8.3 Excellent
Pros: We enjoyed our night here, the room was decorated thoughtfully. The bed on the Mezzanine level was a great use of space. Lucia also made very helpful suggestions of places to go.
Cons: Not applicable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lucia, the host was very helpful and went out of her way to accommodate our early departure by preparing breakfast sooner than normal schedule.
Cons: There wasn’t an elevator in the building. Of course it was an old building. Also there was construction that blocked off the whole block on the street. It would have been nice to have been informed about that in advance.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, lovely facilities and delicious breakfast! Lucia was incredibly welcoming and accommodating too! We had a beautiful en-suite room that was quiet, clean, and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The place is very secure and next to an amazing pizza restaurant! Would definitely stay here again
Cons: There are lots of steps up to the rooms, so this is something to be aware of
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Napoli is a dangerous, loud and dirty city. Which is exactly opposite of what You will find inside Palazzo della Loggia. Safe, quiet and clean - girls sure know how to run their business. Perfect in every aspect, good breakfast, great coffee and very helpful hosts. This place is a sure shot.
Cons: tutto bene
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Clean, spacious and comfortable room with a great bathroom. Very positive and helpful hosts.
Cons: There are 2 sets of stairs which might make it difficult if you curry heavy luggage.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent place. Very comfortable room and great location
10.0 Excellent
Pros: People - very nice, warm and friendly. Location - perfect. B&B - just 6 rooms with a common place for a breakfast and beautiful terrace, in historical & atmospheric building.
Cons: No elevator, which is not an issue at all for us, but if you are a senior person, please consider this
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Clean, big and comfort room with great bathroom. Good location. Lucia which made us happy with kind guidance and smiling face.
Cons: Although the apartment at the 2.floor you have to step up big fifty stairs to get your room.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location, quiet, yet very central. Rooms were very clean and the staff super nice.
Cons: Breakfast starts quite late, maybe the management could consider starting breakfast earlier.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff went above and beyond with check-in and making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. She was helpful with suggesting restaurants and how to get transportation to the airport. My room was adorable, updated and clean. I love the terraces (despite not using them because of the rainy weather).
Cons: Wish there was better signage that the B&B was on the third floor of the given address.
Dimora Delle Arti - Naples - Bedroom
2
9.4 Excellent (326 reviews)

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff, elegant surroundings, good breakfast and good central location. Quiet and peaceful room.
Cons: We didn't like leaving.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good and location excellent! Also room was nice.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Great hosts
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location is really good everything is within walking distance, we didn’t need to take any public transportation. The staff are very nice, friendly and accommodating. We came an hour earlier than our check in time and Roberta checked us in as soon as the room was ready. She helped us to book some tour as well so happy with the service.
Cons: There was an issue with our shower head, the water wasn’t coming from the head but the side. This happened Saturday evening and Sunday they didn’t have any maintenance in house. It was temporary fixed but not really convenient for the guest to have this problem summer time and not have any person in the property to fix the problem. The bathroom has a drainage issue as well. Regarding the breakfast don’t have big expectations.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location, nice and clean rooms, good communication :)
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The staff was really nice! We arrived early and were able to leave our bags at the hotel while we toured part of the city. While we were out, I sprained my foot and the lady who checked us in voluntarily brought me ice and an ice pack for my foot! The breakfast the next morning was very good also.
Cons: The signage is not easy to spot. If we had not been dropped off directly by a hired driver, I am not sure we would have found it. In fact after being out touring in the city when we walked back we passed by the now closed entry door. (There are several doors which look to same along this building/street.) When we back tracked, we finally found the name above the buzzer for entry. This is not a true criticism - just a warning for future customers.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fabulous place to stay, very central location in an incredible old building. We got a great welcome from Roberta, who was very helpful with directions etc. The family room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and breakfast was served by 5 star chef Yolande!! Highly recommended.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very central and staff where so nice. Walking distance to also every where. Rooms where basic but has all you needed.
Cons: Only thing I didn’t like is you have to lock the door when you come in at night and after 8pm as there is no one available at reception.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Staff is lovely, helpful, fun, and very welcoming. Great location and the building is a typical Neapolitan one with a charming inner-court and staircase, I loved it. Breakfast is also good for a guesthouse and served very nicely.
Cons: Lights in the bathroom are quite cold which makes it something uncomfortable. A warmer shade of white for the LEDs would help.

