Pros: We had a nice stay here, Giovanni is a super kind and warm host. We got watermelon and juice which is tasty. Giovanni recommended an awesome restaurant for dinner with cheap price and great dishes. Location is very convenient if you have a car and parking is included. Thanks Giovanni
Pros: Extremely accommodating in every way. Beautiful old building, off street parking with a huge garden to get lost in. Large room, lovely decor, modern facilities. Close to shops. Giovanni is very friendly and helpful and is easy to communicate with. We had a lovely home cooked meal that was prepared for us by the family, however a restaurant can also be recommeded. An amazing experience that I thoroughly recommend if you want to get away from the tourist crowds and experience the real Italy. The property is only a short distance from Pompeii, making it a perfect stop over for those visiting the ruins and Vesuvius
Pros: Have you ever been “pleasantly shocked?!” This is the place. Impeccably decorated. From the entrance to the king-sized bed our smiles were wide! Our hosts Gino and Anna are delightful, warm and enchanting! Greeted by Aperol, they are experts at making you feel special.
Cons: The neighbourhood looks sketchy... but we found it fascinating and safe.
Pros: Giovanni ( owner) is very good person, english speaking, parking is under gate,I recommend for all, look very nice, auntie was cooked very tasty, is close to Pompei, Vesuv, Amalfi coast and Neapol. Giovanni one more time thanks from Pepe!!!
Pros: The place is huge with special decor. The staff was very friendly and the location is good for driving to Napoli and Pompeii
Cons: Although the place is very nice there are steps up to the apartment so better to book more then one night. The kitchen is everybody's so remember to close the door leading to the room
Pros: We liked everything, excellent breakfast, service, room, location. The hosts are superb, they go out of their privat street,to help you and make you feel like a family member.Parking private closed, and near Pompeii ruins,Vesuvius,Napoli, and Sorrento.Super! Thanks!
Pros: Giovanni is the best host you can get, he was very helpful, and always search for a solution to our problems. The rooms is gorgeous and very clean, grazie mile!!
Cons: You need to have a car in order to enjoy your stay and visit all the touristic point (do it, they have a free parking)
With a stay at Dimora Delle Arti, you'll be centrally located in Naples, steps from Piazza Bellini and 5 minutes by foot from Naples National Archaeological Museum. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. A roundtrip airport shuttle is available for a surcharge.
Pros: Very nice room, great location and really pleasant staff. Roberta was really good at pointing us in the direction of nice restaurants.
Pros: So friendly and helpful. Lovely place. Generous breakfast. Thanks.
Pros: Good location near to bars. Room had everything and was to high quality. We flew home early hours and a breakfast tray was made up for us and left in our room
Cons: Very busy area lots of traffic on a busy road.
Pros: The bed very comfy
Pros: Very authentic building. Loved the old fashioned lift. Staff excellent really helpful and welcoming.
Cons: The room got a little stuffy but we opened the balcony doors onto the courtyard and it was perfect.
Pros: Perfect for everything. Splendid propell and service.
Pros: Central location, clean although utilitarian room. Good continental breakfast. Good value.
Cons: Since the location is in a central and busy location, it is noisy. There are a number of dining and drinking establishments nearby and a main route which emergency vehicles pass through.

Featured amenities include limo/town car service, dry cleaning/laundry services, and luggage storage. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours).
Pros: My parents had a great stay here on their stop over in Naples. Hotel was lovely and room very comfortable. The breakfast was also great. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.
Pros: The location was excellent and so were the facilities. If you go to bed early, ask for a room far away from the reception desk because they like to talk really loudly.
Cons: We were put in a room next to the reception desk and they were loud until about 11pm. We had an early flight the next morning and I asked them to quiet down and they were still loud for a few hours.
Pros: Everything was ok thanks and staff all very good
Cons: A lounge area for sitting would have been good
Pros: The staff on reception , were clear and extra helpful , giving us advice and a map and marking it up also suggestions of where to eat . Ensuring our cab arrived and cost a fixed price .
Cons: A little bit noisy as people talked loudly in the vicinity , but that is normal in hotels .
Pros: The staff where lovely and attentive. The room was spacious and bed comfy. We where lucky enough to even get a free upgrade on arrival
Cons: I myself had restless sleep with the sound of dragging tables or something from room above. I still managed to sleep and wasn’t end of the world. My partner wasn’t bothered at all
Pros: good location, clean room, and good service!
Cons: Google map shows wrong address...
