The staff was extremely courteous, rooms are spacious, good restaurant, real value for money. only thing i noticed was that the wash basin in the bathroom was not draining properly. apart, great hotel to stay.
I would like to congratulate Mrs Aprile Albre at the reception, for her proffesionalism. She was very helpful and very polite helping us out from the moment f our arrival The Air Condition I room 220 was not working properly and the temperature of the water in the shower was not stable, going from hot to cold in just a few seconds. The worse of all was that we have asked a change of one of our rooms from double to triple, and we got charged for it (almost on the standard cost) but for the 2 first days we had no service for the 3rd person! (Towels, pillars, bed sheets water glasses etc), and the 3rd bed was just a chair which was opened and became a bed.
The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were very spacious.
Very good. Staff generally, good, swimming pool nice. However the location, was a bit out of the way, even for local facilities, and reception did not give the best information. No map of the local area, they did book taxis however they did not communicate very well, when there was a change of driver. We also had to ask for taxi rates in advance. These should of been know and volunteered. Coffee\Tea at breakfast was undrinkable, the water was so hard\thick. Even using your own tea bags it was far too oily???? I don't know why, a coffee from the bar was fine, or indeed a kettle boiled in room was fine.
Good location for CIS Nola wholesale area. The water temperature in the shower - fluctuating from very cold to very cold every 30 seconds. Plumbing needs to be updated.
The service was very good. The restaurant was excellent. Breakfast everyday was a treat and delicious The bedding was a bit hard. No clock in the room. The shower was very tight and slippery.
A typical Italian business hotel, also suitable for a family stay. Excellent staff providing a high level of service throughout our stay. Could improve the showers.
The hotel is situated in a quite area, which leads to restful sleeping A second course grilled fish was inadequately cooked, which actually spoilt the rest of the good dinner
Very modern hotel just off the motorway. We used it 3 times to break our journey from Sicily to France. Good value for money.
Nice room at good price, pet friendly, friendly staff even very late check-in.
confortable for business-man locate in a strategic location to visit that area but you must have the car. In max 30min you can reac Naples, Vesuvio parck, Ercolano or Pompei and in 1hr you get Costiera Amalfitana Breackfast ends at 9.30, maybe too early
internet pay,it would be very good to use free internet in your hotel. This would be a big plus to your hotel.
The lack of parking space was a major disadvantage
The staff was most excellent. The hotel facilities are all very recent and good. The breakfast was very nice! The lack of proper parking. The bathroom could be improved.
Oddly the hotel displayed no name other than 'Hotel' outside. Clean and moderately priced, it was good value for money and well located for visiting the Royal Palace. The breakfast was pretty unexciting. For the money, it provided a good experience. The staff were nice and helpful. The breakfast, included in the room rate, was not specially good.
Friendly helpful service. Good shower and bathroom. Great position in town, near shops, attractive square, right by the Reggia (the big palace and tourist reason for being in town). All staff were very nice - breakfast staff went out of their way to give us great service and choice. The reception staff gave a great restaurant recommendation and drew a nice walk on the map. And great price. Signs suggested there was a gym but it wasn't open and showed no likelihood of being open soon (the designated space was just a storage room).
Clean and Good Value Food was mediocre.
The hotel was contemporary and clean. The staff was very receptive and helpful as soon as you walked in the door. The complimentary breakfast was good. Shopping district one block away. The thermostat was small and difficult to see and operate. It would be helpful to have a brief instruction pamphlet in the room for reference. A few dials on the thermostat not knowing their function. I booked 2 rooms and one room did not have a safe.
Nice Hotel good location. Noisy, very noisy, pay wi-fi, I stayed for six nights and they were unable to replace a light bulb in the shower even though I notified them on the first day.
you have to use public carpark, access is difficult, the staff were not very helpful
Being so close to the Royal Palace and gardens. view from our window of the grounds!
The rooms were renovated and nicely appointed. I had a double for single use and it was fine. The hotel, on your web site, offered a two bedroom suite. They do not have any two bedroom suites, they only have junior suites which are certainly not the same.
position the room was too small
Good attention to customer The hotel requires renovation! The shower hinges were rusty, the door rubber seal was hanging, the "do not disturb" sign and safe were not functioning. The hotels needs to make small repairs before theay become major.
