Pros: Clean rooms, well maintained. Hotel and Bistro staff during all shifts is very attentive and asking how else I can be helped. Very pleasant and professional experience - am a frequent guest there and has always been a good experience.
Pros: Nice hotel, friendly staff, comfortable, safe. I would stay there again.
Cons: Tv would lose signal sometimes while watching a program. I came down early to the lobby to order a breakfast sandwich and a Starbucks coffee, but the cafe wasn't open. The front desk offered other food from their market. It was all processed. I found peanuts and a bottled Starbucks coffee, but there was a hotel tax added to each item. Disappointed. Expensive.

Pros: The hotel is very nice over all - the rooms are well-appointed with good amenities, the free WiFi is very helpful, and the breakfast is particularly tasty. The staff is friendly and helpful as well.
Cons: When we arrived, having requested an early check-in, the room we were assigned hadn't been cleaned, which should have been checked prior, but the front desk was able to quickly reassign us to another room. We were happy from then, on.
Pros: We had to arrive late and leave early. Staff was attentive and courteous, the room was clean and very comfortable and the breakfast in the morning left us rested and energized to start our day.
Pros: Wasn't expecting the place to be as good as it turned out to be, rooms were spacious and clean with my only complaints being the hallways swelling like cigarettes and the staff could be more friendly. Beside that it's a great hotel for its price.
Cons: Hallways strongly smell like cigarettes
Pros: Location was great. Close to the Bart and shopping. It was nice to be able to have breakfast before heading out. Service was great.
Cons: The weather left a lot to be desired. It's close to the water and it was cold, windy and gloomy in the morning. My fault for not packing properly.
Cons: Hotel was full so very limited parking
Pros: Very neat, friendly, continental breakfast was good.
Cons: German roaches on the third night, pillow had no support.
Pros: They need to complete their remodeling of this hotel. Pictures were accurate of the rooms, but the interior of the hotel is dirty and in need of a refresh.
Hotel Mira Vista puts you within a 15-minute drive of Greek Theater and Oakland Museum of California. Free perks include WiFi, self parking, and continental breakfast available daily. Rooms feature conveniences like refrigerators and microwaves.
Cons: The woman that checked me in mistakenly said that there would be only 15% held on my credit card for incidentals. When I tried to use my credit card, it said that I had a $120 hold on my card and was unable to use my card. I prepaid $---. I'm pissed
Pros: The only thing good is the location. They did offer a free breakfast and internet,
Cons: they seriously need customer service training and new comforters.
Pros: Perfect location near FWY, shopping center
Pros: Basically location, the staff was rude the room nasty and I will never stay there again
Cons: Dirty room rude staff Comet heater didn't work low pressure in the shower Exedra Exedra
Pros: shops within walking distance.
Pros: The breakfast was good, the shower was hot, and the beds were decent. It's very close to I-80. There aren't a lot of options in the area, so I am glad this was decent.
Cons: The maids use plug-in air fresheners and sprays when they come to clean, and it made our allergies miserable. I came back late and had to air out my room at 11pm because the smells were just too much. The parking lot kinda sucks and the walls are thin.
Pros: Free breakfast and cleanliness :)
Cons: Noise for the roadway
Pros: Cleaned up well.
Cons: Wi-fi did not work and they could not fix it. No sound insulation! You hear everything from neighbors and outside!
Pros: There was nothing appealing about this hotel whatsoever.
Cons: Poor customer service, ants all over the hotel room no matter how many we killed, false advertisement of a sauna that does not exist. When complained to hotel, all they could say was we've renovated which clearly doesn't show.
Pros: The location was very convenient just off the freeway yet still in a peaceful and quiet location. Many food establishments and stores around the corner. The rooms were nicely furnished and the breakfasts were good. The beds were comfortable.
Cons: The hotel doesn't have much of a street presence, so if you blink, you may miss the sign for it. A little better signage would be helpful. The staff was professional, but not warm or welcoming. I expected a few more amenities for the star rating.