Pros: The bedroom was huge, very comfortable bed and the bathroom was very spacious too. In the centre of Naples so you can walk to pretty much everything.
Cons: As you’re in the centre of Naples you do get quite a lot of traffic noise.

Featured amenities include multilingual staff, luggage storage, and an elevator. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available on request), and self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: Very affordable, clean and comfortable. Only a few minutes walk from main train station. Coffee and breakfast included and very friendly staff.
Cons: A bit difficult to find at first, but helpful locals directed us the right way and easy to communicate with staff via email.
Pros: Good value for money. Friendly and helpful owner, good location.
Cons: Breakfast was very basic
Pros: Host is so kind and welcoming. Room was so clean and comfortable.
Pros: The owner Gabrielle is really helpful one and he arranged a good stay. The apartment is really close to the Naples central station. I will strongly recommend it if you are on a budget trip.
Pros: Close to train station. The proprietor was very helpful stayed late to book me in and arrived early so I could get breakfast before I got an early train. Cappuccino was delicious. The Mattress was comfortable so I got a good nights sleep.
Cons: Difficult to find. Signage very small.
Pros: The strengths of this B&B are it’s central location in Naples near trains and the old town plus the flexibility and friendliness of the host, Gabriel. The facility is clean with bedrooms a reasonable size and the kitchen area is available to use for your own meal preparation if needed. Gabriel is outgoing and really goes the extra distance to support his visitors. Great value for money as well!
Pros: The property is very close to the train station. The property manager was very helpful and even gave us a map and restaurant recommendations.
Pros: Gabriel is an amazing person. He greeted us in the apartment very kindly and nice. With great enthusiasm, he told us about the area, the city and answered any questions about transport in the area, what to see or even where to eat - huge thanks for that! I highly recommend this accommodation!
Pros: Clean room with air conditioning. Friendly host. Location is near the central station...
Cons: which means that extra caution is needed when returning to the property during the nighttime.
Pros: The host is very friendly and the coffee / breakfast is lovely. Excellent value for money.
With a stay at Grand Hotel Vesuvio in Naples (Historical Center), you'll be within a 5-minute walk of Castel dell'Ovo and Gulf of Naples. Featured amenities include a 24-hour business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. This hotel has 9 meeting rooms available for events. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: The open spaces, high ceilings, room floors and polite staff
Pros: The staff was helpful and nice
Cons: They need to update the hotel a bit it's very dated it's like stepping into 1945. They need to make the hotel like Thr terrace they have on the very top there is a restaurant there and it's the only area of the hotel that I would consider a 5. Star.they should use the style of that restaurant for the entire hotel.
Pros: This is a wonderful hotel that has earned a five star rating that is well deserved. The location is excellent with plenty of charming restaurants within walking distance and beautiful views of the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvio from the roof-top terrace. It was nice to be away from the busy city center. The hotel's signature restaurant is well worth the splurge. The quality of service across the board was outstanding. In particular, the reception and concierge desk staff were extremely helpful, providing assistance with tour bookings and a few issues with my new cell phone! The same can be said for staff at the roof-top terrace and in the dining room. Everyone was extremely attentive to my needs and very gracious.
Cons: No criticism whatsoever.
Pros: Amazing staff! Ready for everything, beautiful surroundings, excellent hotel!
Pros: The concierge was a very friendly man., helpful and funny.
Cons: This hotel is massive and they are used to catering on a large scale. There is absolutely no way it should be classified as 5*. It’s just not good enough. There was no 5* treatment and it was expensive because of the rating. €40 to park the car and complimentary bottles of water. The bed was rock hard and the shower leaked water everywhere. Breakfast was salty and cold. We did not use the spa or the gym to be fair, the view from the cocktail bar was fab but at €20 per drink, it was an extortionate rate to view a volcano. Naples is not for the faint hearted, this hotel is situated in a poor part of Naples on an industrial port. It’s not the most glamourous of locations. Outside of the hotels are loads of resturants.
Pros: Great location, helpful and polite staff, great breakfast
Cons: Dated dull throughout, beds are worn out , sheets are rough , 1970’s furniture, the entire place requires a complete refurbishment, keep away from spa facilities , sauna and steam room tiny and not hot, pool tiny and cold , no tea or coffee facilities in the rooms , if you are a tea lover have your tea bags with you, Italian coffee great but tea pretty poor
Pros: Old. Needs a complete renovation of interior. Wi fi also needs to be updated and strenghthened. Location and rooftop restaurant are only selling points right now.
