Rooms are clean, communal areas are clean. But its a basic stay, good for if you need to be in the area and do not require more than a comfortable bed.
Location not ideal. Far from downtown. Room was made daily, though we expressed that an attendant should not enter the room (not a big deal).
Increased price at booking by 15%. Quoted price $135/night became $220 after increase, taxes, and enormous $42 parking fee. Tried to cancel, they wouldn't allow that.
Room had at least two flies at all times. Sheets may may not have been changed. Restaurant food was like pay x4 the price of Denny's but the same quality
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Staff was excellent.
Area of the hotel. Not an area I would walk around.
$40 for parking! I can see for public parking but not guest
Contrary to other reviews on the internet, I found the hotel to be good in all aspects. Excellent service
Although it is centrally located close to Union Square, quite a number of homeless people in streets closeby. These people do not bother you, but one does not feel comfortable walking on the streets late at night..
The room was very nice. Loved the view.
It was a little pricey.
I really liked nothing, the staff were abysmal.
The staff were a joke, the check in took far too long, the bathrooms were aged and dirty, the WiFi setup took an hour, calling reception was impossible and if you get through they were rude, the WiFi was hopeless, the staff couldn't carry out the simplest request, fictitious charges showed up on my bill with no explanation or apology given and the hotel the location was full of crack heads. In short it was an overpriced disgrace.
