There was tv in the room, towels in the bathroom.
When we arrived our room was not ready, we were offered another room for a while.

Comfortable room. Calm place (no noise during night time) - not in the city centre, but easily accessible by a short walk. Rooms are cleaned every day. A nice shop is located right in the property. Free toiletries.

Basic clean room. Not in the exact center of the town, but close enough. Distances are not big anyway. In fact, nicest budget-restaurants were very close to this place.. Very friendly owners and also the breakfast was nice. Recommended!
Well, a swimming pool would always be nice, but can not be expected in this price-range :)