Pros: The only positive thing is the central location, directly at the promenade. Breakfast is OK, service was nice.
Cons: The Hotel Vesuvio is promoted as one of the most exclusive hotels in Naples. Well, we have been quite disappointed with our stay. The only positive thing is the central location, directly at the promenade. But the rooms definitely need to be refurbished. The money for value is for sure disappointing. Breakfast is OK, service was nice. But I rather have a refurbished room (especially the bahtroom!!) than getting the bed sheets changed every day. I guess people come back because of the "legend" this hotel used to be. But we have noticed during our stay that it is definitey not worth it to spend so much money for such little value.
Pros: Breakfast was great, and the location was excellent. Staff was very helpfull.
With a stay at Hotel Cristina in Naples (Fuorigrotta), you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Mostra d'Oltremare and Stadio San Paolo. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a business center, and express check-in. Planning an event in Naples? This hotel has facilities measuring 807 square feet (75 square meters), including a conference center. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: We wound up having to find a hotel for an extra night at the last minute & needed a late night arrival (racing to beat the Lufthansa strike). This hotel worked perfect. Great breakfast & staff were all very friendly. Nice size room with lots of power plugs.
Cons: They said the shuttle would be 35 Euro but wound up to be 41. Not a huge deal but....
Pros: Staying at Hotel Cristina was a really pleasant experience. The hotel is really very safe. Parking was also secure with cameras for the car with a door that closed and it was spacious. Excellent staff and especially the reception staff, who helped us with anything we needed. The area around the hotel is good with the metro station being very close and there are some very good restaurants (pizzerias and burger restaurants). Finally the breakfast was very good with lots of dishes and definitely superior to the hotel class.
Cons: I would prefer the room to be a little bigger. The hotel area may not be in the city center, however, it is very close to metro line 2.
Pros: Free parking and comfortable accomodations
Cons: A little bit far from the city center however benefiting from a more peaceful location
Pros: The room
Cons: I was charged extra for my wife in the room. Your system took me a 1 person. Get with the program. I want to rent a room. In US they don’t charge for another person
Pros: Delicious breakfast
Cons: City tax was not include at price.
With a stay at Eurostars Hotel Excelsior in Naples (Historical Center), you'll be steps from Gulf of Naples and 4 minutes by foot from Castel dell'Ovo. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. A train station drop-off service is available for a surcharge.
Pros: Staff friendly, breakfast super, room fantastic with sea views, restaurant close......
Cons: Location a bit far but at the sea
Pros: Location was excellent. We could walk almost everywhere.
Pros: In a very central area of Naples yet very safe. Wonderful view, very big room
Pros: Close to dining and shopping. Close to the port to catch the ferry to Capri and the other islands. Its the best hang out spot in naples. Staff was friendly.
Pros: My suite was lovely, and the view was spectacular. Very nice staff. Excellent Breakfast buffet.
Cons: The only way it might have been better would be to have larger balconies on the seaside to sit outside and enjoy the harbor. :-)
Cons: They implied that breakfast was included then we got whacked for 27 a head on breakfast. Most expensive muffin I ever ate
Pros: The location was great. Walking distance to many restaurants
Cons: Seemed like one day this was a grand hotel. Today it's old and dusty. The room size was great but the sheets were rough and the hallways looked like they needed to be vacuumed.
Pros: Sacrifice small accommodations for central location than this hotel is OK. Great breakfast buffet
Cons: Shower was really small
Cons: The bed was not comfortable and the walls were thin. A lot of noise at midnight
Pros: Great location and professional staff. We always come back with pleasure. Beautiful terrace on the top floor. Staff professionally think about hotel guests.
Cons: More fresh fruit for breakfast please in the future. Air conditioning needs new investments.
Pros: Very elegant and charming hotel. Clean and with very professional staff.
Pros: Old world charm and great location. Staff was very helpful.
Cons: Rooms were a bit dated.
B&B La tua Oasi is set in Frattamaggiore, 12 km from Naples and 37 km from Sorrento. Every room has a private bathroom. For your comfort, you will find free toiletries and a hairdryer. You will find a shared kitchen at the property. B&B La tua Oasi is a 25-minute drive from the Royal Palace of Caserta, and Frattamaggiore Train Station can be reached in 20 minutes on foot. Naples International Airport is 8 km away.
Pros: Nino is a great host!
