|EZ 8 Motel San Jose I|
It was the cheapest place to stay that was near the airport and the staff were helpful.
Found a bug of some sort on the bed. Found two more in the washroom. Found a fully grown cockroach in the morning in the bathtub and decided to just not shower and check out as soon as possible.I always thought sleazy motels were over-exaggerations compared to real life. But this motel fixed that. There is definitely a pest problem here and everything about the entire motel screams for renovation or a complete rebuild.
There was nothing to like about this cockroach infested hotel
I booked this MOTEL online so i didn't know how bad it really was, i checked in around 5pm then checked less then an hour later, when i was in the bathroom i turned on the light and saw baby cockroaches scurry away.I opened the broken dresser drawer bibles are normally in at motels and there wad 2 giant cockroaches. Their where cigarette burns all over the bed spread. A poorly cleaned room there where still ashes and a few cig butts on the floor. When i went to check out the guy argued with me for a refund after only staying a hour but eventually gave in. He said to his co-worker oh well we can rent it to someone else tonight.... Truely a slum motel that the board of health should have shut down. Im never using Priceline again for listing this awful motel. I mean honestly have some standards.
I only had to spend one night there and the security guard was there at night. He seemed to know all the occupants at the motel but I was very uneasy staying there.
The rooms were moldy. The electrical plus were near the ceiling and all the lights were plugged into them so to use the plus you had to unplug the lights. The door needed am extra lock. For a room at xxx before tax, I did expect a little more for my money. On New Year's Eve I stayed at a Hilton in Austin Texas and only paid 10 dollars more.
How they are making a Difference with Security guards monitoring who visits who, so if there's any trouble they know who's Responsible.
small, shower did not work, hair in tub, old small TV
It was inexpensive, clean, and conveniently located.
There were some shady characters hanging about, but nothing horrible. The hotel is clean and appropriate to the price point. Maintenance seems to be current. All lights, plumbing, and A/C worked well.
the prostitutes, drunks, lady at the front desk was rude to other customers, the cops were called, 10 people were kicked out of their rooms, and I killed a cochroach in my room. and my room was not reimbursed or discounted. Worst place I've ever stayed.this should not be a star at all. it is a dangerous, noisy, dirty place
The location absolutely was very good.
Yeah unfortunately we forgot our pillows and we called later that day they said they didnt have anything that was left. So they kept them. Our pillows were very expensive and yes it was our fault for forgetting them. :(Well everything was good til we saw ROACHES!!!!! My girl seen two in the restroom and then we seen two on the carpet and was crazy cause you have to pay attention or else u wont see them cause they blend in with the color of the carpet.
I am not very impressed with this hotel.
Overall the room is ok but the building is poor. It looks good outside but not inside I am lucky that i just stayed there one night and i arrived late midnight. The price is to high for that kind of motel. I could get another hotel/motel with that priceBad hotel The room has bed bugs The ceiling likes never been repaint. The bathroom was awful and old Stay away from this hotel. I would better add extra money to get another hotel that much better in the area. There are plenty of hotel in the area. I was taking my chance to book this hotel because i was running out of time and there was not any other hotel available at that time.