Cons: Absolutely nothing
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Location, very clean, owner very helpful
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Stefania and Angela were lovable, helpful, top shelf.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was amazing. They had provided meats and cheeses with fresh tomatoes and different fresh fruit each day. This was complimented by good quality granola and yoghurt and a selection of local cakes and pastries. If you need any excuse to have cake for breakfast, then stay here. The room was small, but sufficient in size. When you're staying in a city, all you need is a good bed and a shower.
Cons: There was some problem with the internet, sometimes it wouldn't connect properly. We found that if we went into the lounge area and connected and then went back to our rooms, then it would stay connected. The hotel is on the top floor of an old building, for us it was fine, but if you have mobility issues it may be a struggle. They have a lift, but it is small and very slow, so be patient.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful breakfast, friendly staff & perfect location for exploring Naples and surrounding areas.
10.0 Excellent

9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel in the middle of the old town and in an arty neighbourhood - we felt right at home. The hotel kindly upgraded us to one of their new apartments and it was lovely with its own kitchen and roof terrace. Breakfast was excellent too - lots of choice. We'll definitely be back.
Cons: Unfortunately there was a problem with the air con on the second night which meant the room got too warm to sleep comfortably but the hotel did take some money off our bill to make up for it. Once they've got that fixed it will be perfect.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything! It was quite superb and great value for money and top location - just 5 mins walk from both Dante Metro stop and the Archaeological Museum.
Cons: There was nothing we didn't like - though renovation works are being carried to parts of the old building.

Pros: The staff were amazing Cristiana, Cristina and one male man in reception and one man in the breakfast from tunisia , very helpful and polite. The view for our room was lovely as we requested. Grazie per il vostro servizio
Cons: The hall ways were very hot with not air-condition.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The location was amazing, as it was only a short walk from the metro station to the hotel. The staff were very friendly! It is incredibly quiet and clean at this hotel. We slept very well! I wish we had more time in Naples, as we only had the chance to stay here one night.
Cons: Nothing!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was very good and hotel’s locatipn was perfect.
Cons: My room on the 6th floor had a very small window , no fresh air was in the room
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel has been recently renovated and the design is really crisp and modern. I particularly liked the innovative signage. The rooms were very bright, light and white. It was very easy to read. Too many hotels rooms are dark and dingy and reading is impossible. We found it an easy walk to the city and there are many interesting parts of Naples just around the corner. The street outside has a number of bars and restaurants and Friday night really rocks.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is modern and comfortable. It has a beautiful courtyard. It is situated in a very good location, close to everything. Breakfast was very good.
Cons: Guest should not be allowed to smoke in the courtyard. It is annoying to eat breakfast and to get a load of smoke in your face.

Her son Gabriele (sp?) picked us up at the airport and provided a wonderful ride through Naples to the property, which afforded a spectacular view of the city and bay at night. Housekeeper Oksana was lovely and so helpful. We wish we could have stayed longer. I highly recommend B&B Casamiranapoli and would not hesitate to return.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We travelled to Naples recently on a 4 night stay and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Gina and the staff were all extremely helpful during our stay, checking to ensure we were happy and everything for us was ok ensuring we was happy with the breakfast and facilities. She even organised our transport to and from the airport which was helpful as until we got our bearings we wouldn’t of known where to go! The B & B itself is very clean and tidy and in a great location, close to the transport links for getting around the city and to the main station which is what we required from our trip as we were travelling around and out of Naples Overall I would definitely recommend this lovely little find in Naples and would definitely return to visit again!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: + Good location near the sea and in a nice area + Really friendly and helpful staff + Cosy room and B&B in general + My room had a wonderful private terrace + Good breakfast

Pros: bed very comfy upgrade with fantastic view, room very clean and impressive the owner and staff were very good, very close to metro system which is exelant
Cons: breakfast very minimal,no fresh bread, rolls or pastries, just scrambled egg,3 slices of ham and a few cheese slices wanted to nip down bakery and buy some fresh bread and rolls but oxanna keeps such a nice clean kitchen you felt a lttle intrusive oxanna is very sweet but it was difficult to communicate as she cannot speak any english
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Liked everything about this place, the staff were lovely and so helpful but not intrusive. Breakfast was a good choice. Its quite quirky and not like anywhere I have stayed before. Lovely view of the naples hillside from our balcony which was really nice too.
Cons: I wouldn't have like to be in that particular street on my own but that is just a matter of opinion. It felt a little run down. Once by the sea, two streets away if felt perfectly safe so maybe I am just not used to the Naples vibe