Pros: I stayed here for one night before catching an 11.15 flight from Naples airport. I had originally planned to stay closer to the airport, but the reviews of the numerous hotels and other accommodation near the airport were uniformly grim, so I looked a little further afield and found this. I gather that the traffic between Frattamaggiore and the airport can be heavy between 7 am and 8.30 am, but I left just after 8.30 and was able to drive straight to the airport without any delays. The property is pretty quiet (the name is justified!) and I felt very safe in the surrounding streets on the evening of my arrival. Antonio was very helpful in all matters.
With a stay at B&B Napolimilionaria in Naples (Naples City Centre), you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Naples National Archaeological Museum and Naples Cathedral. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and luggage storage. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: Attention to detail in terms of comfort. The warm, generous hospitality shown by the owners.
Cons: Location was very hard to find. Signs could have been better.
Pros: Lovely cool room with high celings. Wifi. Taxi 18-20 euros to nearby airport. Opposite botanic garden.
Cons: Mould around shower floor and didnt drain well. No answer to buzzer so had to wait for someone exiting. Its on 3rd floor and lift only takes 0.20 euro coin.2 shampoo no conditioner
Pros: Staff unwilling to help us in arrival. Rang the doorbell several times over 15 minutes and then emailed. Couldn't get into building. Finally someone else from the building let us in. The staff still didn't come down to help (was alone with 2 young children and luggage) and lift required 20 cents which I didn't have. When I finally got up there she told me she was busy with other guests ( I couldn't see any!) And that I was late! ( we had been held up by trains.)
Cons: Staff attitude dreadfully unhelpful
Pros: From the moment I checked in, the staff who incidentally are the owners went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and help with any questions that I had in regards to travelling around the city and sites to see. The room itself is kept immaculately clean and the view from the room was of the beautiful gardens. I strongly recommend this B&B
Cons: unfortunately for the duration of my stay there was no Internet.
Pros: Nice staff, clean room, Breakfast was good and a good coffee.
Cons: Weired toilet. Be aware of 20 cent coin, which starts the elevator: if you don’t have it but have a 25 kg bag - be prepared for a CrossFit exercise lifting the bag for 83 step up stairs :-)) and I hope you are not a 50 kg or pregnant lady...
Pros: Perfect central location. Lovely big rooms, modern fully equipped bathroom, very quiet and comfortable beds
Cons: Nothing to dislike
Pros: Location, value for money, charming building
Cons: Breakfast could have been better
Pros: Close to the city, not a tourist area, local life right outside. Old genuin building.
Cons: No balcony.
Pros: Comfortable mattress. Great bathroom facility. Clean and safe. Taxi ride from Naples Airport was €18. Close to Gino Sorbillo pizza.... only 20 minute walk.
A stay at Hotel Nunù places you in the heart of Naples, within a 5-minute drive of Naples National Archaeological Museum and Galleria Umberto. Featured amenities include limo/town car service, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage. For a surcharge, guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle (available 24 hours) and a cruise ship terminal shuttle.
Pros: Carla was amazing and so helpful! The hair straightener was a bonus!
Pros: Great location. Excellent staff. Clean and comfy.
Pros: The staff were lovely and very attentive. The location is brilliant and the rooms were very modern.
Cons: The only issue was that our bedroom was right outside the check in desk and the breakfast room which meant you could hear everything. When you are out most of the day it's no problem but if you are looking for a nice quiet lie in in the morning, its not the best situation.
Pros: Lovely, bright airy room. Didn't even need airconditioning even though it was 30 degrees outside. Girl on reception when we arrived so welcoming and helpful. Breakfast lovely
Cons: Liked everything.
Pros: The staff was great!! They were very helpful, relaxed. I was travelling for a conference and they made sure to book taxis that only accepted credit cards as I had ran out of euros. Very helpful and keen on details.
Cons: The AC is very powerful but I managed to sleep with it off. It wasn't too hot. The smell coming from the bathroom plumbing.
Pros: The room was really nice, clean and comfortable. Incredibly nice and modern interior. The hotel offers the best breakfast I've ever had in Italy. Perfect location- in a walking distance from Centro Strorico, Molo Beverello and the Garibaldi station, safe location even in the late hours. And the staff- very friendly and helpful. Many thanks for their hospitality!
With a stay at Villa Masseria Marini in Ottaviano, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Pompeii Archaeological Park and PalaMangano. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, and laundry facilities. Guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle for a surcharge, and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The hotel itself is fine, nice decor, clean and tidy and nice gardens, also a basic but good pizza restaurant, however be careful of opening times as its not open every nigh (ask first). Hotel is close to all major attractions (if you have car).
