There was plenty of free parking near the bed and breakfast and the breakfast room was large, bright with a balcony .The live in host/owner Fausano was very helpful.
Cons: The breakfast was very minimal for the 2 room occupancy.Very limited selection on offer to eat however coffee and tea was plentiful.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location was good with nice view of the sea rooms were large and airy and very clean
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We (my mum and me) were travelling with a one year old toddler and have been received with the utmost hospitality, warmth and helpfulness to make our stay as convenient as possible. The owners even bought a camping bed especially for toddler boy and served us an extra early breakfast. The view from the room and the breakfast room right in front of the Mediterranean is stunning. We'll definitely come back if we are around again. We enjoyed our short stay very much!
Cons: Nothing
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The host was very charming, attentive and kind. He was always there for us when needed and despite a slight language barrier did his everything for us to enjoy our stay. The room and the bathroom were both beautiful and spacious enough. Location is great - beach is near and so are several good restaurants on the other side of the main street. The building where the B&B is located is fancy and quiet. Breakfast was solid and it was great to enjoy it on the balcony with just the perfect view of the sea and the beach boulevard.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Host was very friendly, confy room with beautiful seaview.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: I really enjoyed the fact that I could make a cup of tea at any time using the kettle in the breakfast room. The fridge in our room was a good amenity to have. The owner was lovely, enjoys meeting new people it seems.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Close by the center town with a nice view on the promenade. Really clean property with nice clean bed room. Bathroom with toilet brand new and clean. Nice breakfast to start the day. I definitely had a good stay there. In a quiet and warm place ( was bitterly cold at that time).
Cons: I stayed only one night there. And didn’t see bad side on this property. No parking place fron of the property place. Or if you’re lucky you might have a parking place. But there is a big free parking by the port and 500m from the property was fine for me. Not long to walk.

Cons: No kettle or cups provided in the room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This lovely small hotel is located at the Southern end of the Imperia promenade. If you are driving, you have to travel through two small tunnels under the SS1 (thankfully most of the cars in Italy are small) to reach the hotel, which is on the corner as you turn left onto the main drag. We were quickly shown where to park our car (parking was free) and check-in was painless. We had waited too long to book our room, so we received the last available room (there are only 6 rooms total). Our room #1 is on the 1st floor and nearby to the staff entrance to the hotel. Despite the proximity to the staff entrance, we heard no noise and the room was spacious, clean and thankfully had wonderful air conditioning. I suspect that the other rooms (especially on the 2nd floor) have better views -- but we were more than satisfied. The hotel also had a lovely pool and it came in handy when we were there as Italy was having a horrible heatwave (95+ degrees) The breakfast in the morning had a good number of choices and was very satisfying. The hotel also has its own restaurant on-site, but you need to make reservations in advance for their restaurant as they were fully booked the night we were there. (We did have dinner at La Bonga Pizzeria right down the street that night and the food was great, but again I would recommend a reservation as it was completely full by 7 PM). The hotel was a great value and the location was very good for exploring the area.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Really Friendly owners, plenty of great restaurants nearby good beaches close by and good walks.
Cons: Need more pedal bikes as only 2 in hotel.
7.5 Good
Pros: Location and pool
Cons: Room was tired, requires decorating and rewiring. Outside room space was poor, no patio area due to stairs leading to above apartments. Also noise from food prep area next to room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice friendly staff and fantastic food
Cons: Mozzies
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly hosts with a lovely property and pool close to a beach
Cons: Even the weather was perfect!

Pros: This was a last minute selection to break up our travel through to Tuscany, and it turned out to be an absolute delight. Brunella was friendly, accommodating and made sure our stay was memorable. The included breakfast was excellent and it was nice to get a real cup of Italian coffee after drinking French coffee for a week. Ww would love to have stayed on a little longer as Imperia is a beautiful coastal town, perhaps we will come back for another visit!
Cons: For us, getting to the property was a little difficult, but some of the locals helped us out and we got there in the end.

5.8 Okay
Pros: The pool area and the exterior of the restort were excellent.
Cons: Ground floor appartements can have pathways just next to the windows and doors and virtually no private garden.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The resort is very well maintained and exactly as described . The staff were very friendly and helpful indeed. We were met by Silvia who showed us to our 2 bedroom apartment and explained how everything worked. The breakfast was fantastic, lots of home made cakes, bread and fresh fruits. Nothing was too much trouble for the people working there. Every room had air conditioning and we had a nice terrace to sit outside in the evening. There is a small supermarket 5 mins walk away and the beach with sunbeds to rent is about another 5 mins walk.
Cons: The WiFi connection wasn't great in the apartment but seemed work well outside. There are not really enough sun loungers around the pool for the number of guests. After 9.30 they were all reserved.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Setting was amazing. So much attention to detail. Well worth a stay. Pool beautiful.
Cons: Would have been better with king size bed instead of double.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything else!
Cons: The only suggestion is to reserve chairs at the pool per chamber (for example 2 chairs with 204 stamped).

