful. The Hotel is an old converted Villa. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful. Very close to the Adriatic coast and beaches (15 minutes), and close to medieval village of Ascoli-Piceno (7 minutes). Wonderful location
great hotel for a very good price need to have a car
Friendly and helpful staff. Nice room.
One of the best and best value hotels we have stayed at in Italy. Helpful staff, clean and well furnished and equipped rooms and a superb central location. Detailed street map with booking confirmation - but what a minor problem!
Outstanding staff and great location and beautiful rooms. Spa facilities were the best i have encountered
The hotel was beautiful although a bit hard to find. I would tell all my best friends about this jewel and keep it secret from everyone else. A beautiful place to stay.
Great location Very simple Breakfast, there is only one lift in the hotel 1x.5 m small?very tight, takes 3 people max at a time. Otherwise the hotel is perfect.
The staff were very helpful, the breakfast was great and the bathroom was superb - very clean and tidied and cleaned superbly daily.
I can only imagine that this would have to be the premier hotel in town. The whole place looks like it was just completely redone and it's right near one of the main squares and within walking distance of anything downtown. Free parking option. Has a fairly big tub with jets, if they work. The free parking option works great if you just want to explore the town on foot, but if you need frequent access to your car, you'll have to find a different solution, as it's not really that close or easy. A huge person will not fit in the elevator if that is a problem. It also has one of those showers that you can't use without soaking the floor.
Hotel was lovely very clean staff spoke english and were very helpful. Although parking is an issue due to the location once we found the hotel the instructions the staff gave for the car park were vey good and its only a five minute walk from parking to hotel. Would stay here again.
Very nice hotel in a less-touristy town in Italy. High quality for the cost. There is no parking on site and is about a 10 minute walk to the parking garage.
It was an amazing experience. a Simple but beautifully design hotel in the midle of the town with much to enjoy in Ascoli Pecino. THe staff was more than accomodating. It was quiet and on our trip of two weeks this has been our favorite and huge value for the money. Parking is most definately a challenge but once the short walk is memorized as well as the location of the parking...truly not a problem at all
Lovely room with plenty of space for children. Aircon had been switched on before we arrived so room was lovely and cool when we arrived. Loved being able to see in the old chapel behind the hotel.
The hotel was a beautiful old Palace. The room was very clean. The staff were kind. Restaurant was not available during stay. The hotel was a bit to far from local town
Very nice place, and good price, I hope to stay at Villa Sgariglia again.
Atmosphere inside and territory of the Villa are really nice. Not far from the seaside where we went and spent the whole day. For me, as a foreigner, was very complicated to find the place. Following the adress shown at booking.com, italian navigator couldn't find the Villa. I had to ask some local people to show me right way.
Good stop on the road to the Marche.
The location was easy to find, quiet and there is free parking. The hotel is newer and worth the two km. walk or drive to the old town.
Good size room, spotless ensuite and friendly staff. The coffee at breakfast was amazing! The policy of keeping passports unsecured behind the desk. No need for keeping your passport I believe, especially when NOT put in a safe!
Quiet location on edge of town but well signposted and easy to find. Staff pleasant and helpful.
A quiet establishment. Very good value for money. The breakfast was good - lots of variety.
Clean rooms with air con and all you would expect for your money inthe rooms Hardly any garden and no pool
The outstanding courtesy and helpfulness of the man who worked at the front desk. You could tell that he really cared about his guests enjoying their stay in Ascoli Piceno. The lobby is very attractive with comfortable leather furniture. The location is peaceful. The hotel itself has an unappealing exterior and the rooms are minimal. I would not like to stay for much more than one night. The breakfast was boring and many European hotels are adding a little more these days than the Pennile to make their breakfasts more appealing. A little fresh fruit would have been nice.
The family running the farm (it is not a hotel by any means) were very friendly, but unfortunately also very busy farming so it was hard to corner anybody. Checking out was a hoot, we had to wade through many children having a birthday party to find the one mother who had some english. The place is clearly known by locals as a restaurant of some renown, there was a large dinner party one evening. We felt that the guests were very much an afterthought but hey, this is an agroturismo so what do you expect. What was really bad were the chairs in the room, they were so spartan they could not be used for say, sitting and reading. Nor could the bed since the headboard was a piece of voluptious carving which would stab you between the shoulderblades if you tried to lean against it.
The building is magnificent, the yard and the whole atmosphere are nice. The owners polite and helpful. They served us a nice appetizer upon our arrival. The room was cold and there was no hot water available. Dinner (set menu) was absolutely not for vegetarians: even the pasta was cooked with minced meat. Additionally, dinner was a “long-lasting” experience: we sat at the table at 20.00, the antipasti were served at 20.55 and the second dish arrived at 22.20!!!!
The building and the atmosphere no
