Room was really a bedsit not a hotel room as such, newly decorated and very nice. Bed was a sofa bed and not very comfortable
The hotel is situated in the centre of Sangerhassun which suited us, the owners where very helpful and provide good service. The evening meals where excellent. valure for money No
A very nice, small, local hotel with basic but satisfactory facilities
You are really welcome and a member of the family. You will love everything!
very close to the rosarium and hostesses were very pleasant. clean and spacious by European standard street parking as limited on site available and good but limited selection at breakfast
Everything, especially views and indoor swimming pool with sauna. None
We stayed at the Junior Suite as we were 'downgraded' from the Emperor's Suite which was double booked. Spacious room, good comfortable beds, good shower. Staff in the restaurant is unexperienced, not up to (international) standards. Quality of food is substandard.
Good views over the valey. Hotel situaled up in a hill and a bit isolated. Too long wait for the dinner (45 minutes). Internet cheap 4eur for 3 hours but the time goes even if you are not connected. All the info in the hotel only in German. Wifi only in limited areas.
The cleanliness and size of the rooms. Excellent food. Not having tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms.
The hotel was in a very scenic position. The room was large and comfortable. The spa facilities were very good and I enjoyed the massage and facial very much. This was also very good value. Staff were helpful and always pleasant and polite. The breakfast buffet was extensive and very good. Service in the restaurant was geared towards the group and tour parties on the buffet dinner package so we felt the a la carte menu although good was poorly prepared and served. This was the only down side to our stay.
the views, the service, the amenities, the food, the ambiance
The hotel was decorated very well. Everywhere we looked in the hotel, it was nice! The staff at the hotel were always available and very friendly. It was great that they all spoke English well too. Our room was very beautiful and comfortable. The hotel was located close to the old town and all of the Martin Luther sites as well. Breakfast was great too! Nothing
The hotel is stunning, the service and staff are the best I have encountered and as such would highly recommend the hotel to anyone who is looking to visit this part of Germany. We originally planned to stay 2 nights but extended it to 4 because of the Hotel and the surrounding location. Visit the attached Sauna/Fitness facilities as they are top class and very affordable. We would definitely stay again.
Location in city.
We had a really unusual room with an enormous bathroom. We enjoyed the comfort of the place.
The staff was friendly, helpful , and accommodating. The hotel itself was beautifully restored. The room we had was spacious and the decor was lovely. The breakfast was included and was among the best we experienced on our 2-week stay in Germany. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. no
Great location, quiet, and relaxing.
Fantastic hotel! Amazing decor! Our room was only 69 euros! Free parking, free pet, free internet, breakfast included! Great breakfast! Great location as well! Right in the middle of all the Martin Luther sights and all within walking distance. The italian restaurant next door has delicious food as well!
Lovely hotel, only 5-10mins walk from all the historical sites in Eisleben. Spacious, beautifully furnished room. Breakfast is wonderful. No evening meal on-site, but several eating places within 500m, closest being a very nice Italian restaurant next door.
The room we had was off the road and very quiet and smoke free. Free parking, breakfast, and wireless internet and good location. First room we were shown was on the road and noisey and stank of smoke
Excellent restaurant, breakfast was very good, and the room was very well decorated. Hotel is on the corner of an intersection. This can be somewhat annoying if you have the windows open due to road noise, but the room was extremely quiet with the windows closed.
That the host let us stay longer in our rooms than checkout time and that we also got breakfast after 11 o'clock. The tv in our room was broken but they did offer us another room.
Very clean, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, did justice to the character of a Landhotel/Gasthof, as opposed to the usual hotel feel where each one feels the same, not matter in which country you are. On the arrival night a local folk group had a meeting at the Gasthof and the hotel manager explained to us the folk background of their traditions
The wonderful family who runs it. Everyone in the family is involved and each of them is a chef-cook (most with professional training). The grounds are very inviting with a fish-lily pond and area for sitting and enjoying the evening. Food was exceptional in a local atmosphere so you were more than a tourist with other tourists. It is in a very small village which again adds to the quality of being in Germany rather than merely visiting Germany.
The staff were very nice and helpful. It is basic but so is the price (good value for money.)
