Pros: Breakfast buffet is superb. Staff is polite and efficient.

This hotel has facilities measuring 8611 square feet (800 square meters), including conference space. A roundtrip airport shuttle is complimentary at scheduled times.
6.3 Good
Pros: Found the shuttle bus to the hotel convenient
Cons: The rooms are so run down and super old. This hotel is clean but its like staying at your grandmas spare room in terms of how it feels. It's just way too old and run down in the bedrooms.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Hotel is good but only for one-night stay before flying out. The shuttle is on time and convenient.
Cons: You have to pay for onsen if you are hotel guest and you need to pay for a towel at the onsen! That is crazy for me. The room is old and not very clean. The pillows are super uncomfortable. Only for the one night and good price for me!
4.2 Okay
Pros: The room was good. The lobby looked very nice.
Cons: A/C didn’t work well even we called to the front desk many times. The air felt like stuck and my boyfriend couldn’t sleep at all. We needed to leave the hotel at 4am (we planned to leave at 10am) due to the lack of good cool air in the room. The corridors and lobby felt much better but not inside the room.
7.1 Good
Pros: Location, close to Narita Airport. Ideal if you have to travel from there. The room was quite big. Staff was kind.
Cons: The room was a bit too dusty. The moquette on the floor was old, smelly and ripped off under the bed.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location good. Ample car parking. Staff friendly. Convenience store on premises
Cons: Old rooms. Too hot, aircon doesn’t cool. Windows don’t open. Old decor. Stayed in many hotels around Narita and won’t stay here again.
6.0 Good
Pros: Provide free shuttle bus to the airport.
Cons: The room and the elevator. All old fashion.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: We missed our flight and had to scramble. They provided shuttle service to Narita (free) and also shuttle service to nearby towns and mall. Great little expedition to end or begin your trip in Japan. Affordable price is a huge selling point, and staff is very generous and really helpful. We drank heavily and had a time exploring the hotel and going out on the shuttle. Note, this place has a very 60's-80's ish decor. Which was hiliariously cheese and cool.
Cons: The beds are dated and the room is a bit smaller than traditional US hotels. Motel setting in a scaled hotel size.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to the Airport
8.0 Excellent
Pros: close to the Narita Airport, with shuttle bus between the airport and hotel. the car parking place is large, quite some kinds of resturants, the garden is good also
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I wanted to stay near to the airport to sort out a flight reservation early the next morning so this hotel was a good choice. They have frequent free shuttles between Terminal 1 and the hotel so that was excellent. The room was great. Good size and clean and comfortable.
Cons: It would be useful if the timetable for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel was posted on the website. Before arriving, I sent a message to the hotel asking when the shuttles run, but I did not get an answer. I was able to sort it out at Narita, but it would be useful to have that info ahead of time.

5.0 Okay
Pros: Friendly staff at reception and in the restaurant Cool bar Lots of food available at convenience store
Cons: Our bathroom flooded the first day we used it. It smelt awful and my husbands clothes were all soaked through,. It happened twice. We rang reception and they sent someone to mop it up and then a plumber to fix it. However we were not moved into a new room while this problem was dealt with nor did we receive an apology or any compensation. I thought this was poor for a good hotel.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Not much.
Cons: Beds, facilities, air conditioning/heat, lighting, amenities, staff.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Despite the Virus Crisis everything was amazing. Thanks to everyone at Radisson Tomisato :))
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great contrast from small Japanese hotel rooms after two weeks. Comfortable, relaxing place to stay before flight home. Punctual shuttle between airport.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness; courtesy of staff; meal choices; grounds (well kept); great price.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Really good breakfast.
Cons: Upgraded our room to business for a more leisurely past night in Japan. The bed was really comfortable and it was nice with the nespresso machine. Unfortunately the bathroom hasn't been cleaned properly in a really long time, a lightbulb was out in the entrance, which made it really dark, it was either too hot or too cold in the room and the water kettle had a life of it's own, which could have burnt down the room if we left the plug in. I told staff in the reception when I checked out and all I got was an apology. We checked in at 4pm, got all our luggage put in our room, changed clothes and left and got back at 11pm. That's when all the downsides were discovered. Tired and exhausted we couldn't be bothered to spend 30minutes to change rooms and make sure the new one was in order, not our job really. When you upgrade and pay almost the double you expect things to be in order.
6.0 Good
Pros: Room was spacious, food was good, free shuttle to the airport helped.
Cons: Staff wasn't friendly, no one even offered to help us with our luggage. Communication within the staff members was poor. One day, someone put do not disturb sign on our door (which we didn't put) and they didn't clean our room. Not sure who did that.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Free shuttle bus
Cons: General state of the rooms
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent dining buffets w/great value (senior discount prices).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Free shuttle was great. It was a 30 minute ride with shuttles every 30 minutes. The hotel was extremely clean and beautiful with non-smoking rooms. Courteous staff.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Buffet array & value; free shuttle to train station, Aeon Mall & airport; amenities—bath & room; accommodating staff; English-speaking staff.
5.1 Okay
Pros: The hotel staff was very nice.
Cons: This is not an airport hotel. It is a long way from the airport. It was a 25-minute drive to get there after having waited half an hour for the hotel shuttle. In the morning, I had an 7:15am flight and the hotel shuttle to the airport does not start until 7am. The cab cost 40$.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent shuttle bus service
Cons: The buffet dinner is below expectations for the cost
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Nothing
5.4 Okay
Cons: Room wasn’t very clean. There was hair ok the walls in the bathroom and it has a sort of unpleasant smell - cigarette smoke + mildew. Sheets & towels were clean though.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice sized room, and probably the most comfortable bed/pillows out of any hotel we stayed at while in Japan. Also had the best breakfast of any hotel we stayed at with the most diverse and tasty selection.
Cons: The room and hotel in general seemed to be a little "worn" around the edges. Things out of date/ scratched/ needing new paint/ etc., but all around clean and functional. Although the breakfast was delicious with a good selection, it was very pricey as well and without the IHG member discount would not have been worth the price.
7.0 Good
Pros: Shuttle always on time - Location ok
Cons: Tiny room - expensive food and drink and no choice of anywhere else to go
7.0 Good
Pros: The hotel staff was amazing. Check in was awesome, spoke very good English. The buffet was reasonably priced and food quality was good.
Cons: The room was really outdated and the chairs to sit in were stained and dirty, in the room I stayed in. That being said, overall the room was comfortable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet room Very comfortable Excellent breakfast buffet
Cons: Only one shuttle per hour in the am was insufficient
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Extremely friendly and accommodating
Cons: The furniture in my room had seen better days
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Always clean a a box comfortable. Breakfast was great. I was looking forward to having it every morning.
Cons: Gym was a little bit not easy to access but it’s ok.