Pros: Walking distance to the Palace, family room was just excellent for 4 and on top, at their restaurant we had the best diner of our entire trip. Great value for money
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The room was great and very spacious, with even two balconies, wich unfortunately were walled. Very kind and very helpful staff. Great lunch, beautiful garden, superb swimming pool, wich closes already at 18:00. A bit early for a place this warm. Free bikes to make a ride in the city, wich is not at all as dangerous as it could seem.
Cons: Every room on the second floor has a walled balcony, and our view was a - dirty - white wall.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: There is a lovely green space with a swimming pool. Even though it is off season, it is maintained beautifully. We walked everywhere with ease. Train station is only a five minute walk away. I enjoyed fresh espressos at breakfast and available at the bar anytime. Very helpful desk staff. The room is spacious.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Stayed in this B&B for just 1 night. Clean and comfortable accommodation, excellent location, close to the metro and the sea. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They provided an amazing buffet breakfast and even ordered us a taxi in the morning - thanks for everything.
Cons: The entrance to the hotel was through a small street - a bit hard to find it. You may put some information board on the corner and the main entrance door.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything worked well, air conditioning, responsive staff, clean and central location. It had some interesting unique decor like a knight and great tile work. It was very secure and safe due to doubt doors and keys. The place has some nice amenities like water and cookies (good for kids).
Cons: It was odd to have a virtual receptionist. The entrance to the place was through a small street (ally?) and big door and was a big hard to find initially. Breakfast wasn’t included and it should be at a B & B in my opinion. The price seemed a lot high for what we got but maybe it was just the high season.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Good location for sightseeing, shopping and dining out.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The staff was great . Nice and friendly.
Cons: Separate beds in different corners. Beeing a coupel is not what we axpect.

Located in Naples (Historical Center), Casa Tolentino is within a 15-minute walk of Piazza del Plebiscito and Royal Palace. Featured amenities include multilingual staff, luggage storage, and a library. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a really lovely place to stay, the views from the building and gardens - of the city, the bay & Vesuvius are stunning. The room was spotless, and the facilities are first class. The building itself is very interesting and is part of a monestary/church which is still shared by the fathers, who you can sometimes bump into around the place. Casa tolentino is right near the funicular centrale station which takes you right into the centre of Naples below. It is also a short walk to the Quartieri Spagnoli where we found lots of really great places to eat. I could go on (I suppose I already did?)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing staff. The Social Project that they are running is a great effort to support the community. Well done.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The place was amazing. Near great district. It was perfect, I found everything I needed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was excellent - right in the middle of the city and yet a haven of peace and greenery. Breakfasts good. Bedrooms large and comfortable. Above all, the staff, all young men and women, were excellent - friendly, helpful, with very good advice on where to eat and how to get to places. They also recommended an extremely good minibus operator - we were a group of eight.
Cons: Coffee and tea machine served lukewarm drinks.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The view. The location.
Cons: No air conditioning.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Loved this sanctuary in the busy city of Naples. It has a fabulous garden to relax in and you can take your breakfast out on to the terrace which has lovely views. We had a sea view room with views across the city to Vesuvius and Capri. The staff were helpful and friendly and the building is really interesting with an ethical and social purpose too! It's great that it's being preserved and provide jobs for local people.
Cons: The drinks at breakfast were a bit disappointing as the machine didn't heat up the water enough for tea and the coffee was not as good as other places in Italy we'd been on our trip - hopefully this can be improved - even just providing a kettle would help.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff interest and attentiveness Outstanding recommendations for restaurants Organised a fascinating walking tour of the Spanish Quarter The spaciousness and historic interest of this unique property The location, the sublime views over the sea, the garden oasis
5.5 Okay

Pros: The location is perfect. You have a big and quiet garden you can relax in after a busy day in the center. The staff is friendly and helpfull.
Cons: It is an old place, you can smell the humidity. We went in summer and there was no airconditioning in our room. There was a fan, but it was hot in the night.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location, the facility and the guys who manage it are just great. They made our trip to Napoli a true experience. In addition the amazing park and monastery are very quite and relaxing, which is quite important considering the nightlife in Napoli.
Cons: Everything was great.

Agriturismo La Colombaia - Capua - Building
11
9.2 Excellent (74 reviews)
Overview Reviews
Located in Capua, Agriturismo La Colombaia is in a rural location, within a 5-minute drive of Capuan Amphitheater and Anfiteatro Campano. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a computer station, and express check-in. Planning an event in Capua? This farm stay features 151 square feet (14 square meters) of event facilities. Free self parking is available onsite.
7.0 Good
Pros: The breakfast was delicious as everything organic so the honey, jam and above all the peaches were 5 star. You had to go off the farm to eat as the retaurant was never open but on the day we returned for a late lunch with some snacks they gave us special attention and provided extra fruit - delicious. The gardens and swimming pool were very welcome but cafe closed. The natural beauty shop attached was very good.
Cons: The room was basic no television or pictures on the walls as I remember and the only tea or coffee able to purchase was from machines so something was missing and we could not find their restaurant in the town which was frustrating as not a great choice of retaurants. I think the farming was efficient and the hotel was an extra which did not seem to be doing very well

