Pros: perfect room very clean
Pros: A very nice and cosy, decoration is stunning.
Cons: Food was basically very good but we were astonishing about very strange salad with cream and chocolate. The kitchen is trying too much
Pros: Everything about this quirky hotel
Pros: We arrived late due to issues on our ferry crossing, the staff were incredibly helpful at check in & the restaurant/bar. The tapas were fantastic & the beer cold. Breakfast was delicious, especially the croissants. We would definitely go again.
Cons: Nothing, all brilliant
Pros: I have been to this hotel before and it is superb in every way, we were upgraded to a suite which was brilliant. The hotel itself is so individual from the run of the mill hotel that it is a breath of fresh air, but it is the inclusiveness and variety of the clientele from the farm labourer. The local bikers club etc that makes this hotel fantastic. I will be back!
Cons: I had to leave.
Pros: Room was immaculate and it was good that we could have our dog in the room with us.
Pros: The individuality of the hotel and its setting along with the themed rooms set it apart from your ordinary
Pros: Amazing spacious themed rooms, huge comfy bed, the speciality roast leg of lamb delicious.
Pros: Fabulous quirky rooms, great restaurant and lovely staff. That’s why we keep returning
A stay at Hotel Restaurante Rural Las Baronas places you in the heart of Santa Cruz de la Salceda, a 1-minute drive from Museo de los Aromas and 5 minutes from Bodegas Pascual. The front desk is staffed during limited hours.
Pros: Lovely rustic property
Cons: Cold room until heating came on properly, it didn’t come on in the morning and the bathroom was very cold. I was the only staying in the hotel I didn’t see anybody else. Food not very good and expensive, duck was sent back as it was cold, reheating duck doesn’t do it any favours, I had to shout into the kitchen before staff came to sort out problem. Staff very nice but could have tried harder.
Pros: Nice spacious room at the quiet backside. A lively bar to catch a drink.
Cons: The WiFi was so (s)low, it was virtually non-existent. Breakfast at 9.30 is too late for a traveller.
Pros: Staff were so friendly and could not do enough for you. Hotel was amazing, a rare find. Highly recommend.
Cons: Immaculate, clean, very modern inside but in a beautiful old building
Pros: Location, facilities, local food. Hotel staff kind enough to serve dinner earlier than usual for Spain, and early breakfast too. Sign language communication worked
Pros: Everything, the hotel, the rooms, location and above all the staff.
Pros: Lovely centre of village location, away from but accesible from A1 autovía. Bodegas land! Pleasant outdoor front patio area. Really good breakfast - super home baked cake! Good value G&Ts. Friendly staff.
Cons: Not enough coffee for breakfast! Bottles of local wines too expensive to enjoy a tasting session. Lack of 3 course menu of the day option in restaurant.
Pros: Our hostess had a translation app so communication was great as she didn't speak English and we didn't speak Portuguese. The dinner at the in house restaurant was fabulous
Located in Villa y Tierra de Sepúlveda, Hotel Rural La Sabina is within a 15-minute drive of Hoces del Río Riaza Natural Park and Museo de los Aromas. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Lady who runs this charming rural, rustic hotel, very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, lovely and clean. Great stop over on the way from Santander to Murcia. Really good food and reasonably priced. Recommended.
Cons: All good
Pros: Comfortable stay
Cons: Very difficult to find Even sat nav couldn't find it rode around in circles asking people where it was
Pros: Friendly people and excellent value
Cons: Shelf in bathroom
Cons: Long drive from the motorway on winding roads.
Pros: A comfortable resting place after a drive down from Calais which was great value
Pros: The breakfast was the usual for Spain. Toasted bread with butter and marmalade, juice and coffee. The location is a bit off the beaten track but that was part of the charm.
Cons: The beds were far too hard for my wife and myself. We have stayed in some places with reasonably hard beds but these were solid
Pros: it was all very nice and was great to chat and mix with the locals
Cons: it was a bit off the main road but would go again
Pros: Beautifully renovated old house with a lot of character! Very clean and comfortable.
Cons: Breakfast was ok, would be great if they had fresh bread and more fruit.
Located in Milagros, Hotel Milagros Rio Riaza is within a 15-minute drive of Bodegas Pascual and Los Tercios Plaza. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a 24-hour front desk, and multilingual staff. Free self parking is available onsite.
Cons: Great stop on motorway. Very expensive for 2 very tiny tea cup dogs at 12 euros. But accommodation price is reasonable so would stay again. This was our 5th stay. An route from Santander to mojacar. 0
Pros: Clean & quiet close to motorway when travelling north or south
Pros: Really good value for money. A comfortable and clean hotel. Very pleasant and friendly staff. It was a chilly night but the room was lovely and warm. The dining room was conveniently situated across the car park from the hotel it was a very friendly environment and served excellent food for our evening meal, buffet breakfast was very simple fare but good value for money. Easy parking and conveniently situated just off main road on our journey to Santander. I would definitely recommend this hotel
Cons: We would use the hotel more often if it was dog friendly as we usually travel with our dog, unfortunately it is not. Apart from that it is a really pleasant hotel to use which I cannot fault.
Pros: Staff was extremely nice. Rooms clean and comfortable. Asador and restaurants nearby. We will repeat.
Cons: All ok.
Pros: Everything it was really fabulous would tell lots of people about this place.
Pros: It suited a purpose as a overnight stop en route to Santander.
Cons: The pillows
Pros: Good for one night