7.0 Good
Pros: shuttle was convenient. Some distance to rail station and shopping center..for the price it was ok..
4.0 Okay
Pros: There is a free airport shuttle that takes only 10 minutes. The staff are very helpful and kind. It is a convenient hotel if you are flying out the next morning.
Cons: Beds were not comfortable. Our room hadn't been updated in a very long time...it looked a little stained and well-worn. However it seemed clean. Our air conditioning did not seem to ever turn on. Although our room was non smoking, upon walking into the hallway I could smell other people smoking in the rooms nearby to us on the same floor. It seemed a little pricey for what we got.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Bathroom was spacious and clean
Cons: More pillows would be nice.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Not too bad ! And affordable , the front desk was very helpful
8.8 Excellent
Pros: This was the cheapest hotel we stayed at in Japan (we went to Hokkaido for tourism) and it included a free airport shuttle, breakfast, and lots of toiletries — even a razor — which we really needed. Great value for the price.
Cons: Sort of a small bathroom
6.0 Good
Pros: The Front Desk Staff that I dealt with was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The hotel does not serve any food. I arrived there at 14:00hrs and there was no place to buy anything to eat. Even worse the hotel does not even provide a bottle of water.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: very clean and comfortable (and larger than expected!) room (asked for extra pillows). staff exceptionally nice. convenience store downstairs. free shuttle (12 minutes) to and from airport (bus stop 26 on arrival). very good value
Cons: many vendors just take cash. be prepared!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great customer service and food very delicious.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel and staff were great. The hotel was probably built in the 50's and shows it. But for the price the room was wonderful, bed, bathroom and all other items were fine. It certainly is not the "Hilton" but the price was very responsible
Cons: Just that it was very old and needed updating but all facilities were fine, clean and the staff was great.
5.7 Okay
Pros: The room was clean and comfortable, and like other airport hotels in Tokyo, was capable of being completely blacked out with sliding shutters.
Cons: I paid for a room that included breakfast for a day stay on a 13.5 hour layover, but breakfast stopped at 930. I arrived at 10. The restaurant wasn't even open, so I had to eat food from the lobby convenience store, which was only okay. Since this hotel offers day stays for such travelers, they should have better hours for the restaurant, or not charge people for meals they can't eat. My room was right next to the elevator and quite noisy, so luckily I had earplugs. Also, when I walked up the staff was unfriendly, saying that rooms were all booked before I could even say I had a reservation. Even when I did say I had a reservation, the lady seemed like I might not be able to get a room, and overall seemed unenthusiastic about helping me. This attitude was definitely a strange anomaly to encounter in Japan, not at all the usual level of politeness, so they should probably improve their customer service.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location had beautiful views
Cons: The beds were hard
5.0 Okay
Pros: Complete room amenities except no coffee As North Americans, coffee is almost expected in the rooms
Cons: Somewhat dated and soiled carpet in rooms Not even one English Channel on television Concierge would not give more than one room key whereas there were two of us