Cons: Be warned, this hotel is in the town of San Giuseppe, which is not a nice town at all. I walked out on first evening and there was fly tipping everywhere, no or little street lights, dogs barking, no pavements and it just looked like a third world. So you need a car if you are going to stay at this hotel, otherwise its a 30 min walk to train station in not a nice part of town ! The owner ended up taking pity on me and drove me to station every day. The town itself has only one bar of any quality which is nice and cheap but its not a nice town to spend a Saturday night. Also i got a Taxi from airport to the hotel which was initially 90 euro (negotiated to 70) ! Be warned that driving in this part of Italy is not recommended for the faint hearted, lots of use of horn, all the cars are damaged, and its more like race car driving than a lazy sunday drive.
An historical building in a central position, opposite Naples Central Station, accurately restored to its XIX Century grandeur. The interiors, recalling local traditions decors, rough tuff stones, Pompeian red, Pulcinella shapes with impressive architectural design, give life to 89 well appointed rooms, a bar, and a restaurant on the panoramic roof garden. Free Wi-Fi connection. Close to the hotel the metro stop Garibaldi M1 directly connected to the most beautiful sites of the city.
Pros: Good breakfast. Restaurant high up away from noise and traffic fumes with outdoor seating & good city views. Bedrooms well insulated against traffic noise
Pros: Room 115. Train station is only five minutes walk. Lots of restaurants located nearby. Plentiful shopping. Hotel has a modern feel. Reception were fantastic. Provided restaurant recommendation, took bags to room and explained outlay of room. Overall the room was of good quality & clean.
Cons: Mattress, Pillows. The mattress 100% requires replacing. It’s very firm & I did consider switching to the floor. It’s best days are done. Pillows are the same. Breakfast. Waiting to be seated, we ended up seating ourselves. Overall selection was quite bland. Soggy scrambled eggs is a no-no. So many people wanted breakfast that there wasn’t enough. You had to wait & wait. Improvement required in this area.
Pros: The room was really spacious, bed was comfortable and you could turn on specific lights. The location was really close to the station/metro/restaurants. The breakfast was really nice with lots of choice.
Cons: The road outside can be quite busy so caution is needed when getting to and from the hotel.
Pros: Nice room, if small. Very nice breakfast and bar area on the top floor.
Cons: The location on Piazza Garibaldi is convenient but has its drawbacks, number one being the loud and crazy traffic. The windows are good at blocking almost all the noise, but some gets through.
Pros: Located near train station in Naples in a "rough" neighborhood, the hotel was a quiet oasis. Had early morning train to catch. Without asking the staff offered a bag breakfast to take on the train.
Pros: the rooftop lounge has a great view and is a nice place to sit in morning or evening
Pros: Good location for trips to Vesuvio, Pompei etc. Comfortable access from the airport.
Cons: Noisy location.
Pros: Very helpfull staff Rooms were clean bed was comfy I had a very early flight that next morning They actually had made me up a breakfast to go and called me a cab for pickup to the airport.
Cons: The neighborhood was a bit loud and very busy with traffic
Pros: Excellent clean fantastic service
Cons: Shame it didn’t have a pool. Buffet breakfast was chaotic and food not topped up quickly enough.
Pros: Nice staff ,perfect breakfast on rooftop very good bed and very silent aircon
Cons: Location is little bit not nice but hotel cant change position
Pros: The staff were all friendly and helpful. The location was good for day trips out of Naples. The rooftop restaurant was sooooo nice.
Cons: Hectic surroundings. But that’s true for all of Naples I think.
With a stay at Hotel San Pietro, you'll be centrally located in Naples, just a 4-minute walk from Spaccanapoli and 11 minutes by foot from Naples Cathedral. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: excellent for us-10 minute walk from Train Station
Cons: It was very noisy and the bed linen was not natural but synthetic.
Pros: The restaurant for dinner was very good.
Cons: The location is a little iffy as the street outside of the hotel is very dirty and there is basically nowhere to park.
Pros: Despite the dirty and crowded streets around the hotel is comfortable and quiet, the staff are very friendly and helpful, good breakfast (in comparison with other Italian hotels), cosy rooms and hotel halls
Cons: Quality of cleaning could be better - hair, dust in the bath and room.