Easy to find with car parking close by. The restaurant was open until 22:30 giving us a chance to get a meal even though we checked in late. The room was quite and the beds spacious. I can't think of anything!
Raffael in the bar and dining room - warmly friendly and welcoming - fun. Breakfast was very good. There was no information in our room about air-conditioning, hot water, dining room menu, the city and palace, television - especially English channels
Nice new room. Close to palace and shops. Uninterested staff. Not service minded!
The staff at the hotel went beyond what I expected to accomodate us, including assisting with the car rental. Also, while some of the guide books called the decor at the hotel non-decript or plain, actually the hotel is undergoing renovation, the room we had was all wired with the hi-tech capabilities, lighting, etc and had a understated, great modern decor. We really liked it.
Very reasonably priced hotel with good standard of accommodation. Staff helpful and friendly. Very clean and comfortable rooms. No
Great hotel, great location, staff very helpful, English spoke. Breakfast was modest, continental style. Would recommend.
i stay there for short time but everything was excellent. maybe breakfast
Excellent location close to Benevento. Good quality hotel, staff were very friendly. Didn't see a swimming pool although one was advertised.
The hotel is situated in a lovely countryside. It is very clean and has a car park. The rooms were modern and spacious. They tried to charge us for two meals at the restaurant which we did not have. When we informed them they did remove it from our bill. Good job that we check the invoice at the end of the stay
Front office staff very helpful. The whole place stunk of cigarette smoke, everywhere, everything, even my pillow and bed sheets. Location was misrepresented on the internet: it is not on "acres of land" . There isn't even a jogging place.
The suite that we had (and the building) itself was excellent . The staff were friendly but not trained to international 4 star standard and seemed unable to deliver even the simplest requirements. The restaurant and room service options were very limited and the waiting staff were appalling. Improved staff training and catering would make this good hotel a great hotel.
The hotel was newly built and very modern. The rooms were quiet and clean. The restaurant showed splendid cooking. Very convenient to get to the airport. Though newly built, the room already smelt smoky and damped. You could not use the pool since the pool area was booked by a birthday party. The credit card payment didn’t work. Luckily we had cash.
Great value for money. I went in July and although it was hot, rooms and public areas were nice and cool. I would class this as a good business hotel. Smartly furnished but a bit lacking in atmosphere. For a holiday or romantic getaway, you might want somewhere in the city or on the coast. The pool area is very pleasant for a swim after work. The local area is not very inspiring but it is in a handy location 10 or 15 minutes from the airport. Great food in the restaurant, especially considering that it is quiet and only serves 5 or 6 tables per night. location is nothing special
poor & dirty area
Staff very polite and patient; restaurant was good quality - especially for dinner; excellent pool. Fairly difficult to find
The staff were very patient in helping us with the problem we had with our taxi getting to the hotel and gave a good level of customer service. The room was very tired with wall paper coming off the wall and mould underneath visable. We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and ran a shuttle but this shuttle was unavailable and chargeable which was not clear at time of booking. Taxis charge double tariff to get to this hotel so it would be better to stay in Naples centre and pay for a taxi to the airport.
General all round quality of the Hotel and it's facilities. Surrounding area could do with a tidy up but as I know the the area well I realise the problems which occur. People who do not know the area might not be as understanding.
Excellent restaurant None
The staff were very helpful. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was average but sufficient.
Everything worked very well, clean, comfort, good quality and very kind personnel. Special thanks for the Director for his hospitality. Maybe, us as nordic people, would like a few variety of breadth (pane)
Staff no tea making kettle
Poor breakfast for a 4 stars hotel
Parking lot available even if the hotel was in the city center. Confortable beds No insulation betewen the rooms, noise from the other rooms. Breakfast could be improved
Hotel staff and cleanliness. Breakfast very limited
the staff were very helpful and friendly shower a little small
Attentive and helpful staff.
good breakfast. nice room.off road parking
Rooms were a good size and reasonably comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel was fine for a 2 night stopover, would not really like to stay any longer. Hotel was quite empty lacked atmosphere. Probably better suited as a conference hotel
Excellent facilities in spacious rooms. Quite inside the building. Very good breakfast included. Value for money. Good for one night stop over to visit Caserta Palace. Very noisy outside (for example by the pool) as it's located on the junction of 2 extremely busy roads. Not child friendly.