Pros: It was close to the train station and everything we needed for the night. We appreciated the free shuttle to the airport and everything that was provided in the room. The room was clean and staff were nice.
Cons: The room was comically small. It was fine for us as we were basically just sleeping during a layover in Tokyo but I am not sure if we would have liked it for any longer.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Price and location
Cons: Very small rooms but manageable
7.4 Good

7.0 Good
Pros: Good location: close to the station which is in turn not far away from the airport. The hotel was clean, the room had everything I needed and the bed was comfy. The breakfast was great as well. Due to covid19 the buffet was cancelled, instead they bring you a big box filled with tasty food (first time I had a breakfast bento)
Cons: the room was really small (but that was not a big deal since I expected the small size and the room was comfortable)

10.0 Excellent
Pros: I like the place
Cons: No food room service
8.0 Excellent
Pros: airport hotel near narita railway station. a little bit old style, bur very convenient, an EXCELLENT bargain compared to other japanese hotels (esp. around haneda airport). there is a restaurant on the lobby level, and several supermarkets at minutes from the hotel (the 7/11 shop offering dozens of ready made meals quite cheap).
Cons: the airport shuttle is quite limited as a cheap alternative you can use JR train, non stop from terminal 2/3 to narita, for about 2euros. it is easy, but to be sure, ask local people for help on directions, they are all extremely friendly and helpful.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very helpful, we almost missed our shuttle bus to the airport, and having a fussy baby didn't help. One of the guys actually went up to our room to remind us and helped us bring our luggage down while the receptionist came out to help bring our luggage to the bus, never experienced such amazing customer service anywhere. The hotel location is also very close to the Narita train station (less than a block), which is great. The room was small but cute, came with two sets of some kind of kimono and slippers. The electric outlet also woks with US chargers
Cons: The elevators were tiny for a family with many luggage, we had to make 2 trips to go up and down, because they couldn't fit the baby stroller and the luggage, but it's not a deal breaker.
7.0 Good
Pros: Just a Basic decent hotel, nothing flash at all. But did the job for an overnight before an early flight out of Narita.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Old tv system
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I like the price, a good location next to the train station, the staff was friendly and the restaurant around Narita.
Cons: The rooms were kind of small but comparison to the higher price rooms in Tokyo its worth the price and not enough outlets to plug in my electronics,.
7.0 Good
Pros: Location and how fast it was to get the room key
Cons: The breakfast was very very below average
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice with free shuttle to airport.
10.0 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Quick, no fuss, patient and great service.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Good wifi service. Hot water, tea, coffee, complimentary bath items.
Cons: Only one electrical outlet. TV remote wouldn't change channels.
5.1 Okay
Pros: It was older rooms but clean, and everyone was nice.
Cons: Our plane arrived pretty late but there is no shuttle bus after 7:50 pm. I didn't realize that it was pretty far away from Airport and taxi fee was expensive. Using train will be recommended.

7.0 Good
Pros: I chose this hotel because it was located at the airport. The most positive aspect was staff, very kind and helpful. Everything was clean. Hotel offer a locker, so you don't need to worry about your luggage.
Cons: Unfortunately price was very high. despite beautiful design, beds are not very comfortable, pillow is very hard. If you hit with your hand against the capsule wall everyone will hear it. This design doesn't allow silence That cause that i would rather not choose this hotel again.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Best option if you have an early morning flight out of NRT. Very clean and safe. Not a fully authentic capsule hotel, though. There is no lounge or vending machines. Pajamas are strange; why not a more comfortable and sanitary jinbae?

3.1 Mediocre
Pros: Shuttle to the airport
Cons: room smelled of mold. Most restaurants were closed. They charge a fee and a high one for Wi-Fi which is outrageous these days. Very disappointing experience.

Cons: Nithing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I came into the hotel around 23.30 having had a difficult and long journey there, the staff were so helpful and swiftly gave me everything i needed without any wishy washyness. The room was quiet, clean and had some cool japanese style robes. On the way to the airport there are so many useful and on time shuttles to the airport, it is so very convenient. Not to mention the delicious breakfast. Will be staying here again and have recommended it to my mother to stay there in the coming week.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: It was a very clean hotel with rooms as advertised. The beds were very comfortable and we all had a great nights sleep. The downstairs lobby was beautiful and had a very handy convenience store
Cons: The pool and gym are not included in the accomodation cost and are instead in my opinion a very expensive facility to use considering they feature heavily in the amenities of the hotel and why we chose it. I had missed the fact that it was an additional charge when booking it and would have happily paid a reasonable fee to use the pool with my children however at the prices specified it wasn’t worthwhile.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Service was really good
5.0 Okay
Pros: Good selection for breakfast.
Cons: I did not appreciate waiting >50 minutes for the shuttle bus from Narita Airport to the hotel. I did not appreciate that the wifi was not free. The minimum wifi offer was 900 Japanese yen.

