Breathtaking scenery from every room, dining room and terrace. A special place, certainly for a romantic stay as we did. The rooms were excellent proportions, with plenty of storage space. Absolutely not!!
we had a large double room with outside patio area overlooking a valley.first class restaurant using local produce.ideal base for touring the asturia region.
Our room was comfortable and very clean. This feels more like a luxury B&B than a hotel.
Isabel (manager) spoke english and made us feel very welcome. She was knowledgeable about the area, was always smiling and friendly. Definite "home away from home". Beautiful garden, lovely rooms and great bathrooms - olive based shampoos & body lotions. What a treat! Standard rooms offered showers whilst the suites had a shower in the jacuzzi/spa bath. Beautiful wooden furniture in the rooms The TV in the breakfast room. This was a little out of place in a great guest house!
Nothing really. If you are smart enough go to some other place. Food is poor, location is bad and rooms are small
In general our experience with the rural hotels during our trip is that the ratio Quality/price is not correct. Furthermore guests may speak English, French and German but at most of the rural hotels Spanish, drawing and body language are the only tools for communication. At breakfast the residues of the former day(s) pop up.
Comfortable and warm. Tastefully renovated 2 years ago. Would have been nice to have had dinner on 1 of our 2 nights
The warm welcome and the remote tranquil setting.