8.0 Excellent
Pros: hotel close to beach and some restaurants (limited). Small town with some small shops, typical for beach stays. Rooms are small but clean. A real place for cyclists as well. Breakfast at 5€ is really good!!
Cons: Rooms at streetside experience roadnoise (we are not really used to it?). Swimmingpool is on a surrounded area (too hot) and paying. Better go to the beach (also paying but bit more air)
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Clean room, available and safe parking directly outside of the room. The hotel´s location if perfect to explore the western part of Liguria, particularly the area of the 40 approx. km long well made bicycle lane between San Lorenzo and San Remo. Santo Stefano offers enough restaurants and pizzerias for the evenings so that you do not need to drive the car after drinking alcool; it is not far from bigger places like Imperia or even Monte Carlo.

Perla Nera - Imperia - Bedroom

9.1 Excellent (138 reviews)
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Bathroom very clean and freshly painted. Comfy bed with nice veiw.
Cons: Breakfast average
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful room in a recently renovated old bulding, centrally located with beautiful view!!!! Maybe the best place to visit the area since everything was in walking distance!!! Fantastic owner, gave us lots of advice how to explore the area. There were so many complimentary croissants and juices, water, coffee etc. that we really enjoyed. Thank you so much for the hospitality!!! Highly recommended.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location, friendly staff, clean room
Cons: Breakfast
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The little hotel La Perla Negra is marvelous. The rooms are brandnew, clean, quiet and in charming mediteranian color. The reception is in fact a cosy living room where you can make coffee, etc. The staff is outstanding friendly and helpful. They run an excellent fish restaurant as well at the ground floor. We enjoyed our dinner there. It was only a single night stopover for us this time, but we will definitely come back!
4.5 Okay
Cons: Was hoping the owners would have been a little more lenient while flight problems re-routed us through Germany. Was not able to make it to Italy to use the room. Staff said they could not help with any flexibility when we notified them of our situation that morning.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a super, small guesthouse. It comprises 3 bedrooms which all front onto a shared lounge. Lounge has tea & coffee making facilities and the bedrooms have a small fridge with free juice & water and free pastries which were excellent. Rooms are clean & comfy. Rooms are above the Al Gambero restaurant and check in is at the restaurant or by phoning the number on the gate when the restaurant is closed. Easy check in & super friendly hosts. Paid parking (10 euros) is available opposite in the restaurants own parking slots. Dont be put off by the access to the property. Entrance is to the back of the restaurant and part of the building is 16th century., through an ancient looking door and up a dark stone staircase. At the top, all changes into a bright modern property. Dog friendly, allowed for free. Good location on the marina where you will find many bars & restaurants. Sunbathing beaches are close by at a cost. Considering we were on the Italian Riviera where prices can generally be high, we found La Perla Nera to be good value and I would stay again
Cons: Breakfast was supposed to be included in the room rate but we were not given details of how to obtain it. (Apparently it is served offsite). It was not a problem, we just had the coffee & pastries from the room.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Fab staff & location
Cons: Breakfast was just in a small basket in your bed room pre packed c.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. We would recommend downstairs for meals.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very nice and clean.
Cons: Imperia is not a busy city, therefore I would say, the price is still too high for the end of the season.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: What an amazing place to stay . They went above and beyond to satisfy our needs and with an awesome smile too!! If i am ever in the area again I won't stay anywhere else!!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was excellent. Pool, unit and grounds very spacious and clean. Loved the grass and all the plants
Cons: Everything was excellent
7.5 Good
Pros: The double bed was enormous and the whole site very clean and calm. Staff especially helpful & friendly.
Cons: Sadly, the photos of the swimming pool were misleading. We expected it to be much bigger. We have teenage children and the pool was more suitable for young children. Also, the chalet we stayed in was poorly equipped. It needs a dressing table and some kind of mirror in the double room, hooks/shelving in the bathroom for towels and toiletries etc. and the kitchen area was tiny and not really set up for self catering. Also, no wine glasses were provided. Much as we enjoyed the Rebi Village atmosphere, we felt it was like an oasis in a not very safe, scruffy area of Imperia.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Everything, beginning with the staffs customer service and friendliness. Accommodations are well kept & clean. The breakfast is good. The pool and facilities were clean and convenient for our children as well.
Cons: Was a little thrown off when we first arrived to the area because of all the graffiti and the run down camping park next to RebiVillage.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Beds were comfortable, room a great size
Cons: no table or seating at the grill area
5.0 Okay
Pros: Nice pool. Good restaurants around.
Cons: More like self service apartment. Location is clean but outside on the street rubbish everywhere. Saw a rat on the street outside. View towards the motorway viaduct is not loud, but also not very exciting. Nice for some days but would not plan for longer stay. Variety of breakfast low - however quality good. Expensive all in all.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Safety, Security, Staff are amazing and probably some of the most beautiful people on this planet. Pool is great.. A.C. is great. Loads of staff you will never be left waiting...latte 2 euro and good...croissants 1 euro...food onsite is really good. Just great passion. WIFI IS GREAT. Kids loved the little puppy Hector...
Cons: Maybe a little more to do after 8pm..although they are trying... Room could be a little darker...but staff can help. Some ants but so what..easy to avoid..
7.5 Good
Pros: The pool area was amazing and the entire place super child friendly. The room had a small garden too for private use. Fantastic for a family to relax.
Cons: The kitchen and its contents were quite limited. One had to be creative to be able to cook in it with such a small space and barely any kitchenware. The lifeguard was supposed to be in service from 9:30h but he never was before lunch time...
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: -