The hall is a spectacular excercise in tastlessly showy design, complete with a flashy neon reproduction of Botticelli's primavera. I immagine this may appeal to some but to europeans it looks frankly outrageous. If you like trash tho... First of all this hotel is not in Caserta.Neighborhood is dreadful and dangerous. Getting there from Caserta Nord means you'll be forced to make a UTurn on the main street. Once there we couldn't find parking. We got to the reception, waited 10 minutes for a receptionist to show up only to find out our room was not ready. We were asked to leave our luggage there and take a walk (this translates into loytering in the main street among flamboyant day/night workers). Later on we got back and they gave us the wrong key so that we entered a room already occupied by somebody else (with all related security issues). We finally reached our small room. Broken air-cond.Overall design is dreadfully kitch, complete with fake neon-botticelli in the hall.
The aesthetics of the hotel. Nice rooms and halls. Great breakfast. Room equipment (e.g. shaving set, ). The hotel is a real museum! Too far from city center. Shuttle to city center not included (charged: 8 euros). No in room internet services (e.g. wifi). No bathtub. Shower too high. Bathroom was cold with respect to the room temperature.
This 4 star hotel feels like a 5 star at a 3 star price.
lovely room and terrace with our room. Hotel looked very nice. only one retaurant open, staff in the retaurant were terrible, i complained to the manager as the service was shocking and the food not much better. Hotel did not charge us for dinner. very close to the motorway so no way you could have a window open at night.
Ease of use n/a
Room, nice and large.
The frendliness of the staff particulalry at the bar and reception The room access card did not work on a number of occasions. The hotel was aware of this and stated that it will be resolved at the end of this year but was somtimes a minor inconvenience.
The hotel was great. Good position to visit the Reggia, awesome amenities, all it's brand new and extremely chic none
Looks quite modern, new and everything white
The hotel staff let us deposit suitcases at Hotel Europe closer to the station while we looked around the palace. Really modern and comfortable hotel. Little bit far from the station. We had breakfast in the room, but the room was not so large with one small table.
The rooms are modern. The stay is very convenient and comfortabel.
The attitude and friendliness of the manager and staff were outstanding. Although we had some technical problems with the air conditioning and the wifi, the efforts and overall response by the manager and staff to resolve them was exceptional. Each room has it's own computer as well as wifi for mobile devices. The flat screen tv has a wide range of channels and the bathroom is state of the art and clean. Our room was also quite large and breakfast was served in the room at the time we specified. Parking was on-site and free. The issues regarding the air conditioning and wifi were unusual and not the fault of the hotel.
Good location and friendly staff. Good value for money.
Very close to the station and the staff were extremely helpful. Room was of a very good size and good value for money.
The hotel staff were extremely helpful. There were roadworks happening nearby and they offered to come and help us locate their offsite park.We stayed in Caserta to visit the nearby Palace and the location of the hotel was perfect for that. The rooms were generously proportioned with a sofa as well as a bed and the little extras like slippers and a robe to use were appreciated. Breakfast was quite ample. Difficult to access but that was more due to the roadworks than the location.
Having a living room was wonderful extra space at this price!
This 4-star hotel, nevertheless it is not very expensive. Rooms are very large, most of them are two-room. Wi-fi internet in rooms is very fast. Breakfast is very good. Hotel is very nice. Walls between rooms are very thin, so everyone can hear what in other rooms happens.
cleanliness, service, comfortable, spacious rooms close to reggia di Caserta
Good staff. Good location. Actually this hotel is not 4*. May be 2*. The photos on the site is much more better than reality. Could not advise this hotel to stay. Breakfast was poor. Actually it's hard to find quite good hotel with the good price in the cities of southern Italy, so if you have not any other ways, you could stay there for one night.
The nicest and most helpful staff on our entire tour of Italy
The rooms were pretty much suites, consisting of a living area and a bedroom. All was very nice, new, clean. Both rooms had its own AC unit. Free parking not far from the hotel was a plus, and free wi-fi also helped. Hotel staff spoke very little English, which is not to be held against them, just if you don't have a phrase book, it may be hard to communicate.
The room was excellent. Shower was stopped up and no hot water in the evening. Shower was quickly fixed and plently of hot water next morning