Pros: Nice bathroom
Cons: We booked with San Pietro but when we arrived to check in they told us we would be staying at a different hotel (same owner). The other hotel was further away from where we originally planned on staying and reeked of cigarette smoke. Both hotels (San Pietro and Palazzo Firenze) are in sketchy neighborhoods so I would not recommend staying at either. If you do book with San Pietro you will need to confirm which hotel you’ll actually be staying at. But save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else
Pros: Good value for money
Cons: Slightly off the tourist areas
Pros: It was fresh and clean.
Cons: Although beyond the control of the hotel, surrounding streets were unpleasantly messy and noisy.
Pros: Close to station
Cons: The surrounding neighbourhood did not fit with type of hotel. Did not feel safe when walking around at night especially when you got close to hotel
Pros: Very accommodating when we checked in early. Clean rooms and nice size bathrooms. The waiter Francesco was wonderful!
Cons: Well located from the train station but the market that popped up every morning was quite noisy and a little sketchy. However it seemed to shut down early.
With a stay at B&B 248, you'll be centrally located in Naples, just a 3-minute walk from Spaccanapoli and 10 minutes by foot from Naples Cathedral. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. A roundtrip airport shuttle is available for a surcharge.
Cons: Old towels and room temperature
Pros: The owner was very helpful and friendly. Good at communicating prior to our arrival. Accommodation was very clean and suited our needs with 2 sml children, great shower. Lift to accommodation level. 5 min walk to station. We'd stay here again.
Cons: It didn't bother us much but I guess like most places in naples, road traffic cld be heard so may be some ear plugs or an extra pillow to cover head.
Pros: Quite spacious room, close to city centre and railways stations which makes your trip to Pompei or Vesuvius easy.
Cons: Noise from the street, AC could work better.
Pros: The host was very friendly and hospitable. Area is within a walking distance from the train station and very close to da michelle pizza.
Cons: Area can get a bit noisy at times, however I feel like it is the same for most of Naples
Pros: The room was perfect and well equipped with everything
Cons: The window was old and I couldn’t close it at all so was quite busy during the night due to the road in front of my room
Pros: The staff was amazingly kind, everything was really clean and the breakfast was delicious. Recommended.
Cons: I think everything was ok
Pros: it’s a heart warm hostel .the staff are very nice .the rooms are clean and tidy.
Overlooking the Vesuvio National Park, Hotel Ginevra is the Campania countryside, a 15-minute drive from the historic Pompei. It offers a large garden and simply furnished rooms with free Wi-Fi. Ginevra’s restaurant specialises in Italian cuisine and Campania specialities. Meals can be served on the terrace, where every morning a breakfast buffet is also available. Each room comes with wrought-iron beds and light-coloured furniture. Facilities include air conditioning and an LCD TV and some rooms also have a balcony. The hotel is in the small town of Poggiomarino, 6 km from Naples International Racetrack in Sarno and a 20-minute drive from CIS Nola commercial park. Hotel Ginevra offers a free shuttle service to the closest Circumvesuviana train station, 1.5 km away, and to a leisure centre with swimming pools, 200 metres from the property.
Pros: Clean rooms, Very friendly Francesco. Free parking. Near highway bit Very quiet neigbourhood. Room was Very clean, beds were Good. Pizzeria nearby.
Cons: Was told on arrival (approx. 6pm) by the manager that he had been trying to contact us all day by e-mail to see whether or not we were actually coming?? (Apparently he had been let down by a series of 'no shows' from Booking.com members!!) When he received no reply, (I'm not in the habit of checking my e-mails whilst driving on holiday!) he allocated the room that had been reserved for us to another guest!! (Something to do with 'English' language channels being only on that rooms TV set and, that the room was slightly smaller than that which he had intended!) That evening we went out to eat but, found no restaurant or coffee shops locally - ended up buying a sandwich and some olives from a local supermarket! The next day we mentioned this fact and, the manager's mother kindly offered to make us a meal for that evening for 40 euros. The breakfast was very strange comprising of cakes and sweetly filled pastries only. No cereal, no fruit, no fresh bread, plain croissants or rolls, no butter or jam, etc. When I politely brought this to the manager's attention, the next morning two small croissants, two small rolls, some rock-hard bread with two butter squares and two small honey/jam spreads appeared surrounding a large glass bowl filled to the top with cornflakes but with nothing to eat them with or from, just added to my frustration of the previous day. The décor of the hotel was very pleasant and its setting was somewhat surprising considering where it was located. However, my partner and I both developed a sooty production in our chests after our short stay in this hotel. Fortunately, it cleared up shortly after we left. There was a definite smell of smoke throughout the hotel during our stay.
