The decoration of comun places is very nice. the basilica looks great. The breakfast was good and well presented. Our room didn't have any information about the facilities of the hotel. There was no a place to leave the luggage. The light was insufficient. After asking in reception we were provided with a booklet and a couple of small chairs and they kindly showed us the place. The staff was kind but we were surprised when we ordered two glasses of wine in the living area, and they were given to us in our hands! they didn't leave them on the table, nothing to protect the nice table. The view from our room was the parking.
The whole look of the place. Room was amazing. Breakfast yummy.
Good value for money, perfect for swimmers and sports, very close to the beach. No internal pool, breakfast a it poor
Tursport was not a hotel during our stay. There was swimmer school with coursiers!! It was very far to Ravenna ,altough local area. There maybe is a good location for vacation during summer but never usable for nightbrake in Ravenna. We think we are only customer in the Hotel! Noisy repairing job!!! Far to Ravenna.. Very lack of breakfast!! No people at the reception and waiting 5 minutes for responces.
Just stayed overnight so didn't have time to aprecciate the hotel
tutto Ok. Very qiet. Close to the beach (if you like it)
Rooms are very big and comfortable. It's clean and the staff is very polite.
Everything. Particularly my double suite for single use. Most hotels don't consider people travelling alone and so are placed into a pokey room, however, with Tursport a person travelling alone was placed as just as important as a couple and requiring just as much luxury. I felt the Reception area was very professional (no-one actually laughed at my terrible Italian!!!) The grounds were perfect, I loved the pine forest so much and it was easy access to the beach. Nothing whatsoever!
Very helpful and friendly stuff. Sport possibilities are great and everything is in an good condition. The apartment was very "big", it has a lot of space. The park of the hotel is very nice and clean. The light in the apartment was a energy saving one with a violet light. That was really bad, normally at home we also use energy saving light so we know the difference. The furniture is not the newest one and the walls should be painted new. The bathroom has a lot of space but the shower is extremely small.
Clean and convenient. Good value for money
the peace and quiet and the lovely location
sport facilities, nice garden, helpful staff, very clean hotel, closeness to beach poor breakfast( only sweets), 2 hours delay for the check in,
Clean and comfortable hotel with some rooms having sea views. Location is not so good as it's a long walk to the new centre and a very long walk to the old town along a busy main road.
Nice and comfortable Hotel in logical price with free parking. Not far from center.
Perfect seaview and seasound, only 10 m from the beach, although in the city centre of Taranto; good bed; helpful staff Nothing - everything was fine
Nice hotel, friendly staff. Car parking available, but you need a reservation because the number of parking spaces is very limited. Good restaurant. No hot water because of technical malfunction, but I assume this was an exception. The floor was not very clean, I recommend the investment in a good vacuum cleaner.
Probably the best independent hotel of its class that I have used in Italy in recent years. The only thing that might put you off is that the access road is a bit daunting being fairly narrow, between high stone buildings, no pavements, and probably best done in daylight, at least the first time.
An excellent location in the Old Town, within walking distance also of the New Town centre and shops. The staff are friendly and helpful, there is a good restaurant in the hotel where we ate an excellent dinner. The breakfast provided a large choice of items for all tastes.
Good location in the centre of the old town. The room was guite cold
The hotel is in a great location in the old town. The staff were really friendly and welcoming; the dining experience here is great - parts of the floor are glass and you can see down to the cellars. Special thanks for opening up the breakfast room extra early for me - opening up before 6am so I could catch a train at a ridiculous hour was very much appreciated.
Located in the old town of Taranto, the surrounding area looked rundown, but it was quite interesting and not dangerous at all. The hotel itself was good with clean room, English-speaking staff, and big top-floor terrace with great view. They have a secure indoor parking, but the space and the street leading to the hotel are rather narrow and not really recommended for big cars.
Definitely loved the charm on the interior. It was very authentic of Italy. Don't be misled by the exterior, the inside has been totally redone. the size of the bathroom esp.the shower. We were doing a lot of traveling thru Italy and the closet space was minimal for our needs.
Hotel fine. Hotel attached to some kind of time share and was a little noisy around the pool (kareoke) in the evenings.
breakfast was good enough (for Italy), Ionic sea is great!! nothing to do in the hotel and it's surroundings in September, area is full of rubbish!!!
pool was fab..beach incredibly clean and cristalline,...staff very flexible to your need...excellent location...will be visiting again...
A wonderful place for a perfect, relaxing holiday! The hotel just recently opened and everything is beautiful and well designed. The pool is fantastic and the hotel is located in a quiet part of Puglia, just minutes from the beach. Also, all major attractions of the region (such as Bari, Taranto, Galipolli, Otranto, Alberobello, Castel del Monte etc.) can easily be reached during a day trip. The friendliness of the owner and all the staff was exceptional and outstanding - the team is truly terrific and wonderful and we'll certainly be back!
Immaculate rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful surroundings and peaceful location. Poor value for money, especially meals. The food was ok but not as good as local restaurants which also offer better value for money. We didn't feel this was really an 'authentic' masseria experience in comparison to others we have stayed at, lots of staff, not a low-key affair at all. Too much emphasis on style and not enough on substance. We also found it rather pretentious. Oh, and you need to wear a swimming cap for the pool. It's not a bad place to stay, it just depends on what you're looking for.
friendly staff, nice property, good food The room did not have a window and this was not mentioned in the information on the rooms.