Pros: Cozy bed. Great tv.
Cons: There was trash left in a trash container.
Cons: The carpet was old and felt dirty, the 'free' wifi connection was not working, the shower was luke warm, the AC rattles and the walls are as thin as paper. I asked to speak with the manager and my request went ignored. ---bucks? Seriously?

Pros: Easy parking and access to businesses close by/coffee places.
Cons: Really noisy mostly from freeway noise.
Pros: I always come back. Very nice staff. Clean room. Quiet atmosphere.
Pros: The close to pinole
Cons: The front desk attendant is hard to understand and is rude at times and not willing to make compromise for long time Coustmer. Usual one star hotel without a lot of low lifes
Pros: Clean, simple room, great for when you just need a place to sleep and shower. Hot water stays hot so you don't have to worry about your travel companion using it all up. Love the grocery store and restaurant options across the street. Safe area.
Cons: The toilet seat looked a little worse for wear, I couldn't tell if it was dirty or just showing its age. Also, the lighting by the mirror is too harsh and makes applying make-up a difficult task.
Cons: Queen bed room with only one bed. I was under the impression there would be two beds.
Pros: Clean, location, good price
Cons: Non smoking room smelled, no lid for the toilet, no shampoo/conditioner and extra charge for wifi
Pros: It was in a nice convenient location. The staff were great. The Everything was clean and neat.
Cons: Room smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking room. I should have complained and asked for another room or some spray to kill the nasty smoke smell. Restroom did not have a privacy lock and the vent did not work.
Everything was ok except the bed, the most important part of your stay. If you can't get a decent night sleep, why would you come back?
Cons: The bed was totally worn out.
Obviously the majority of patrons here are weekly tenants who actually live there. Be safe lock all your car doors. Do not pass go. It was alot of unsavory people walking around and like I said it was a tad expensive for what we got in my opinion.
Pros: Umm nothing
Cons: For the price of this hotel it wasn't what I expected

Cons: They no longer stock the rooms,v which you find out after getting to the room. I couldn't catch anyone at the counter so I spent way too much ordering delivery. The handicap room only had a shower and I require a tub.
Pros: The only think I like in about this hotel is the room space But the manager is soooooo bad and Lier and rooms are very dirty and the bathroom door has a problem It was the worst hotel I got in my life I will never choose the hotel anymore even if fre
Cons: The only thing I like about this hotel is the room space But the manager is soooooo bad and Lier Rooms are very dirty The bathroom door has a problem It was the worst hotel I got in my life I will never choose the hotel anymore even if for free
Cons: This hotel does not have room coffee or lobby coffee. Just a warning for other travelers.
Cons: Dirty and run down. Many things needed repair.
Cons: There was a black widow in my ac unit and in the bathroom behind the toilet. The towels were never completely clean and in the laundry room out off the six dryers they had only two worked. The never had quarters for washing either.. Overall 1 star
Cons: Stayed in the car after 3:30am as the fire alarm went off and my room was flooded. So no shower/shaving/sleeping. The Grab and Go Breakfast wasn't available; I had to see the desk for coffee pot;had to call support for wifi as they had my last name wrong.
Cons: Questionable crowd/missing cabinet/room not thoroughly cleaned/car broken into during stay.
Cons: The staff was really rude and argumentative. There was a fire, a few rooms flooded, and domestic violence disputes in the room next to me. I had to contact corporate during my stay. If i would have been able to be refunded i would have left immediately.
Pros: good location, friendly guests, cheap, spacious room, good heating, well lite, nice view of bay
Cons: understaffed, brown water from bath faucet, dirty windows, wrinkled sheets, crappy satellite programming with few channels, no grab-and-go breakfast.
When visiting Richmond, Extended Stay America - Richmond - Hilltop Mall is a great choice to consider. Freebies like WiFi and self parking are added perks, and guests looking to stay active can check out the nearby hiking/biking trails. Rooms feature kitchens and flat-screen TVs.