With a stay at Welcome B&B, you'll be centrally located in Naples, within a 5-minute drive of Naples National Archaeological Museum and Spaccanapoli. Featured amenities include luggage storage, laundry facilities, and an elevator. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: Extremely friendly owner, helped us to understand the metro/train network and place's to go. View of typical street in Naples. Clean and comfortable room. It was a perfect base for us to explore Naples.
Pros: Clean place.. Hospitality
Cons: Dirty town... Dangerous place
Pros: It was welcoming as the name itself!
Pros: Alessandra, the owner, is a very nice lady, helpful and informative. The property is inside an old mansion and easy to find. We spent 7 days here and Alessandra cleaned the room everyday, filled us with chilled water (required in this hot summer!). The toilet is fabulous and also the balcony. The property owns a small fridge and microwave oven to store and warm our own food. The City is easily accessible by metro or by walk from here. A short story, On the first day of arrival around 19:30, when we were so hungry after a long day from Rome to Naples, Alessandra informed us about a near-by pizza shop. We ran out of cash. I talked to the shop owner and he took me on his bike to the ATM to get the cash. It is nearly an overwhelming experience.
Cons: Welcome Bed & Breakfast is in the middle of two metro station of Naples, Materdei and Salvator Rosa in the uphill direction. The roads and sideways are too narrow and dirty to walk on with luggages. The second thing is there is no nearby ATMs (within 1.5 km perimeter; the nearest one is near Materdei metro, 200m walk on another direction) and all local shops charge only cash, very few with cards.
Pros: Lovely little B&B, and the aircon was a godsend! Not far from the main attractions, but unfortunately that means you have to walk through some rougher parts of Naples. Just get the metro and you are sorted.
Pros: We had a great time in Naples. Alessandra is nice and very helpful. The room was clean, well lit, with a small balcony and a good bathroom. The breakfast is simple, but ok (2 different kind of breads, butter, yogurt coffe and tea).
Cons: The walk from the metro station to the Welcome B&B. The path way from the metro station to the apartment goes thru narrows, dirty sidewalks. It makes the 10-minute up hill walk become a little harder, especially if you're carrying luggages. otherwise it's ok.
Cons: Thie oe Wner has been very kind and helpful Best optiin in napoli. Great room th a balcóny Extrenely clean and safe. Next to fampus pizzeria Starita. Breakfast is geneorous also. THanks Grazie Alessandra
Pros: The host, Alessandra, was super nice from the very beginning. She explained everything and showed everything to us in the map, also the public transport and some tips about how to reach some other parts like Amalfi, Pompeii, Sorrento... We had a problem (not with the accommodation, but an incident we had in the city) and she was very supportive and helpful with all what she could do.
Cons: The location of the B&B is not super centric, but there are two metro station close.
Located in San Valentino Torio, B&B Tenuta Savino is within a 15-minute drive of Sorrento Peninsula and Basilica di S. Alfonso M. De' Liguori. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk and an elevator. Guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle for a surcharge, and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: nice drive in and surrounding garden

Pros: Location was great, just next to the central station. Breakfast buffet was excellent, various choices of food, desserts and fruits. Room was nice and clean, with good view of the Vesuvius.
Cons: The temperature control for the hot water in the bathroom was very fluctuating. At check out, we asked for the English receipt, but the officer at the counter insisted that they could only give the Italian one.
Pros: Bed was super comfy, the rooms were very clean, shower was hot and had good water pressure, the included breakfast was amazing!
Cons: Only thing not so good about this hotel is the location. Right next to the central train station, which is convenient, however the area is sketchy. Lots of pickpockets
Pros: Very central hotel perfect for local travel. Nice, friendly service. Silent windows sealing. Comfy beds, spacious rooms. Balcony for street view. Pleasant breakfast with good choice and quality of ingredients and perfect local pasticerie.
Cons: Top floor was closed in the evening.
Pros: Overall the hotel and room were very nice. Breakfast was included and it was delicious. Also, the restaurant was very nice for lunch and dinner. I was here to present at a conference and the conference rooms of the hotel were nice and they provided folders, papers, pens, and water for participants. The hotel was right next to the central metro station which was very convenient to get on the metro and do some sightseeing. However, I don't think this hotel is in a "tourist area" and it is more where the locals go to catch the bus and the metro.