Pros: This was our 8th time in Dei Fiori. But in the last two years we haven’t been there. After two years abstinence we was happy to see the development of the whole Team. Today almost everyone can speak a little English and give you a nice and friendliness and welcome service. Which is definitely a big development compare to before. The location and design of the hotel is very unique and the core-value of the hotel. The breakfast has a good range of high quality and fresh food with accommodating service. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The hotel gave us a room up-grade which exceed out expertations.
Cons: Today the hotel serve the dinner at the sea side terrace which is very nice for those guests join the dinner. That means between 4pm and 5pm the terrace is blocked for dinner preparation and the hotel guest cannot enjoy a sun-downer on the beautiful terrace. As an alternative there is another terrace on the Marina side which is nice but for sure has not that grandiose view as the sea side. However on this side most of the time the teenagers around the hotel hang up and block the area.

Pros: Great place! Had one of the best vacations. Very friendly for small children. Many places to visit near by. Food is absolutely fantastic! Will be happy to come back
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We arrived late at night but the welcome was not affected by tired staff and every member from cleaner to waiter were found to be extremely welcoming/helpful. Even though unable to find the hotel in the dark due to the GPS being inaccurate with the address, it was crazy we missed it and the member of staff on reception was so helpful giving phone directions. The hotel has a quirky love affair with bicycles and pictures of bicycles abounded. A great touch were two wooden bikes in the reception. Bicycles were also available for hire and the hotel is at the end of an old railway track converted to cycle track that runs 26 km westward. The ability to walk out onto the sandy beach straight from our downstairs room was phenomenal. The rooms were so spacious. Noise from a party in the hotel subsided as we sank into the luxurious beds. The breakfast was good but not excellent. The area was close to many places of interest but we wanted to chill and we did. Lifeguards patrolled what is in essence was a very safe beach
Cons: We felt that better provision - like a tap on the veranda - would have made it easier for us to clean the sand off our feet and not bringing it into the room. The bicycles needed some maintenance ( eg oil and hard tyres) with the locks being very substandard, The evening meal in the restaurant was overpriced for a beautiful presentation, excellent ambiance but very small portion size. If the menu said CARROTS, one would expect two or more, not one small one cut in half!

Pros: Perfect beach hotel away from the big cities, unpretentious with FIVE STAR SERVICE. The entire hotel is beautifully decorated, room 206 faces the harbor with afternoon sun on balcony! AMAZING staff, super friendly. Garage parking! Location was perfect, beach on one side, small harbor on the other. Nice walk along the sea into town where you will find pizzerias and a few restaurants, Cascina Rio Rocca has some of the finest food you’ll ever eat!!! Loved staying here!
Cons: My pillow was a bit hard, the only negative about this place.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great, quite new hotel with small beach. Very friendly staff and good restaurant. Parking in front of hotel or in underground garage was for free of charge.
Cons: It was not easy to find hotel located "below" street, GPS brought us bit further to village whilst hotel is by marina