Pros: Smooth check in with friendly staff. The room was comfortable for my needs.
Pros: We did not stay it looked auful and was in a horrible part of town we tried to cancel they said we had to go on line to cancel and that did not work We were so disapointed that you would advertise thatt motel I hope we are not charged because we will
Cons: There was garbage scattered around the doors it was dirty and looked run down and we saw what looked like gang members hanging around 2 rooms.
Pros: It was cheap and an entertaining place to be. Very multicultural and colorful.
Cons: They shut the water off twice. The TV conked out the day I left. There was paint peeling and stains on the walls. The fridge and microwave were in the closet. The room key was a literal key, like it's 1954 or something.
Pros: A guest can walk to one of two BART stations, shopping, car rental, and several good restaurants. For the price I feel it is worth roughing it a bit. It's like getting an economy seat on a flight rather than first class.
Cons: The building is old and needs an make-over. It was probably built in the 1950's. However, the shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The room had cable with a variety of music stations. I just needed a place to sleep-not to entertain.
This hotel (and I use the term liberally) really struck me as someplace you go to get a few hours of sleep. No food, or other amenities on the property - there wasn't even a phone in the room. When you check in the owner not only gives you a key, he gives you the TV remote - he says people keep taking the remotes and the cable boxes.
Cons: Thin walls so I was listening to the party 'next door' past 11PM. No hangers in room. No iron/ironing board available AT ALL!!! Smoke detector was missing cover. Desk chair had stains on seat. There weren't enough outlets to allow both table lamps on.
Cons: The room smelled bad chest of drawers was broken overall the room felt unclean and unsafe.
Pros: The room was big.
Cons: Safety issues, the room smelled like urine.

Pros: I booked a 3 night stay at the Marina Bay Inn & Suites because my co-workers and I were working a music festival at the Craneway Pavilion. I saw that Craneway was only 1.8 miles from the Marina Bay Inn so it was a very convenient location. After booking it, my co-workers pointed out some negative reviews in which made us nervous. When we arrived, we didn't know what to expect. However, we were very pleasantly surprised! We were greeted at the front desk by a staff member who proceeded to check us in. She gave us recommendations on where to eat and buy some groceries. She recommended Point Richmond Market. We ended up going there our second day and had excellent sandwiches at a decent price. The hotel room itself was very spacious, clean, and even had a mini fridge and microwave (which was not mentioned online)! The beds were comfy and the towels were new and very soft. We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay and we will stay there when we work the festival again next year! Thank you so much Marina Bay Inn and Suites. P.S. the coffee and tea in the lobby was a nice touch and got us energized for our late night shifts.
Cons: We asked at the front desk about the breakfast in the morning and they said it was recently discontinued. I think a continental breakfast in the morning would be very nice since there aren't many places to eat within walking distance.
Pros: Nothing!!! they do not know how to clean
Cons: Vomit on the walls dripping into the carpet. this is nothing more than a crack house! Stay away! I would not let one of my pets stay there.
Pros: The staff was very unprofessional and mean
Cons: The staff
Pros: This hotel is conveniently located just out side of downtown San Franscisco. Also the cost is very competitive compared to the rest of the area. This is a good option for someone looking for an inexpensive place to just crash fro the evening.
Cons: There are severe issues with the staff and with cleanliness. Management needs to better train the staff. It took 10 minutes for somebody to come to the front desk when we arrived. Our room was not ready for us when we checked in at 7:15pm which is pretty unacceptable considering that check-in for this facility is at 4pm. The front desk attendant needed better training. She continuously interrupted us to take phone calls on her iPhone and she did not issue us the correct room number. There were several cleanliness issues with our room. The pillow cases and towels all had highly visible stains on them. The carpet was also severely stained and was ripped up in several places. The overall cleanliness was pretty poor.
When visiting Richmond, Marina Bay Inn and Suites is a great choice to consider. Guests can splash around at the outdoor pool or grab a bite to eat at the restaurant. Rooms feature bonuses like refrigerators and microwaves.