Cons: The hotel is in a sketchy area and the room I had was noisy. I would not go out after dark. I was sexually harassed on the street one night while I was trying to get dinner. During the day was okay though. The room was also cold at night and no matter what setting I put the thermostat at the temperature never changed. The tv and treadmill in the fitness center did not work. Also, the business center was not available due to renovations. In addition, I asked the front desk staff what/where there was to sightsee and I was just given a city map with no indication of where things were located. The woman just circled a broad area of the map and told me to go there. That was not helpful at all.
Pros: The breakfast was fine. The location was perfect.
Cons: The staff were not friendly. They operate a pre-authorisation on the booking which in my case amounted to €778 as I booked the 5 rooms on my card. We stayed for one night and paid separately the next day. The hotel held onto my money even though everyone had paid. I rang after a few days and was told that this was hotel policy and they would release the money in one week and was advised to ring back after one week if I didn't receive my money back. This was totally unacceptable and I would not recommend this hotel for its poor customer service. I used their email service in the end and finally received my money back after two weeks.
Pros: Clean good value and THE closest to train station. Other hotels advertise they are close but you would have to navigate across very busy streets. Staying at this hotel because of its proximity to the train station was the best move we could have made!
Cons: Staff was not helpful over a few small matters.
Pros: Excellent location, clean room and good breakfast.
Cons: Extremely small room with very soft/worn mattress, safe deposit box in room does not work and extremely small shower stall (can't even bend down).
Pros: breakfast was poor, no hot food, previously cooked scrambled egg and cold bacon is not appealing, the hotel is located next to the train station so ideal for business travelers
Pros: Location.......across the street from Napoli Termini Cleanliness......spotless Breakfast?.......huge offering Bed.....large long very comfortable, great sheets and comforter Shower.....large, high water pressure, very nice soaps and shampoo Staff..... very friendly and helpful
Pros: We were upgraded to a suite which was great
Pros: Closeness to station. Very goood breakfast.

Cons: Room and especialy the bathroom weren’t very clean, AC control panel was filthy

Located in Naples (Zona Ospedaliera), Ranch Palace Hotel is within a 10-minute drive of Castel Sant'Elmo and Spaccanapoli. Featured amenities include a business center, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage. Planning an event in Naples? This hotel has 538 square feet (50 square meters) of space consisting of a conference center and a meeting room. A roundtrip airport shuttle is available for a surcharge.
Pros: Excellent food, I also had dinner there. It is a little far but the shuttle was helpful
Cons: The room did not have enough electric outlets . Otherwise it was perfect. Need to add a gym with a treadmill and an ellypitcal machine to overlook the patio.
Pros: Lovely hotel with friendly staff. We stayed in a room with a balcony overlooking Naples and it was beautiful. Breakfast had a great selection.
Pros: The room was large , comfortable and very clean
Cons: I am annoyed at the description of the location and ambience of the hotel that BOOKING.COM has allowed to be published on their site, it is completely misleading and is not a true representation. I’m sure tranquil and away from the hustle of Naples was used when in fact we could not safely walk out of the grounds as it was onto the road without a path and also very run down area. This would not have been as much a problem had we been able to eat in hotel but it was eerily deserted and resembled a dinner hall, same at breakfast, again I’m sure there was a complementary reference to dining ! I felt sorry for the staff who were so pleasant and as I say the room and hotel were very comfortable and clean but I really felt cheated in the overall description on your site.
Pros: First of all this is no way a four star hotel. Wrong classification. Secondly there was not even a single item for vegetarians except fruit. Thirdly room is too small , no amenities inside. Lastly it is at very odd location, have to drive 30 minutes to reach to such place. Staff has no hospitality, not even single person speak bit of English plus they are pretty rude. However good parking lot.
Pros: Salvatore and the entire Ranch Palace team bend over backwards to make their guests stay enjoyable and comfortable. It is a family run hotel, and this shines through in the consideration and service provided.
Cons: Other guests have written about the distance of the hotel from the nearest Metro. We found that with the shuttle service, this was not a problem and we managed our itinerary accordingly. It is peaceful and relaxed at nights. If you want late nights in Naples, then you must consider the travel accordingly.
Pros: Nice room, quiet area and friendly and excellent service.
Pros: A very clean and friendly hotel.
Cons: Slightly out of Naples than we realised but the free shuttle service to the Metro station was very helpful.
Pros: The location was just a short cab ride from downtown and yet it felt as if you'd escaped the crowds and noise of the city. The room was spacious and had a private patio area. They also offer a shuttle service.
