Pros: Excellent staff and service. Very friendly and welcoming.
Pros: Super nice and spotlessly clean room. Suite has jacuzzi and shower and is very spacious. Great location in the centre. We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel but went to the nearby market: very delicious. Excellent parking.
Cons: The room was a bit cold (they provide a little heating but this doesn’t help too much). Reception staff could be a bit more helpful. There was no room service
Pros: The silence
Cons: The food and the style of the construction
Located in Huamantla, Hotel Las Candelas is a 4-minute walk from Juarez Park and 5 minutes by foot from National Puppet Museum. Featured amenities include express check-in and a 24-hour front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
Cons: One employee of the hotel leaked mi cell phone and trip information to a extortionist that had my complete family in panic mode all night. This trip finished with the police escorting us back to our home.
Pros: Great location, secure parking. Lovely patio and outdoor area, good water pressure. Rooms were very small though.
Pros: excellent coffee and food
Cons: the mattress or the pillows were not comfortable

Located in Huamantla, Hotel Azucena is within a 5-minute walk of Juarez Park and Taurino Museum. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, multilingual staff, and luggage storage. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Staff were really helpful (although no English speaking so Spanish helps!) Great place to base yourself to hike Malinche (requires a taxi) Right outside the bus station so convenient location
Cons: A bit dated but met our needs
Pros: It's a great value for the money, really close to the main quadrant of town. The room was clean and the bathroom as well. Good Internet and a great restaurant.
Cons: The cable tv signal wasn't great and the pillows were too high, they weren't very comfortable.
Pros: The staff was not only friendly but extremely helpful, the hotel offers many other services and the location it's simply perfect. Facilities are clean and you have the cafeteria right next to it.
Cons: The room size could have been a little bit bigger but it serves its purpose.
Pros: It looks like the pictures and very clean.
Cons: Some car noises .
Pros: Friendly staff and good restaurant on site
Cons: Rooms were reasonably basic but clean and fine
Pros: The hotel is in the very centro of Huamantla. It has a pleasant atmosphere, biutifl rooms with small but all you need bathrooms. Our room with kingside bed was just perfect. The restaurant of the hotel is in an american diner style, and even though it is not my cup of tea this time I found it fitting. You can buy refreshments at the reception for really good prices. Altogether, for the price it is an amazing service.
Cons: The only thing we did not like a bit was how poor the breakfast was. When we asked for more bread - read more than two slices of toast bread - we were told it needs to be paid separately. But altogether the price of the room was really nice, so one can accept that without being angry or so. And for about 30 pesos we got tasty huevos. So all good.
Pros: The room was quite big. Breakfast is included and is in the cafe just the next door. Wifi worked well. Small and cute balcony on the street side. Kind staff. Shops, the market and the bust station are just few meters away.
Cons: Staff doesn't speak English, but they are helpful and kind. I also really didn't understand how does the internal parking work, the gate was often closed, and perhaps early in the morning is net easy to get out. However the car can be left on the street just in front.
Pros: Nice staff, clean and comfortable
Cons: Room was directly above main street - quite loud

Pros: Hitel os great, but the kitchen and food quality is an insult
Cons: The food
Pros: The views, isolated location, the architecture
Cons: There were no seats or tables outside to relax and enjoy the fresh air so you felt stuck in your room or the inside parlor area that was dark and had no fresh air. The dinner we had was not very good at all- salad was delicious but a spaghetti soup and two thin corn paddies for dinner with black beans and nopale was very disappointing- but- no where else to eat!
Pros: Nice artwork in the rooms, artistic touch throughout the property, the renovated parts and a comfortable bed!
Cons: I am traveling through Latin America for 3 years now and this has been the worst place I have ever stayed! I checked in in the afternoon and asked to have dinner. The place is in the middle of nowhere! I understood I would get dinner and the girl from the reception even put a paper in the kitchen. So I thought I am save. No one spoke English with me! When I returned, 6.30 pm the place was deserted, only a night guard, who slept in his car outside was there. No food. No nothing. That is when I found out there is no Wi-Fi (read the fine print) and there is no television. The guard locked me in and I was a prisoner for the night. This place does not deserve to be called a hotel or what so ever! I paid 80$ because I thought I would have a nice experience. It was not!!!

Pros: Interesting place, the experience to hang out with the people on a Saturday night with a bonfire. Room and bed and bathroom are new and comfortable.
Cons: Would have preferred to skip the "beer tasting", as the bill for the sustenance exceeded that of the accommodation.