Pros: Lovely house at the end of a cul de sac. Quiet location. Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Would return again.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: staff and hotel reception was lovely, room and breakfast great with lovely views over the palace. Parking right outside hotel and 5 minute walk across to Royal Palace which was amazing. Caserta itself is like most of Italy, run down, dirty and covered in graffiti, but hotel was lovely
Cons: breakfast was very canteen like in very bright room, other than that tiny quibble all was lovely
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very nice rooms. Exceptional location: top proximity to the Reggia and in the centre of town, in a safe area next to an animated area at right. Shopping streets juist 2 minuten away.
Cons: The safe deposito box did not work. Probably the battery was empty. I asked two times to have it fixed. No result despite assurances. Then I dropped it. Poor breakfast. Good lunch.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location to Reggia di Caserta and a short stroll down to eateries. For our purpose it was a great stay excellent find.
Cons: It was a little tricky to get to. Parking for registration was a bit of a challenge.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location just next to the Reggia. We had a spacious, very clean room with a wonderful view of the Reggia. The breakfast was good.
Cons: The room we had on the 5th floor was very clean and spacious but in need of some extra care - the furniture was a bit worn out and the bed was very hard.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Well presented Boutique Hotel in a great location.
5.0 Okay
Cons: Breakfast could have been better. The eggs were dry. The knob on the door broke on my way out. There weren’t really many amenities. I could hear the entire road from my room. I could barely sleep with ambulances, people talking, and car horns outside my window every night. The room was very bare. The area isn’t the best. The cancelation policy is very restrictive. I was traveling for business and very sleep deprived. It exactly the best recipe for exceptional client service.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The cleanliness and the friendliness
9.5 Excellent
Pros: This was a very comfortable, nicely furnished room. The bathroom was roomy and the shower was great - lots of pressure and hot water. Plenty of parking. The staff was friendly and helpful and spoke English. My husband enjoyed the breakfast. The only problem we had was with the WiFi. We were not able to get connected in our room and although the staff tried to help, they were unable to do so. My husband did get connected while in the breakfast room. We wanted a hotel close to the Reggia di Caserta (royal palace) and this hotel met those needs. It is right by the railroad tracks but we barely heard the trains. There is a very good seafood restaurant, La Tegola, very near the hotel (turn left and it will be on the right just a little way down the road. We had an excellent dinner there. Overall, a very nice overnight stay.
Cons: Unable to get connected to WiFi in room.
8.8 Excellent
Cons: Far and isolated if you have to walk from Reggia di Caserta or train Station.
7.0 Good
Pros: Room size, clean
Cons: Noise from other rooms, vibea, tubes

Eurostars Excelsior - Naples - Building
17
8.8 Excellent (3,073 reviews)
Overview Reviews
The Excelsior Hotel is the historical luxury hotel on the seafront of Naples, facing Castel Dell'Ovo. It offers splendid rooms with panoramic views of the Gulf of Naples. The roof-garden restaurant "La Terrazza" offers an excelent cuisine with breathtaking views.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The bed was a bit hard for me but the room and bathroom were very roomy. The shower water temperature was way too hot for me. After being out and about all day in the July heat and humidity I would have liked to have a cooler shower. The hotel staff tried to adjust it but it was still too hot. Took a cool bath instead.
Cons: Beautiful terrace for dining and drinks but was closed some evenings for private events. Another terrace, Sky Terrace, is only opened when the other one is closed but there were a couple of nights when both were closed. As a paying guest I did not like having to leave the hotel for a drink or food.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Check in y check out un poco lento
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Ancient but extremely well kept to shape... All details are from legacy times. You really feel you are staying in a small palace from the mid 1900...all brass and wood works are amazing
Cons: That the lobby is not live and no service...may be it is because we are in August
7.0 Good
Pros: Extremely expensive and not worthy. Better go have breakfast a few blocks away. More then 30 euros per person.
Cons: Breakfast included.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very enjoyable stay in this hotel with an excellent rooftop restaurant/bar, large rooms and beautiful views. The location on the seaside near the centre of Naples is ideal. This hotel is really a 5 star establishment.
Cons: The only little issue is the traffic in Naples is terrible this year and you have certainly to deal with traffic jams to arrive at the hotel.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great location, elegant hotel, clean and very comfy rooms, amazing view from the rooftop plus a special bonus - The Sopranos filmed one of their chapters there :)

Cons: Shower was really small

Pros: Great location, just off via toledo. Very close to all the shops and many restaurants. Breakfast buffet was lovely and they even had gluten free options! The breakfast was on the ninth floor with great views of Naples! Room was clean and nicely decorated and staff were very helpful. Restaurant food was nice but very limited options. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Naples!
Cons: We booked a triple room and when we checked in, there was only one double bed and a sofa, which wasn’t made up. We had to ask reception to send someone up to make up a third bed. We then realised they had not left any pillows for the third bed! It was sorted quite quickly and they sent us some pastries for the inconvenience. However, it would have been better to arrive with the bed already made given that we booked a triple room!