Pros: Great. It was much better than expected and better than big airport hotel we later stayed at. Very close to train station. The weather was turning warm and the comforter is much too warm. They need a lighter blanket. I was able to visit Tokyo Richmond which had shops and located in a great area.
Cons: Nice restaurant and very close to parks and train stations.

7.0 Good
Pros: Large room and 5 minutes walk to the airport.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location, Staff, Bus Shuttle Service, Facilities
Cons: A little dated and run down in places; but this is evident due to the amount of customers they get.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Their transportation to the airport was excellent.
Cons: The facility was very old
7.9 Good
Pros: I liked the air port shuttle (easy to find, on time, friendly staff). I liked the breakfast buffet. I liked the friendly front desk staff.
Cons: For the price, the following was manageable, but my room was a bit careworn and grimy. The room lock was only a metal key, backed up only by a flimsy metal chain. I rarely do this, but I put my suitcase against the door so I'd hear it if anyone tried to come in....although I had NO REASON to actually feel unsafe.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Large quiet and comfortable room with usual Japanese comforts, electronic toilet, toothpaste, toothbrush, hairbrush, soaps etc. Friendly staff Good breakfast choice
Cons: Room did look a little dated
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to the airport. Clean.
Cons: Metal doors and walls felt like a prison.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Hotel is at the airport, with free shuttle running constantly, very efficient, quick to check us in.
Cons: the hotel is VERY dated with peeling wallpaper and stained walls on way to room and inside. I dont even want to talk about the carpet, good thing they give you slippers, nice touch on the traditional robe. The bathroom you step UP into as it is basically a plastic insert pod ,so weird, dont stub your toe walking up into it . The sheets were clean but wouldnt know when the comforter was if ever, the pillow is the hard traditional sobi type filled ones (1).The seat with chair cushions stained. Basically if you have to stay at airport like we did then grit and bare it and hope to God they have cleaned it .
6.0 Good
Pros: Convenient to the airport
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Shuttle was on time and very convenient. Room was surprisingly quiet given the proximity to the airport.
Cons: Carpet looks a bit tired.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: 5 min walk from terminal 1, it was close to flight and food if you don't want to go into town. Hotel was a little older, but good for a night. Bigger room than other Japanese airport hotels I've stayed at. They have a shuttle every 20 min to take you to terminals. On site restaurant available. And if landing late or too tired there are Family Mart food and drink machines.
Cons: A little older but clean
8.0 Excellent
Pros: It is conveniently located near the airport. Perfect to stay for a night before my flight the next morning.
Cons: Meals at restaurant is kinda pricey for the quality of food you get.
8.0 Excellent

Pros: Despite the 70s-inspired duvet, the room was actually modern and clean. The staff doesn’t speak much English, but they’re still polite and friendly.
Cons: The bed was pretty hard and stiff, but I was able to sleep on top of the covers and use the blankets from the other bed and still got a good nights sleep.
7.7 Good
Pros: Free shuttle from Narita Airport. Comfortable and clean, although the furnishings did look a bit old-fashioned.
Cons: The location is close to the airport but there's nothing nearby the hotel. So do not expect to roam around the area at night unless you're looking to rent a car or go into other nearby hotels.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The Inn was very comfortable and quiet. Extremely clean. The proximity to the airport was also very good.
Cons: I was not offered a non smoking room and had to breath the stench of cigarette smoke during the whole stay. I'm not sure if they even have non-smoking rooms come to think of it. Be warned, non-smokers.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Clean, location (easy to get to), helpful staff, most things are available on the property.
Cons: Close to the airport (noise), but distant to a town.

Pros: Location to train stations & NARITA.
Cons: Arrived at 1350,check-in was at 3pm but we would have to pay if we wanted 'early' check in!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location is very good. Less than 5 mins walk to Narita train station. You can get to Narita airport within 30 mins. Plenty of restaurants within the area and there is a good supermarket nearby. The twin room is relatively spacious by Japan's standards. There was a mix up during check in and they gave us a cheaper room than what we booked, but it was sorted out quickly when we clarified with the staff. Most of the staff can speak some basic English. Breakfast was adequate. Overall it is very good value for the price.

7.1 Good
Pros: We just needed somewhere to stay on arrival at the airport before catching a bus away from Tokyo the next day. The hotel served this purpose very well. It was easy to get to, clean and convenient.
Cons: The restaurant was somewhat random and although we attended for dinner at 7.30pm there was very little food left and what was there was going cold and looked as though it had been sat there for quite a while. Given that there are no other options in the vicinity, this was disappointing. There was no bar
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Clean , transport service is very convenient.
Cons: Staff not too friendly