Pros: We spent 3 night here with a 5 months old baby. Our stay was booked in advance and the rooms were upgraded for free to sea view. We enjoyed seeing the yatchs and the beach from our balcony during sunrise and sunset. Rooms are big and clean. AC was already running when we got them and didn't stop running during our stay. Which was very useful give the heat wave and the struggle of the baby with the heat. Staff was friendly and helpful and communication went smooth. They gave us all the information needed when we asked them and they helped us every time we needed. There is a private beach in front of the hotel. Prices for a sun-bed pair plus an umbrella start at 35 euro / day for the first row (close to the sea) and go down to ~ 25 euro in the back rows (towels included). Half day prices go between 28 euros to 18 euros. Sunbeds on the lawn behind the beach are 10 euro / day. Depending where you book your stay, you might get the sunbeds included. There is also a nice bar with a small terrace on the beach, and in the evening they had a DJ playing. The location is car friendly and you should not worry about finding a place to park. You might need to walk one minute more, but you will always find something. Parking is free, you have to validate validate the ticket at the reception every time you get in/out. For extra pay, you can get a covered parking spot. Were were surprised in a good way by the breakfast. Despite people complaining about the limited options, we consider it to be pretty great based on our previous experiences in Italy. We did not try the restaurant for dinner and lunch.
Cons: The minibar is empty and you have to order everything via the phone. So the minibar is mostly like a free room service. Unfortunately it's pretty slow sometimes. We ordered a cappuccino in the morning and it took more than half an hour to get it.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Location and Room. Wonderful
Cons: Restaurant price and quality
6.8 Good
Pros: Spacious rooms.
Cons: Very poor service at the restaurant.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice hotel right on beach - good choice for family stay
Cons: Have to pay extra to use the beach / chairs and umbrella, it is 10€-30€ per day.
6.3 Good
Pros: Reception staff, breakfast , comfortable bed. Hotel situation.
Cons: Bathroom was for disabled so not attractive...no shelf in bathroom for toiletries... Wires hanging from bottom of mirror. No comfortable chair in bedroom. No vanity unit for hair, makeup etc. No full length mirror ....Decoration of corridors made it look like a hospital. Room had kitchenette and small table and chairs totally unnecessary and would have been better replaced with comfy chairs.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Staff were all fantastic good place to chill out!
Cons: Some noise at night, some guests just weren't thoughtful or just didn't care about causing noise by slamming passageway doors on the way back to there rooms!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice stuff, good breakfast.
6.8 Good
Pros: Super large apartment with great sea view
Cons: Typical Counter Buffet bar for Breakfast - scrambled eggs were industrial mash. Hotel caters for Package Tour Bus - so expect a 30 Tourists on a Bus from some country - Dutch in my case :)
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Beachfront location with private beach with cristal clear water. Self parking at location a few steps from reception.
Cons: Having to pay for beach chairs and towels.

Cons: Would be nice to have a fan or two for the hot muggy nights.

Cons: Lots of building work going on around it. Very suburban not rural. No obvious heating (even if at an extra fee). Not much garden for the dogs and not fenced around the property. Not as described.. not a fully equipped kitchen , no kettle, no toaster, no microwave, no washing machine (listed in the description).

Pros: The breakfast was very good. There was a great choice of fruit, natural yogurt, cheese, butter, omelet, becon, baked goods, etc. and perfect coffee. The hotel is very clean. Personnel is very nice, helpful and friendly.
Cons: The beach in front of the hotel is expensive. The price is 20 Euro per day for 2 persons. But there is a free little beach just next the paid one. There are also free beaches next the marina. The parking is a bit expensive, 10 Euro per day.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Good location, wellcleaned, friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was more than expected. Lots of restaurants around the hotel. We had a wonderful stay!
4.3 Okay
Pros: only the location
Cons: Totally unfriendly reception staff. They have two parkings one in front of the hotel and the other one the other side of the street. If you need to leave, the are to lazy to help you open the locker, so you have to go back and forth. The breakfast is a disaster, especially the coffee from this disgusting machine. (we are in Italy!) on our last day the called us in the morning, by mistake, they said and did not even apologize. They are also completely inflexible. Altough check in is at 2:00 PM, we were not able to use the parking until then. Rooms are totally overpriced. Bathroom is so small that only one person fits in
7.5 Good
Pros: Location
9.5 Excellent
Pros: excellent breakfast, very friendly and helpful service
6.3 Good
Pros: The location is perfect, beautiful view, breathtaking really.
Cons: We booked a room with sea view and balcony, looked very bright, upon our arrival we got a dark tiny room that is not even listed and shown on booking.com, facing a parking lot...... we got charged extra after complaining and changing our room to the one we originally booked...... very upsetting! Same breakfast everyday......
9.5 Excellent
Cons: Bad coffee at breakfast.
